The White Sox optioned Eisert to Triple-A Charlotte on Monday.

Chicago will likely announce a corresponding roster move ahead of its next game Tuesday in Cleveland. A waiver pickup from the Rays in February, Eisert secured a spot in the White Sox's Opening Day bullpen and had made three appearances this season, giving up four earned runs on six hits and one walk while striking out five over three innings.

Forcucci (elbow) should make his pro debut late this season, Jim Callis of MLB Pipeline reports.

Forcucci had Tommy John surgery in June, and if all goes perfectly during his rehab, he would have a chance to pitch in games in August or September. The hard-throwing righty could also be a candidate to head to the Arizona Fall League to make up for lost time.

The Tigers' rookie-level Florida Complex League affiliate placed Swanson on its full-season injured list March 19 while he recovers from Tommy John surgery, Sam Dykstra of MLB.com reports.

A prep righty out of Washington, Swanson received an over-slot $722,500 bonus after being selected in the ninth round of the 2024 First-Year Player Draft. His innings will need to be monitored anyway next season, so the Tigers will likely give him plenty of time to recover before he makes his professional debut sometime next summer.

Single-A Lakeland placed Massey on the 7-day injured list with an undisclosed injury, Sam Dykstra of MLB Pipeline reports.

Massey, a 22-year-old righty, has yet to make his pro debut after the Tigers selected him in the fourth round last year.

LeMahieu (calf) has joined the Yankees on their road trip and hopes to begin a minor-league rehab assignment Friday, Greg Joyce of the New York Post reports.

LeMahieu will go through workouts with the team in Detroit and if everything goes well, he'll be cleared to play in rehab games. The veteran infielder is expected to need most, if not all, of his allotted 20 days on a rehab assignment, so LeMahieu probably won't be back from the injured list before the end of April. Once he returns, he will compete for playing time at third base with Oswaldo Cabrera.

High-A Lansing placed Lasko on the injured list with an undisclosed injury, Jonathan Mayo of MLB Pipeline reports.

The No. 41 overall pick in 2023, Lasko hit .245 with two home runs and 13 steals in 41 games for Lansing a year ago. He turns 23 in June and projects as a speedy bench outfielder.

The Red Sox optioned Dobbins to Triple-A Worcester on Monday.

The 25-year-old righty will head back to the minors one day after he served as the Red Sox's 27th man for their doubleheader with the Cardinals. He made his MLB debut in the second game of the twin bill, striking out five batters while allowing two earned runs on eight hits and two walks en route to claiming the win in Boston's 18-7 victory. Dobbins will be an option for spot starts with the big club later on this season, though he'll be pushed further down the pecking order once the likes of Brayan Bello (shoulder), Lucas Giolito (hamstring) and Kutter Crawford (knee) are cleared to return from the injured list.

Melton (shoulder) struck out five and allowed one unearned run on two hits and no walks over four innings in his season debut Friday for Double-A Erie.

Melton didn't pitch after Aug. 28 last season after sustaining a right shoulder strain, but the injury looks to be in the rear-view mirror. One of Detroit's better pitching prospects, Melton has shown the ability to make bats miss at a steady clip over his last two seasons in the minors, but he struggled to keep the ball in the yard with Erie in 2024, giving up 19 home runs in 100.2 innings.

Caceres (lat) made his season debut for Double-A Rocket City on Friday, striking out a batter in a scoreless inning of relief.

Caceres closed the 2024 season on the Angels' 60-day injured list after undergoing surgery to address a right lat strain. He didn't make any appearances in the Cactus League before being reassigned to minor-league camp March 4, but Caceres apparently received a clean bill of health heading into the season. The 25-year-old righty previously made a pair of relief appearances for the Angels in 2023, but since he no longer possesses a 40-man roster spot, he could have a tough time making it back to the big leagues in 2025.

Trout went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base Sunday in a 6-2 win against the Guardians.

While Trout's streak of three games with a homer came to an end, he extended his hitting streak to five games and logged his first theft of the campaign. The future Hall of Famer was once a prolific base stealer -- his career high is 49 thefts, which he logged in 2012 -- but he's been quiet on the basepaths in recent campaigns, totaling between one and six thefts in each regular season since 2020. Trout's steal Sunday and his power hitting of late suggest that he's feeling healthy this year after playing in just 29 games last season due to a torn meniscus. So far in 2025, he's slashing .188/.300/.500 with three homers, eight RBI and six runs over 40 plate appearances.
