Schwarber went 2-for-3 with a pair of home runs, four total RBI and three walks in Sunday's 7-6 extra-innings win over the Blue Jays.

Schwarber opened the scoring in the third inning with a three-run, opposite-field blast off Shane Bieber before extending the lead to 4-2 with a 448-foot solo shot in the fifth. The two-homer game snapped an extended power drought for Schwarber, who had gone 17 games without a long ball -- he went just 10-for-57 (.175) with three RBI in that span. Schwarber is now slashing .247/.369/.535 through 503 plate appearances this season with 68 RBI, 68 runs scored and 35 home runs, tied with Yordan Alvarez for the most in the majors.

Ginkel struck out two in a perfect inning to earn the save in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Dodgers.

Ginkel has allowed five runs (four earned) over 5.2 innings since Arizona's closer committee emerged. He has a save, a blown save, a hold and a win in that span. There's still no favorite for saves currently -- Brandyn Garcia has picked up two of them to Ginkel's one, while Jonathan Loaisiga and Juan Morillo have served more in setup roles since Paul Sewald was removed from the closer role. For the year, Ginkel has a 3.60 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 47:15 K:BB through 50 innings while adding 11 holds.

Giants manager Tony Vitello said that Susac exited Sunday's 3-1 extra-inning loss to the Tigers in the bottom of the seventh due to a left knee contusion, Justice delos Santos of The San Jose Mercury News reports. Susac went 0-for-2 with a strikeout prior to his departure.

Susac fouled a ball of his knee in the bottom of the fifth and exited the game the next time his turn in the batting order came up two innings later. Fortunately for Susac, Vitello said that X-rays on the rookie catcher's knee returned negative. The 25-year-old is dealing with a significant amount of swelling in his knee and is considered day-to-day heading into Monday's series opener versus the Astros.

Rodriguez (11-4) allowed two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out nine over seven innings to earn the win over the Dodgers on Sunday.

Rodriguez emptied the tank for this matchup, throwing 79 of 115 pitches for strikes. On the year, he won two of his four games against the Dodgers while allowing just six runs (five earned) over 24 innings, posting a 22:6 K:BB in those starts. Rodriguez has largely been able to pitch well against tough opponents this year, which has helped him work his way to a 2.70 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 101:47 K:BB across 143.1 innings through 24 starts. The southpaw's next start is projected to be in Atlanta. He limited Atlanta to four hits and a walk over seven scoreless innings in a home start April 3.

Boyd (8-1) earned the win against the Royals on Sunday, allowing two runs on five hits and three walks in seven innings. He struck out three.

The Cubs scored runs early and often Sunday, helping Boyd to mostly cruise through seven strong frames. The 35-year-old southpaw has been a model of consistency since the beginning of July, logging five quality starts in his past seven outings while tossing at least six innings each time during that period. Boyd will be looking to keep the good times rolling next in a favorable home matchup against the Cardinals while sporting a 3.50 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 66:23 K:BB over 79.2 innings.

Wrobleski (11-4) allowed four runs (three earned) on six hits and three walks while striking out three over 3.1 innings to take the loss Sunday versus the Diamondbacks.

Wrobleski has now given up 17 runs (16 earned) over 20 innings since the All-Star break. He's surrendered nine home runs in that span, though he gave up just one long ball in his short start Sunday. Wrobleski appears to have hit the wall in his first full season as a starter in the majors, and it wouldn't be shocking if he was optioned out or demoted to the bullpen when Blake Snell (elbow) returns from the 60-day injured list to start Tuesday versus the Royals. On the year, Wrobleski has a 3.44 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 94:27 K:BB through 120.1 innings.

The Diamondbacks confirmed that Soroka (glute) will be activated from the 15-day injured list to start Monday's vrersus the Rockies at Chase Field, Alex Weiner of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Soroka has been on the shelf since June 20 while recovering from a strained left glute, but he needed just one rehab start to prove his health. The 29-year-old worked four innings and tossed 57 pitches in an outing Tuesday with Triple-A Reno, giving up one earned run on three hits and two walks while striking out a batter. The Diamondbacks will likely keep Soroka's workload in check Monday in his first MLB start in over seven weeks, but he'll be a welcome addition to the rotation nonetheless. Prior to getting hurt, Soroka was experiencing a resurgence in 2026, posting a 3.07 ERA and 1.09 WHIP with 79 strikeouts over 82 innings with Arizona.

Luzardo didn't factor into the decision in Sunday's extra-innings win over Toronto, allowing two runs on four hits and a walk across seven innings. He struck out 12.

It was another dominant outing from Luzardo, who's now held opponents to two runs or fewer in 10 of his last 11 starts. He's gone 6-1 with a 2.04 ERA and 96 strikeouts across 70.2 innings in that span. The left-hander has lowered his ERA to 3.32 through 24 starts (143.2 innings) this season with a 1.14 WHIP and 176 strikeouts, the fifth most in the majors. Luzardo is currently lined up to face the Twins on the road his next time out.

Bichette went 5-for-5 with two doubles, three RBI and three runs scored in Sunday's 11-1 victory over the Pirates.

Bichette led the Mets' 15-hit barrage Sunday, as the third baseman matched a career high with five hits. Bichette has gone 11-for-26 (.423) with three doubles and a home run over his last six games. Overall, he's slashing .263/.307/.378 with 11 homers, 59 RBI, 57 runs scored and a stolen base across 511 plate appearances this season.

Jones (2-4) took the loss Sunday against the Mets, allowing eight runs on six hits and three walks over three innings. He struck out three.

It was a rough outing for the 25-year-old Jones, who's now lost three straight starts while giving up 11 runs in just seven innings across his last two outings. Jones' ERA is up to 5.03 through 13 starts (59 innings) this season with a 1.20 WHIP and 65:19 K:BB. He'll look to turn things around his next time out, currently lined up for next week at home against the Red Sox.
