Stowers went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during Monday's 2-1 loss to the Padres.

The 27-year-old is in the midst of the best season of his career so far, slashing .295/.370/.564 with 60 RBI. Stowers has been particularly dominant over the past month, mashing 12 homers with a .372 average over his last 24 games. His 13 percent walk rate over that stretch shows that Stowers is seeing the ball well, and he has started against the last two lefties the Marlins have faced after often getting platooned in the first half.

Woodruff was removed from Monday's start against the Mariners due to a calf cramp, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports. He earned his second win of the season after allowing two hits and striking out five over six scoreless innings.

Woodruff cruised through six innings on 62 pitches, but he was kept from working deeper into the matchup because of the cramp. The right-hander stated after the game that the cramp was a "non-issue," per McCalvy, so the issue is unlikely to impact his availability moving forward. Woodruff's next outing tentatively lines up for Monday against the Cubs.

Perez (3-3) took the loss after throwing five innings, allowing two runs on five hits while striking out five, during Monday's 2-1 loss to the Padres.

Perez gave the Marlins five solid innings, but the team did not give him much offense to work with. The right-hander has really cemented his status as the top pitcher for Miami since returning from Tommy John surgery, working on a streak of seven straight starts allowing three runs or fewer going back to his second start this season. The 22-year-old has been especially good over his last four starts, going 3-1 with a stingy 1.17 ERA while allowing just 11 hits and striking out 26 batters over 23 innings. His next start is lined up to be on the road at the red-hot Brewers.

Burleson left Monday's game against the Rockies with a bruise on the top of his right foot, Katie Woo of The Athletic reports.

Burleson was sent for imaging following his departure from the contest, and it was reported after the game that X-rays returned negative. The team is considering him day-to-day moving forward, per Woo.

Shaw went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run in Monday's 12-4 loss to the Royals.

Shaw is showing some signs of life lately, as he's now riding a modest four-game hitting streak, and he's gone 6-for-11 during the stretch. The rookie is still batting just .216 overall, and the Cubs may target a veteran third baseman before the trade deadline as his replacement, but Shaw does have the talent to get hot. His fantasy value is higher in dynasty formats at the moment, though the 23-year-old could still deliver some production down the stretch this year depending on his role.

Kelly went 3-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 12-4 loss to the Royals.

While Kansas City's offense broke the game open, Kelly still managed to turn in his own solid effort. The Chicago catcher is now up to 13 home runs for the season, and he's been hot in July with a .350 batting average and four long balls in 12 games. The return of Miguel Amaya (oblique) may cut into Kelly's playing time a little bit, though the latter has earned a sizeable role due to his strong production at the plate.

Adames went 4-for-5 with a homer, two doubles, two RBI and an additional run scored in Monday's 9-5 loss at Atlanta.

The San Francisco shortstop continued his recent run of success by knocking his 15th homer along with his 15th and 16th two-baggers of the season. Adames has been scorching hot in July, batting .333 (20-for-60) with six homers, five doubles, 16 RBI and 12 runs scored in 16 games. Across 424 total plate appearances, the 29-year-old is now slashing .230/.312/.405 with 52 RBI and 57 runs scored.

Profar went 0-for-3 with two walks, a steal and a run scored in Monday's 9-5 victory over San Francisco.

Profar notched his first steal of the season when he took second off Giants reliever Camilo Doval in the eighth inning. This marks the 32-year-old's first stolen base since Sept. 22, 2024, when he was a member of the Padres. Since returning from an 80-game PED suspension in early July, Profar has batted .238 (15-for-63) with three homers, 11 runs scored and eight RBI across 15 games.

Burleson left Monday's game against the Rockies after suffering an apparent right knee injury, John Denton of MLB.com reports.

Burleson exited the matchup after fouling a ball off his right knee during his seventh-inning at-bat. He's presumably headed for further evaluation to determine his availability for the rest of the series. Garrett Hampson took Burleson's place in left field.

Baldwin went 3-for-4 with two doubles, six RBI and two runs scored in Monday's 9-5 win over San Francisco.

The rookie backstop gave his team a 3-1 lead when he plated three runs on double in the first. Baldwin then returned in the fourth to knock home two more on a single before wrapping his career night by driving home one on a double in the sixth. Thanks to a solid .290/.358/.488 slash line with 11 homers, eight doubles, 39 RBI and 25 runs scored in 229 total plate appearances, Baldwin is emerging as a favorite for the NL Rookie of the Year Award.
