Tawa started in center field and went 1-for-3 with a double and an RBI in Friday's 8-0 win over Colorado.

Tawa replaced Alek Thomas in center field against Rockies left-hander Carson Palmquist. He also replaced Thomas against San Francisco southpaw Robbie Ray earlier in the week. Tawa was dislodged from an infield utility role when the Diamondbacks called up Jordan Lawlar, but he'll fill the short side of a platoon in center. Tawa carries a .228 average (18-for-79), but he's slugged five home runs and three doubles (.228 ISO) through 27 games.

Flores went 3-for-5 with three home runs and eight RBI in Friday's 9-1 win over the Athletics.

Flores set career highs with three homers and eight RBI in a single game. He took three different pitchers deep, including a grand slam off Athletics starter JP Sears in the third inning to open the scoring. With the monster game, Flores is back in a tie with Aaron Judge for first in the majors with 41 RBI. He's added 10 homers, 23 runs scored, a stolen base and two doubles while slashing .266/.318/.468 over 44 contests. Flores has carved out a near-everyday role between first base and designated hitter, though he'll occasionally sit against a right-handed pitcher.

Webb (5-3) allowed one run on five hits and two walks while striking out four over eight innings to earn the win over the Athletics on Friday.

Three of those hits came in the eighth inning, when the Athletics scraped together their first and only run of the game. Webb threw 70 of 107 pitches for strikes in his longest outing of the season, which was also his seventh quality start. However, the four strikeouts were a season low. That's not a big issue, as Webb is at a 2.42 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 69:16 K:BB across 63.1 innings over 10 starts this season, putting him on track for one of the best years of his career. The workhorse right-hander is projected for a home start versus the Royals next week.

Ohtani went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Friday's 6-2 loss to the Angels.

Ohtani has four homers and eight RBI over his last three games. That power surge, part of a larger binge of nine long balls and 19 RBI across 14 games in May, has helped him take over the major-league lead in homers at 16. He's added a .316 batting average, 1.106 OPS, 29 RBI, 49 runs scored and 10 stolen bases over 43 contests. Simply put, Ohtani continues to make the remarkable look routine.

May (1-4) took the loss Friday versus the Angels, allowing four runs on six hits and two walks while striking out eight over five innings.

The eight strikeouts were a season high for the right-hander, giving him a bright spot in an otherwise lackluster outing. This was May's third straight loss, and he's allowed 10 runs over 17.1 innings in that span, despite a strong 19:5 K:BB. May is at a 4.43 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 41:17 K:BB across 44.2 innings through eight starts this season. Assuming the Dodgers stick with a six-man rotation next week, he's projected for a road start versus the Mets, though May could be bumped up to start at home versus the Diamondbacks if Matt Sauer or Landon Knack gets moved to the bullpen.

Palmquist (0-1) allowed five runs on six hits and a walk while failing to record a strikeout over four innings as he took the loss Friday versus the Diamondbacks.

A steady stream of traffic on the bases and productive outs by Arizona made Palmquist's work more difficult in his major-league debut. He threw 48 of 76 pitches for strikes, and it didn't help that the Rockies offered just two hits and four walks without scoring a run to support him. Palmquist posted a 3.82 ERA over 35.1 innings with Triple-A Albuquerque prior to his call-up, so it's likely asking a lot of the 24-year-old to step in with excellent performances right away. The southpaw is tentatively projected for his home debut versus the Phillies next week, which makes him incredibly risky for fantasy managers.

Moreno went 3-for-3 with two doubles, one walk, one RBI and three runs scored in Friday's 8-0 win over the Rockies.

Moreno has a trio of multi-hit efforts over his last six games, going 9-for-25 (.360) with five RBI in that span. The catcher's recent success at the plate is helping him bounce back after a rough second half of April. He's now batting .259 with a .661 OPS, one home run, 10 RBI, 19 runs scored, one stolen base and five doubles over 36 contests. While he is hitting better lately, Moreno is largely struggling even more than usual in the power department, though his contact skill remains his best tool.

Perdomo went 1-for-2 with a double, a walk, three RBI, one stolen base and one run scored in Friday's 8-0 win over the Rockies.

Perdomo supplied his first two RBI with productive outs -- a groundout in the second inning and a sacrifice fly in the fourth -- before adding an RBI double in the eighth. The shortstop is putting together a strong May, batting .354 (17-for-48) over 14 games this month while adding 10 RBI, three steals and an 8:9 BB:K. Overall, Perdomo slashing .294/.397/.458 with five home runs, 10 steals, 34 RBI, 21 runs scored and 10 doubles across 44 contests despite often hitting in the bottom third of the order since Ketel Marte returned from a hamstring injury May 2.

Naylor went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 8-0 win over the Rockies.

Naylor is now on an eight-game hitting streak, and the last three have been multi-hit efforts. He's 11-for-34 (.324) during the streak, adding three extra-base hits, four RBI and two steals. The first baseman has been at his best to begin his first season with Arizona, offering a high batting average with modest pop and some surprising speed. He's slashing .304/.370/.458 with eight steals, five home runs, 27 RBI, 23 runs scored and 11 doubles across 44 contests.

Carroll went 2-for-5 with a double, a stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 8-0 win over the Rockies.

Carroll has three multi-hit efforts over his last four games, going 7-for-17 (.412) with three homers and two steals in that span. The outfielder continues to put together an impressive bounce-back campaign after his struggles in 2024. He's now at a .287/.359/.612 slash line with 14 home runs, seven steals, 31 RBI, 37 runs scored, nine doubles and five triples across 45 contests while routinely batting first or second for the Diamondbacks.
