Keith is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox.

The 23-year-old began the season as Detroit's starting first baseman, but he was shifted to second base with Gleyber Torres (oblique) on the injured list. Keith has a .174/.441/.261 slash line through 34 plate appearances this season and is receiving his first day off this season.

Greene is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox.

Greene started the first eight games of the season and has carried a hot bat with three homers and a 1.083 OPS in 36 plate appearances, but he'll receive a break for Sunday's series finale versus Chicago. Kerry Carpenter will receive a rare start against a lefty (Martin Perez) while Manuel Margot gets the nod in right field.

The White Sox designated Jankowski for assignment Sunday.

The 33-year-old made Chicago's Opening Day roster but won't end up sticking around long with Mike Tauchman (hamstring) returning from the injured list Sunday. Jankowski went 3-for-14 with no extra-base hits in seven games.

Rice is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Pirates.

The left-handed-hitting Rice had started each of the past six games, but he'll take a seat Sunday for the matinee contest while the Pirates send a lefty to the bump in Andrew Heaney. Aaron Judge will get a day off from defensive duties and serve as the Yankees' designated hitter in Rice's stead.

Cabrera is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Pirates.

Cabrera will take a seat for a second day in a row after starting at third base in each of the preceding five contests. Though Cabrera is batting .316 on the season and still appears to be the preferred option at the hot corner, manager Aaron Boone will reward Oswald Peraza with another start after Peraza went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs in Saturday's 10-4 win.

Bellinger (back) will start in right field and bat second in Sunday's game against the Pirates.

A bout with back stiffness kept Bellinger out of the lineup for the previous two games, but he'll be ready to go for the series finale. Bellinger will slide over to right field and open up a spot in center for Trent Grisham, who will be rewarded with another start after slugging two home runs in Saturday's 10-4 win.

The White Sox activated Tauchman (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list, and he's starting in right field and batting leadoff Sunday against the Tigers.

Tauchman suffered a hamstring injury late in spring training and opened the campaign on the injured list, but he's ready to make his debut for the South Siders. The veteran outfielder had a .248/.357/.366 slash line in 109 games with the Cubs last season and should be a lineup regular against right-handed starters for the White Sox.

Springer (back) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.

The veteran outfielder departed Saturday's contest with lower-back spasms after colliding with the outfield wall, and he'll be out of the starting nine for at least one game. Springer didn't appear to have any major issues while going through a pre-game workout Sunday, per Keegan Matheson of MLB.com, which could indicate a quick return to the lineup.

Abreu (undisclosed) isn't injured and is expected to be in the lineup for the second game of Sunday's doubleheader against the Cardinals, Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic reports.

Abreu was scratched from the lineup Saturday prior to the contest being postponed and is absent again for the matinee of Sunday's twin bill, but he's apparently not dealing with an injury. The 25-year-old should return to the starting nine for the nightcap, while Rob Refsnyder receives a start in right field in the opener.

Red Sox manager Alex Cora said that Fitts will make his next start Monday against the Blue Jays in Boston, Gabrielle Starr of the Boston Herald reports.

Fitts had been in line to make his second start of the season Saturday against the Cardinals, but that game was postponed due to inclement weather. With the Red Sox and Cardinals making up the game in a doubleheader Sunday, both teams are allotted a 27th man. The Red Sox will take advantage of the extra roster spot and have Triple-A Worcester call-up Hunter Dobbins start the second game of the twin bill while giving Fitts some extra rest. Dobbins is likely to be sent back to the minors immediately after the doubleheader while Boston returns to a five-man rotation to begin the upcoming week.
