Misiorowski (6-2) earned the win Sunday against the Astros, allowing no runs on three hits and no walks in seven innings. He struck out eight.

The Astros had no answers for the hard-throwing right-hander Sunday, mustering just three knocks (one double). Misiorowski put a bow on an incredible month of May in the process, during which he registered five scoreless starts in six outings en route to producing a microscopic 0.23 ERA, 0.52 WHIP and 57:6 K:BB covering 38.1 innings. He boasts a 1.65 ERA, 0.79 WHIP and 108:19 K:BB over 71 frames overall, but Misiorowski's dominance is set to be tested next weekend in Colorado against the Rockies.

King (1-1) took the loss against the Mets on Sunday, allowing two runs on two hits and no walks with two strikeouts over 1.2 innings.

King opened the game and took the loss, as he was charged with two of the 10 runs the Mets scored against the Marlins in a bullpen game. The southpaw owns a 2.52 ERA, 0.72 WHIP and 20:8 K:BB with three holds and one save across 25 innings this season, and Sunday's appearance was likely a one-off while the Marlins sort through their depleted rotation.

  • Nolan McLean SP | NYM

Mets' Nolan McLean: Battles control issues in win

McLean (3-4) earned the win against the Marlins on Sunday, allowing one run on two hits and five walks with two strikeouts over five innings.

McLean was backed by an offensive outburst from the Mets and managed to complete five frames despite issuing a season-high five walks and hitting a batter. While the result was certainly an improvement over the 13 earned runs he surrendered across his previous two starts, the 24-year-old will still finish May with a 6.10 ERA and 1.42 WHIP in six outings. He'll carry a 4.21 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 77:24 K:BB over 66.1 innings this season into a road matchup against the Padres next weekend.

  • Phillies' J.T. Realmuto: Exits early Sunday

Realmuto exited Sunday's contest against the Dodgers in the fourth inning after being hit by a pitch on his left hand/wrist, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

Realmuto took a 97.1 mph fastball from Yoshinobu Yamamoto off his left hand/wrist in the top of the third inning, ultimately remaining in the game until the bottom of the fourth frame. His ability to stay in the game in any capacity could be a positive sign, but in the meantime, Rafael Marchan has taken over behind the plate versus Los Angeles. More information on the status of Realmuto will likely be provided in the near future.

  • Braves' Ronald Acuna: Goes deep again in loss

Acuna went 2-for-3 with a home run, two walks and two RBI in Sunday's 6-4 loss to the Reds.

It's safe to say the 28-year-old is in a groove, as he's left the yard five times and stolen four bases during that four-game stretch. According to Mike Petraglia of MLB.com, he became just the fourth player in major-league history to accomplish that feat. For the year, the superstar is slashing .253/.380/.441 with seven long balls, 21 RBI, 27 runs scored and 12 steals across 208 plate appearances.

He set a season high with 11 strikeouts without issuing a walk. Ashcraft has won three straight while turning in quality starts in five of his last six outings -- he's posted a 1.99 ERA with a stellar 42:5 K:BB across 40.2 innings in that span. Overall, Ashcraft's ERA is down to 2.77 on the year with a 1.03 WHIP and 81 strikeouts across 12 starts (74.2 innings). Ashcraft currently lines up for a tough road matchup with Atlanta his next time out.
