Naylor went 0-for-5 with two stolen bases and one run scored in Thursday's 7-6, extra-innings win over the Angels.

Naylor swiped a bag after reaching on catcher's interference in the 10th inning, and his second steal came as the designated runner in the 12th before coming around to score the tying run in that frame. The first baseman continues to pick his moments on the basepaths with five steals over his last 11 contests. Overall, he's up to 27 thefts on 29 attempts while adding 19 home runs, 80 RBI, 74 runs scored and a .283/.344/.451 slash line over 134 games between Seattle and Arizona this season.

Miller allowed four runs on six hits and struck out 11 without walking a batter in a no-decision Thursday versus the Angels.

The 11 strikeouts established a single-game career high for the right-hander. He also gave up two home runs in the contest, the latter of which tied the game at 4-4 and ultimately forced extra innings. Miller has allowed 16 runs over 27 innings with a 25:6 K:BB across five starts since returning from elbow inflammation. For the season, he's at a 5.59 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 64:29 K:BB through 75.2 innings over 15 starts. Miller is projected to make his next start at Kansas City.

Schreiber (3-3) was charged with the loss and a blown save Thursday against the Guardians, allowing two runs on two hits while striking out one in 1.1 innings.

It's the third time already this month that Schreiber has permitted two runs in an outing, giving him a ghastly 12.46 ERA through 4.1 innings in September. With closer Carlos Estevez leading MLB in saves, Schreiber has fallen quite far out of contention for save chances in most scenarios at this stage of the campaign. Across 58.1 innings, Schreiber has a 3.70 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 60:18 K:BB.

Smith struck out two in a clean ninth inning for the save Thursday against the Royals.

Although Smith opened the month by imploding for three earned runs in his first September outing, he's turned in four saves across five consecutive scoreless appearances since then. With Emmanuel Clase's future with the Guardians uncertain due to a sports-betting investigation, Smith is cementing himself as Cleveland's closer to close out the regular season. He has a 3.15 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 92:13 K:BB while converting 13 of his 18 save chances over 65.2 frames in 2025.

Dingler went 2-for-4 with a solo homer and an RBI single during the Tigers' 9-3 loss to the Yankees on Thursday.

Dingler put the Tigers on the board in the second inning with an RBI single before logging his second RBI of the night on a solo homer in the seventh. Dingler has been hot at the plate as of late, having gone 14-for-37 (.378) with two home runs and four RBI over his last 10 games.

Holton (5-5) took the loss against the Yankees on Thursday, allowing two runs on two hits while striking out two across one frame.

Holton recorded both of his strikeouts in the first inning but also gave up a solo home run to Aaron Judge before being tagged for a second run in the second frame when. It was Holton's sixth time serving as an opener this year, and he now sits at a 4.00 ERA and 1.13 WHIP across 69.2 innings overall.

Yarbrough earned the save in Thursday's 9-3 win over the Tigers, allowing two runs on three hits and two walks while striking out two across three innings.

Cam Schlittler limited the Tigers to one run over the first six innings, and Yarbrough took care of the rest across the final three frames of Thursday's win. With Yarbrough being used in long relief to close out Thursday's game, the Yankees will have a fresh set of bullpen arms out for Friday's series opener against the Red Sox at Fenway Park. Yarbrough has a 3.82 ERA and 1.15 WHIP across 63.2 innings this season.

Schlittler (3-3) earned the win against the Tigers on Thursday, allowing one run on five hits and two walks while striking out seven across six innings.

Schlittler gave up an RBI single in the second inning, but the 24-year-old right-hander managed to keep the Tigers off the board the rest of the way despite loading the bases in the fifth. He generated 13 whiffs on 95 pitches (62 strikes) and has recorded at least seven strikeouts and a quality start in four of his last five outings. Schlittler sits at a 3.05 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 63:24 K:BB across 56 innings since making his major-league debut July 9. He's slated to start against the Twins on the road next week.

Chisholm went 2-for-4 with a stolen base, a run scored and a two-run single during the Yankees' 9-3 win over the Tigers on Thursday.

Chisholm entered Thursday's game having gone 1-for-7 with four strikeouts over the first two games of the series but was far more productive in the finale. He collected his 28th steal of the season in the second inning and gave the Yankees a 9-3 lead in the fourth with a two-run single. In nine games since Sept. 2, Chisholm has gone 8-for-31 (.258) with three steals, two homers and five RBI.

Stanton went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Thursday's 9-3 win over Detroit.

Stanton struck out three times Thursday, but he did give the Yankees a 5-1 lead in the third inning with a 429-foot solo homer to left field. It was his 20th home run of the year, which is impressive given that he was on the shelf until mid-June due to tendinitis in both elbows and has played in just 63 games. Stanton has a .941 OPS with 31 runs and 49 RBI across 226 plate appearances this season.
