Machado went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs during Saturday's 4-0 win over the Astros.

It's Machado's second multi-homer performance in 11 games -- the third baseman is 17-for-45 with eight multi-hit games, six home runs and 18 RBI in that stretch. Machado boasts an .814 OPS in 609 plate appearances for the season.

Cease (14-11) picked up the win Wednesday against the Astros, allowing two hits and no walks with five strikeouts across 8.1 scoreless innings.

Cease couldn't quite go the distance Wednesday, falling two outs short of a shutout as he was pulled after 103 pitches. Still, it was a masterful performance from the 28-year-old, especially considering he had allowed three or more runs in three of his previous four starts. Through 184.1 innings, Cease has a 3.42 ERA and 1.05 WHIP. His 220 strikeouts rank second in baseball. He's tentatively scheduled for a road start against the Dodgers next week.

Harris went 1-for-5 with a solo home run during Wednesday's 7-1 win over the Reds.

Harris lifted his 13th home run of the campaign Wednesday, tagging Justin Wilson for a solo shot in the eighth inning. Harris has gone yard in back-to-back games and has four homers in his last eight outings. During that stretch, Harris is 11-for-36 (.306) with seven runs, six RBI and a stolen base.

Ozuna went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, two doubles, two runs scored and two total RBI during Wednesday's 7-1 win over the Reds.

Ozuna snapped a streak of 26 games without a home run, taking Tony Santillan yard in the seventh inning. In September, Ozuna is 17-for-56 (.304) with seven runs, two RBI and almost as many walks (10) as strikeouts (11).

Junis didn't factor into the decision Wednesday against Atlanta, allowing one run on two hits with no walks across six innings. He struck out six.

Junis retired the first 11 batters and final nine batters he faced during the start, but back-to-back doubles in the fourth inning threw a wrench in his otherwise perfect day. In his last five outings (four starts), Junis has a 1.14 ERA and an 18:1 K:BB across 23.2 innings. He's tentatively scheduled to face the Guardians in Cleveland his next time out.

Crews went 0-for-4 with a stolen base in Wednesday's 10-0 loss to the Mets.

Crews was hitless for the third time in five games but still swiped a bag after getting aboard on a fielder's choice in the first inning. His speed has translated quickly at the major-league level with nine thefts on 11 attempts over his first 21 games. The bat hasn't been quite as good -- he's hitting .232 and slugging .390 with three home runs, eight RBI, eight runs scored and four doubles while seeing plenty of playing time in right field. It's also encouraging he was back to second in the order after finding success with a 3-for-4 performance batting seventh in Tuesday's contest.

Schwellenbach (7-7) picked up the win Wednesday against Cincinnati, allowing one run on five hits and two walks across six innings. He struck out five.

Schwellenbach nabbed his second straight quality start and pushed his streak of starts allowing three earned runs or fewer to 10. During that stretch, the 24-year-old has a 2.75 ERA and 69:12 K:BB across 59 innings. Schwellenbach is tentatively scheduled to face the Mets next week in Atlanta.

Herz (4-8) took the loss Wednesday versus the Mets, allowing seven runs on six hits and three walks while striking out five over 3.1 innings.

Herz cruised through three innings, but he was pulled after allowing the first eight batters to reach in the fourth. He had already given up four runs at the time of his exit, and Jacob Barnes let all three inherited runners cross the plate to put more damage on Herz's line. This was the southpaw's worst outing of the year, though he was able to avoid giving up a home run for the fifth time in six appearances. He's now at a 4.30 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 103:33 K:BB through 83.2 innings over 18 starts. His next projected start will likely be his last one of the campaign, which is tentatively set to be at home versus the Royals.

Marte went 1-for-4 with a walk, two RBI, a stolen base and a run scored in Wednesday's 10-0 win over the Nationals.

Marte missed two games with a forearm injury after he was hit by a pitch Saturday, though he appeared off the bench Monday. He went 4-for-10 with two walks and three RBI during this three-game series against the Nationals. The veteran outfielder has maintained a .275/.326/.399 slash line with 16 steals on 17 attempts, seven home runs, 40 RBI and 42 runs scored over 86 contests in another injury-plagued campaign.

Acuna went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and two total runs scored in Wednesday's 10-0 win over the Nationals.

This was Acuna's third multi-hit effort in five major-league games, and he has homered in consecutive contests. He's filled in admirably at shortstop while Francisco Lindor deals with a back injury. If Acuna continues to hit well, he could push for playing time somewhere else once Lindor returns, though he'll have to stay hot at the plate with the Mets in the thick of the wild-card race.
