Grisham went 2-for-5 with a double, a grand slam, an additional RBI and an additional run scored in Saturday's 12-9 win over Atlanta.

Grisham crushed a go-ahead grand slam off Raisel Iglesias in the ninth inning to lift his team to victory. The center fielder has been a surprise contributor for the Yankees in 2025, posting a .255/.357/.476 slash line with 26 extra-base hits and 38 RBI through 81 games after holding an OPS below .700 in each of the previous three regular seasons. Despite that, he's fallen into less of an everyday role lately, with Jasson Dominguez becoming a fixture in left field.

Volpe went 2-for-4 with two homers and four RBI in Saturday's victory over Atlanta.

Volpe put together a standout showing Saturday, delivering the first two-homer game of his young career. He hit a two-run blast off Wander Suero in the fifth inning, then followed with a game-tying solo shot off Dylan Lee in the eighth. It could be the beginning of a much-needed hot streak for the shortstop, who's struggled at the plate this season with a .216/.288/.399 slash line in 97 games. Still, his 37 extra-base hits, 53 RBI and 10 steals offer some redeeming value.

Paredes was pulled from Saturday's game versus Seattle due to right hamstring discomfort, Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Paredes pulled up before reaching first base on a single to deep left field in the third inning. He was immediately lifted for a pinch runner but was able to leave the field under his own power, albeit gingerly. Paredes missed three games in mid-June due to a hamstring issue. though it's worth noting that in that instance the injury was to his left hamstring. Imaging should help determine how severe Paredes' injury is this time around, but it wouldn't be surprising if he's held out of the lineup Sunday.

Perez (elbow) threw a bullpen session Saturday, MLB.com reports.

Perez has been sidelined since mid-April but has been engaging in bullpen sessions since early July. It's unclear exactly when he'll begin a rehab assignment, but it appears he could be lining up for a return in the second half of August.

Warren did not factor into the decision Saturday, allowing five runs on five hits and three walks over 3.2 innings against Atlanta. He struck out five.

The right-hander didn't make it out of the fourth inning Saturday, giving up home runs to Michael Harris and Ozzie Albies in the process. Warren came into the outing with solid underlying metrics (3.40 FIP) despite a 4.63 ERA, but this performance didn't offer signs of positive regression. Through 99 innings this season, the 26-year-old now holds a 4.91 ERA and 1.44 WHIP across 21 starts.

Sosa went 3-for-3 with a double, a walk, three RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 10-4 win over the Pirates. He was also hit by a pitch.

Sosa reached base in all five plate appearances and drove in runs with singles in the fifth and seventh innings. The 25-year-old has posted an .828 OPS over 14 July contests, recording four multi-hit efforts, three home runs, 12 RBI and seven runs scored during that stretch. For the season, he's slashing .274/.300/.422 with nine homers, 34 RBI, 29 runs scored and two stolen bases across 308 plate appearances.

Paredes was removed in the third inning of Saturday's game against Seattle due to an apparent leg injury, Shannon Drayer of SeattleSports.com reports.

Paredes smacked a ball to deep left field but pulled up before reaching first base and had to settle for a single. He was immediately checked on by a trainer and subsequently departed from the contest, as Zack Short replaced him as a runner. If Paredes needs to miss time, Short and Mauricio Dubon are candidates to step in at third base.

Robert went 2-for-4 with a walk, one RBI, three runs scored and a stolen base in Saturday's 10-4 win over the Pirates.

Robert was a thorn in the Pirates' side all game, scoring three runs for the second straight contest while setting a career high with 24 stolen bases. The outfielder is riding a six-game hitting streak that includes two homers, six RBI, seven runs scored and two steals. For the season, he's slashing .201/.289/.343 with 10 home runs, 38 RBI and 34 runs scored across 315 plate appearances.

Houser did not factor into the decision in Saturday's 10-4 win over the Pirates, allowing four runs (three earned) on 10 hits and one walk with five strikeouts over 4.1 innings.

Houser yielded a season-high 10 hits while generating only four swinging strikes and failing to complete five innings for the first time in 10 starts this year. It snapped a streak of four consecutive quality starts for the 32-year-old, though he's still allowed three earned runs or fewer in each of his outings. He'll carry a 1.89 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 44:19 K:BB across 62 innings into a tough matchup with the Cubs next weekend.

Latz will start in place of Nathan Eovaldi (back) in Sunday's game against the Tigers in Arlington, Kennedi Landry of MLB.com reports.

Eovaldi was scheduled for the start opposite Detroit ace Tarik Skubal, but the Rangers righty has been scratched due to tightness in his back. In Eovaldi's place, Latz will step in for what will most likely be a spot start, unless Eovaldi requires a stint on the injured list. The lefty previously made two starts this season, topping out at six innings and 88 pitches June 24 versus Baltimore. Latz has pitched well overall this season, posting a 3.00 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 48:21 K:BB over 48 frames spanning 21 appearances.
