Suarez went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and an additional run scored in Monday's 5-0 win over the Pirates.

Suarez looks to be heating up again. He's hit safely in nine of his last 11 games, going 14-for-41 (.341) with three homers and 13 RBI in that stretch. His long ball Monday, which stretched Arizona's lead to 3-0 in the third inning, was his 15th homer of the year. He's added a .232/.315/.515 slash line, 41 RBI, 34 runs scored, 10 doubles and a stolen base over 54 contests, numbers that are largely in line with his usual rate of production.

Heaney (3-4) allowed five runs on eight hits and three walks while striking out two over five innings to take the loss Monday versus the Diamondbacks.

After allowing a total of four runs over 16 innings across his last three starts, Heaney took a significant step back in this outing. He gave up a pair of home runs, which accounts for the last three runs on his line in one of his worst starts of the season. The southpaw has also walked at least three batters in five of his last six appearances. He's at a 3.41 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 44:24 K:BB over 60.2 innings across 11 starts this season. Heaney's next outing is projected to be at San Diego.

Flores was 2-for-4 with an RBI in Monday's 3-1 loss to the Tigers.

Flores picked up multiple hits in a game for the first time since a stretch of seven hits in three contests came to an end nine games ago. He drove in the team's only run in the sixth inning Monday. While he hasn't strung multiple hits together in a game, the 33-year-old has at least one hit in six of his last seven ballgames.

Sheehan (elbow) was sent to the Arizona Complex League to begin a rehab assignment Monday, per MLB's transactions log.

It was recently reported that Sheehan would likely be ready for a rehab assignment at some point in June, but he appears to be ahead of schedule. The 25-year-old was initially placed on the 15-day injured list March 17 before being transferred to the 60-day IL later that month while continuing to work back from Tommy John surgery with an internal brace procedure. Expect Sheehan to make several minor-league appearances as he begins to build back up from a significant injury.

Stephenson went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run and an additional RBI in Monday's 2-1 win over the Royals.

It was the first three-hit game of the season by Stephenson, who also racked up a season-high three RBI. Monday also marked the 28-year-old backstop's first long ball since May 4, and he's now slashing .209/.312/.373 with two big flies, five doubles, nine RBI and eight runs scored through 77 plate appearances this season. Stephenson is still searching for a rhythm at the plate after missing the onset of the year due to an oblique strain, but he continues to operate as Cincinnati's primary catcher.

Thomas (elbow) began a rehab assignment Monday in the rookie-level Arizona Complex League, giving up two earned runs on three hits and one walk over one inning.

The southpaw has been on the shelf since April 8 with left elbow arthritis and could need close to the full 30-day rehab window to shake off the rust before the Brewers bring him back from the 60-day injured list. Once he's activated, the Rule 5 selection will likely fill a low-leverage role in the Milwaukee bullpen.

Rodriguez (shoulder) is expected to make another rehab appearance before being activated from the 15-day injured list, Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic reports.

Rodriguez emerged from Saturday's 55-pitch simulated game feeling strong, but the club wants to see him stretch out a bit further before bringing him back from the injured list. The team has yet to disclose whether the southpaw will be sent out on a minor-league rehab stint or if he'll toss another sim game later in the week before presumably being activated during the upcoming road trip, which begins June 3 in Atlanta.

Nelson improved to 2-1 on the season in Monday's 5-0 win over the Pirates, covering 6.2 scoreless innings and striking out four batters while allowing four hits and no walks.

Making his second turn through the rotation in place of Eduardo Rodriguez (shoulder), Nelson once again came through with an excellent outing after he previously limited the Dodgers to one run over five innings in his last start May 20. Rodriguez isn't expected to be ready to return from the 15-day injured list later this week when first eligible, and manager Torey Lovullo confirmed after Monday's contest that Nelson would pick up at least one more start Sunday versus the Nationals, per Jack Magruder of the Associated Press. The right-hander owns a 3.79 ERA with 34 strikeouts over 38 innings across his 12 appearances (three starts) on the season.

Arcia agreed to a one-year, major-league contract with the Rockies on Monday, Daniel Alvarez-Montes of ElExtraBase.com reports.

Arcia didn't have to wait long to find work after being released by Atlanta on Sunday. Once his deal with Colorado is finalized, he'll look to join his new club on the current road trip in Chicago, per Alvarez-Montes. Though Arcia has played primarily at shortstop during his career, the Rockies have Ezequiel Tovar locked in at that position on a long-term contract, so Arcia will likely end up seeing most of his opportunities at second base. Rookie Adael Amador has been serving as the Rockies' primary option at the keystone, but he's produced a lowly .473 OPS over 98 plate appearances and could end up being supplanted by Arcia.

Edwards (back) has been participating in baseball activities, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

Edwards was placed on the 10-day injured list May 18 due to a left mid-back strain and has since been given the green light to resume baseball activities. The club has yet to provide a firm timeline for the 25-year-old, and it remains to be seen whether a rehab assignment will be required before activating Edwards from the IL.
