The Diamondbacks optioned Henry to Triple-A Reno on Friday.
Henry was called up Tuesday and appeared in one game during his brief MLB stint, allowing three runs with seven Ks over four innings Thursday. He'll yield his spot on the active roster to Eduardo Rodriguez (shoulder), who'll rejoin the rotation after an IL stint.

Diamondbacks' Eduardo Rodriguez: Activated ahead of start
Rodriguez (shoulder) has been reinstated from the 15-day injured list and will start Friday's game against the Reds.
As expected, Rodriguez will take the mound Friday, marking his first start since May 14 after he dealt with inflammation in his throwing shoulder. Rodriguez owns a 7.05 ERA and 1.70 WHIP over 44.2 innings this season. Tommy Henry was optioned to Triple-A Reno in a corresponding move.

Carroll will get the night off Friday after making three consecutive starts. Lourdes Gurriel, Alek Thomas and Randal Grichuk will fill the outfield from left to right.

Phillies' Bryce Harper: DTD with wrist issue
Manager Rob Thomson said Friday that Harper is day-to-day with soreness in his right wrist, Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Harper is out of Friday's lineup.
Harper has been playing through a nagging wrist injury and will get Friday off to rest and recover. The first baseman also missed time last week after being hit by a pitch in the elbow. In his place, Alec Bohm will bat third and play first base.

Phillies' J.T. Realmuto: Back in action Friday
Realmuto (groin) will bat fifth and catch Friday against Pittsburgh, Paul Casella of MLB.com reports.
Realmuto took a foul tip to the groin area Wednesday and was held out of Thursday's contest due to the issue. However, he's back in the lineup for Friday's series opener against the Pirates. Realmuto is 4-for-26 in his last eight games.

Braves' Daysbel Hernandez: On IL with forearm injury
Atlanta placed Hernandez on the 15-day injured list Friday, retroactive to June 5, with right forearm inflammation.
Hernandez exited Wednesday's game due to numbness in his right pinky, but he's been added to the injured list with a forearm injury. Hernandez has been a dependable option out of the bullpen this season, posting a 2.22 ERA and 1.40 WHIP across 24.1 innings. Dylan Dodd was recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett in a corresponding move.
