Ewing went 4-for-4 with a home run, three RBI, four runs scored and a stolen base in Tuesday's 16-12 loss to the Royals.

Ewing launched a two-run homer off Seth Lugo in the second inning before adding an RBI single in the fourth. He swiped his ninth base of the season in the sixth. The four hits established a season high and were more than he had collected from his previous seven games combined (three). Ewing is now slashing .276/.359/.431 with six home runs, seven doubles, one triple, 23 RBI, 24 runs scored and nine stolen bases across 200 plate appearances.

McCarthy went 0-for-2 with two RBI on Tuesday against the Dodgers.

McCarthy was productive despite going hitless, driving in a run on a groundout and a sacrifice fly. While he had a five-game hitting streak snapped, McCarthy now has 14 RBI across his first seven games in July. This stretch continued a breakout season, as he's tallied 51 RBI, 37 runs scored and 14 stolen bases across 78 games.

Edman went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Rockies.

Seeing Edman swipe a bag is a positive sign after he sat out two games due to issues with his right foot/ankle, the same one that was surgically repaired in the offseason. He played the full game in left field to give Teoscar Hernandez a day off. Edman is batting .340 with a .917 OPS, one home run, two steals, nine RBI, seven runs scored, three doubles and a triple over 18 contests this season. He'll get a decent share of the time at second base, but Edman's versatility and the Dodgers' trust in Alex Freeland means the former is often functionally more of super-utility player.

Cronenworth went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run Tuesday in a 4-1 victory versus Arizona.

It was an eventful day for Cronenworth, beginning with a batting-practice mishap during which he was struck in the face by a groundball, per AJ Cassavell of MLB.com. The utility man was able to remain in the lineup, but he committed an error in the top of the first inning that led to an Arizona run. All was well that ended well for Cronenworth, however, as he clubbed a three-run blast in the bottom of the frame that ultimately provided the winning margin for San Diego. The long ball was just the third in what has been a rough campaign for Cronenworth, as he's slashing a poor .183/.285/.270 through 41 contests. However, he's begun to turn things around this month, batting .360 (9-for-25) with two homers and six RBI through seven July games.

Freeland went 3-for-4 with one RBI, one stolen base and one run scored in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Rockies.

Freeland has started at second base in five of the Dodgers' seven games in July, including three times against right-handers. There was room for both Freeland and Tommy Edman in the lineup Tuesday since Teoscar Hernandez got a day off, but the two are largely expected to share duties at the keystone. Edman's versatility likely means Freeland won't get completely shut out of the lineup, but it remains to be seen how the work gets divvied up. Freeland is batting .237 with a .637 OPS, three home runs, two steals, 19 RBI, 24 runs scored and seven doubles over 218 plate appearances.

Ohtani went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Rockies.

Ohtani's solo shot led off the bottom of the first inning. He has homered in consecutive contests and now has 20 long balls on the year. The superstar is batting .294 with a .950 OPS, 56 RBI, 62 runs scored, six stolen bases, 15 doubles and two triples over 88 contests. Ohtani has hit at least 34 homers in five straight seasons, but his power pace this year means he's facing an uphill climb if he's to get back to the 50-homer power he displayed in his first two years as a Dodger.

Gallen (3-9) took the loss against San Diego on Tuesday, allowing four runs on six hits and three walks while striking out five batters over six innings.

Gallen was knocked around in the first, with Jake Cronenworth's three-run homer capping a four-run Padres outburst. The veteran hurler settled down from there and was even able to give Arizona six frames, but the early damage was enough to send him to a fourth consecutive loss. Gallen has given up a total of 24 earned runs across 22.1 innings during the losing streak, pushing his season ERA up to an ugly 6.34 -- dead last among qualified starters in MLB. Gallen's 1.56 WHIP is also worst in the league, and things don't figure to get easier for him his next time out, as he's lined up for a tough road matchup against the Dodgers.

Wrobleski allowed one run on six hits and two walks while striking out nine over seven innings in a no-decision versus the Rockies on Tuesday.

Wrobleski has gone at least six innings in six of his last seven games, earning six quality starts in that span. He was denied a fourth straight win after Will Klein and Jack Dreyer combined to squander the Dodgers' lead in the eighth inning. Wrobleski continues to roll with a 2.69 ERA on the year, complemented by a 1.02 WHIP and 73:20 K:BB through 100.1 innings. While his overall strikeout rate is just fine at 7.8 K/9, he's logged 20 strikeouts over his last two starts.

Romano allowed a hit and a walk while striking out one over a scoreless inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Dodgers.

Romano made it interesting but was able to wiggle out of his own jam to earn his second save in as many appearances. He's now firmly in the closer conversation for the Rockies, though the team's overall struggles make this a risky bullpen for fantasy managers to pursue save chances. Romano has a 7.36 ERA, 1.91 WHIP and 17:7 K:BB through 11 innings between the Rockies and Angels this season, though he's pitched three scoreless frames since joining Colorado's big-league roster.

Lorenzen allowed three runs (two earned) on six hits and three walks while striking out five over six innings in a no-decision versus the Dodgers on Tuesday.

Considering the opponent, this was an admirable performance for Lorenzen, who has had more than his fair share of struggles this season. This was his longest outing since he went seven innings versus the Mets on April 24. The right-hander has allowed 15 runs (14 earned) over 31.1 innings across his last six starts. Overall, Lorenzen still has a 6.65 ERA, 1.79 WHIP and 72:35 K:BB through 92 innings across 20 games (19 starts) on the year. He is tentatively projected to make a road start versus the Giants over the weekend.
