Tucker went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run in Wednesday's 7-0 win over the Diamondbacks.

Tucker put a 24-game power drought to rest with the second-inning blast, which was all the offense the Dodgers needed to get the win. During that span, the outfielder hit just .222 and slugged .370, adding eight doubles, two triples and nine RBI. Tucker's first year with the Dodger has been mediocre so far -- he's batting .243 with a .739 OPS, five homers, 29 RBI, 38 runs scored, 15 doubles, two triples and four stolen bases over 59 contests. He hasn't hit under .250 or posted an OPS under .800 in any full-length season in his career, so there's still some hope he'll be able to turn things around.

Ohtani (6-2) allowed two hits and a walk while striking out six over six shutout innings to earn the win over the Diamondbacks on Wednesday. He also went 3-for-4 with two walks and a run scored in the 7-0 victory.

Ohtani has allowed just one run on nine hits and nine walks across 24 innings over his last four starts. He was able to get through this outing on 89 pitches (58 strikes) while also making a noticeable contribution at the plate by getting on base five times. Ohtani is scheduled to be out of the lineup Thursday in the series finale, but he should be good to face his former team, the Angels, when the Dodgers open up a three-game series with their regional rivals Friday. For the season, Ohtani has pitched to a world-class 0.74 ERA, 0.79 WHIP and 67:18 K:BB through 61 innings over 10 starts. He's also batting .301 with a .941 OPS, 10 home runs, 33 RBI, 41 runs scored, six stolen bases, 14 doubles and two triples across 61 games at the plate. Ohtani's next pitching start is projected to be on the road in Pittsburgh.

Gallen (3-5) allowed five runs (four earned) on nine hits and two walks while striking out one over five innings to take the loss versus the Dodgers on Wednesday.

Kyle Tucker's two-run home run in the second inning was the difference. Gallen didn't get much help -- the Diamondbacks managed just two hits and two walks in the whole game. Gallen has allowed at least four runs in five of his last seven outings, which makes him a risky option for most fantasy managers. On the year, he has a 5.32 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 43:20 K:BB through 64.1 innings over 13 starts. The veteran right-hander's next start is projected to be on the road versus Miami.

Freeman went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Wednesday's 11-4 loss to the Angels.

Freeman has hit safely in his last eight games, going 11-for-29 (.379) in that span. The homer was his first since May 8 in Philadelphia. Freeman continues to handle most of the playing time in right field, starting there in 14 of Colorado's past 16 games. The 27-year-old is batting .277 with a .733 OPS, three homers, 17 RBI, 16 runs scored, five stolen bases and five doubles across 41 contests this season.

Lorenzen (2-8) allowed eight runs on 10 hits and two walks while striking out five over 3.1 innings to take the loss Wednesday versus the Angels.

Lorenzen continues to be a magnet for crooked numbers. He fell short of completing four frames for the second start in a row Wednesday and has given up 32 runs (31 earned) across 26.2 innings over six starts since the beginning of May, including 15 runs over 13.1 innings on the road. Lorenzen has an 8.01 ERA, 1.99 WHIP and 48:22 K:BB through 14 outings (13 starts) this season. He is tentatively projected to start at home versus the Cubs next week.

Horwitz went 3-for-5 in Wednesday's 11-9 loss to the Astros.

Horwitz's bat remains hot -- he hasn't been held hitless in consecutive games since April 30-May 1. He has gone 13-for-36 (.361) with three extra-base hits over his last nine contests, a span that includes five multi-hit performances. The infielder is now batting .291 with an .852 OPS, seven home runs, 26 RBI, 24 runs scored, eight doubles, one triple and one stolen base. While Horwitz doesn't offer much speed, he gets on base enough (.390 OBP) to be a quality leadoff hitter in the absence of shortstop Konnor Griffin (elbow).

Cruz went 2-for-3 with two walks, a stolen base and two runs scored in Wednesday's 11-9 loss to the Astros.

Cruz went 1-for-2 on stolen-base attempts in this contest, with his successful swipe being his 20th of the year. He's logged four of those thefts over his last eight games, going 9-for-27 (.333) at the plate with three home runs, 10 RBI and seven walks in that span. The speedster is now batting .263 with an .816 OPS, 14 home runs, 44 RBI, 45 runs scored and 10 doubles over 60 contests. Cruz is tracking toward a career year despite also leading the majors with 94 strikeouts.

Gonzales went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run, a double and an additional RBI in Wednesday's 11-9 loss to the Astros.

Gonzales has homered twice over his last three games and has seven RBI during a five-game hitting streak. The infielder is known to have a fairly steady bat, though that typically doesn't come with power -- those two recent long balls are all he's hit this season. Gonzales is batting .314 with a .758 OPS, 29 RBI, 31 runs scored, three stolen bases and 10 doubles through 56 contests.

Davis went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in Wednesday's 11-9 loss to the Astros.

Davis gave the Pirates a 4-2 lead in the fourth inning with his slam, which was his third homer over his last seven contests. While he's shown a bit of power recently, he has gone just 4-for-24 (.167) with eight strikeouts during that span. The catcher has lost some time to Endy Rodriguez amid his season-long struggles. Davis is batting a mere .143 with a .533 OPS, five homers, 16 RBI, 13 runs scored, one stolen base and three doubles over 135 plate appearances. Expect Davis and Rodriguez to continue to operate in a timeshare.

Soto (4-1) allowed three runs on three hits and a walk while failing to retire a batter, taking the loss and a blown save versus the Astros on Wednesday.

He was brought in with two outings in the eighth inning and couldn't clean up the mess Mason Montgomery left him. This poor outing brought Soto's six-inning scoreless streak to a crashing halt. The left-hander is 8-for-11 in save chances this season while adding six holds, and he's pitched to a 2.86 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 34:12 K:BB through 28.1 innings. He's still the favorite for saves in the Pittsburgh bullpen, especially given the recent struggles of Dennis Santana.
