Cantillo did not factor into the decision of Saturday's game against the Reds. He allowed four runs on four hits and four walks while striking out four across five innings.

Cantillo yielded a solo home run to Dane Myers in the third inning before giving up another three runs in the fifth, two of which were courtesy of a bases-loaded double by Spencer Steer. Luckily for Cantillo, he avoided the loss after the Guardians rallied to score five runs from the sixth to eighth innings. The 26-year-old southpaw tied a season worst with four runs allowed, and he now sits at a 3.40 ERA, 1.35 WHIP and 45:24 K:BB across 50.1 innings. Cantillo's next start is slated for next week against the Tigers in Detroit.

Smith collected the save in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Reds, allowing one walk while striking out two in a scoreless and hitless ninth inning.

The Guardians scored five of their seven runs from the sixth to eighth innings, which prompted Cleveland to turn to Smith to close things out in the ninth. He struck out the first two batters he faced and was able to work around a walk to secure his 14th save of the season, which is tied with Mason Miller for most in the majors. Smith has successfully converted each of his last 11 save opportunities and sits at a 2.91 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 31:5 K:BB across 21.2 innings this season.

Ramirez went 2-for-4 with a walk, two steals and a run scored during the Guardians' 7-4 win over the Reds on Saturday.

Ramirez stole both second and third base in the eighth inning, and he came home to score in the same frame on an error by Reds reliever Connor Phillips to extend the Guardians' lead to three runs. It was the fourth time this season that Ramirez logged two steals in a game, with two of those coming in his last three outings. The veteran slugger now leads the majors with 20 steals and has a .737 OPS with six home runs, 17 RBI and 27 runs scored in 207 plate appearances this season.

McDermott is with the Dodgers on Saturday as a member of the team's taxi squad, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

McDermott was acquired by the Dodgers from the Orioles in mid-April, and the right-hander sports a 4.32 ERA, 1.60 WHIP and 16:8 K:BB across 8.1 innings with Triple-A Oklahoma City. He may be added to the 26-man roster for Sunday's series finale against the Angels depending on how much the Dodgers utilize the bullpen in Saturday's game.

Trevino was removed from Saturday's game against the Guardians due to a left hamstring injury, Gordon Wittenmyer of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Trevino went 0-for-1 before being replaced by Tyler Stephenson in the sixth inning. It's unclear when Trevino sustained the injury, but the Reds should have an update on the veteran catcher's status once he undergoes more tests on his hamstring.

Cole (elbow) allowed one run on six hits and one walk while striking out six across 5.1 innings in his rehab start with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Saturday, Gary Phillips of the New York Daily News reports.

Cole logged 56 strikes on 86 pitches (65.1 percent strike rate) and saw his fastball crack 99 mph during Saturday's rehab outing. It was an encouraging sign for the veteran right-hander, who continues to ramp up his activity and is in the final stages of his recovery from Tommy John surgery with an internal brace that he underwent in March of 2025. Cole is expected to make one more rehab start before returning to the Yankees' rotation.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Saturday that Snell will undergo surgery Tuesday to remove loose bodies in his left elbow, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Roberts relayed that he isn't sure if Snell will have the same type of surgery as Tigers ace Tarik Skubal (elbow), which carries a 4-to-6-week recovery timeline. That would shelve Snell until at least early July, but he would be looking at an even longer absence if the procedure is more intensive. Regardless, the Dodgers are optimistic that the southpaw will be cleared to return before the end of the season.

Giants manager Tony Vitello told reporters Saturday that Ramos will be shelved for at least two weeks due to a right quad strain, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Ramos was placed on the 10-day injured list Saturday, and given the updated timeline provided by Vitello, Ramos will likely be out of action until at least early June. Drew Gilbert, Will Brennan and Casey Schmitt will all be in the mix for reps in left field for as long as Ramos is sidelined.

Senzatela gave up a hit and a walk in a scoreless ninth inning Saturday to record his third save of the season in a 4-2 win over the Diamondbacks. He struck out one.

While it was his third save of the year in three chances, it was the veteran right-hander's first in which he didn't need to pitch more than one inning. Senzatela's stuff is playing up in impressive fashion in short relief -- his four-seam fastball topped out at 98.8 mph Saturday -- and while he'd made 145 career starts for the Rockies over nine MLB seasons coming into 2026, he may have found a new home as a high-leverage arm. With Victor Vodnik having been scored upon in five of his last eight appearances, Senzatela's making a compelling case to take over as Colorado's closer. Through 28.1 innings this season, all in relief, he's produced a 1.27 ERA, 0.81 WHIP and 25:8 K:BB.

Bradley (pectoral) will embark on a rehab assignment with Triple-A St. Paul on Sunday, Audra Martin of FanDuel Sports Network North reports.

Bradley landed on the 15-day IL on May 9 due to right pectoral inflammation. He tossed a 20-pitch bullpen session Friday and has been given the green light to start his rehab assignment in Triple-A. He's eligible to return from the IL in late May, so he'll likely have at least two rehab outings in St. Paul before returning to the majors.
