Loftin went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 6-3 loss against the Marlins.

Loftin crushed a solo homer -- his seventh of the campaign -- with two outs in the ninth inning, though no further comeback ensued as the Royals fell at home. Over his past 10 games, the 27-year-old is slashing .282/.349/.564 with six extra-base hits (two homers), six RBI and six runs. Loftin has seen much of his action at third base in place of Maikel Garcia (hamstring), though he manned second base Tuesday in place of Michael Massey (concussion).

De Leon (0-1) was tagged with the loss Tuesday against the Rockies after allowing two runs (one earned) on one hit while striking out one over one inning.

De Leon entered the game in the seventh and the first batter he faced, Mickey Moniak, reached on a fielding error from Jackson Holliday before TJ Rumfield smacked a two-run homer to put the Rockies up for good. De Leon could continue seeing work out of the bullpen, but unless he gets into the mix for holds or saves, he won't carry much fantasy appeal.

Bradish didn't factor into the decision Tuesday against the Rockies. He allowed two runs on six hits and two walks while striking out four over five innings.

Bradish ran into trouble in the second inning, when Adael Amador opened the scoring with a two-out solo homer before Zac Veen tripled and scored on Jake McCarthy's RBI single. However, the right-hander kept the Rockies off the board over his final three frames, including working around a double and a walk in the fourth. While Bradish didn't factor into the decision, he still delivered a respectable performance in a tough environment in Colorado. This was a bounce-back effort after he allowed seven runs over 4.1 innings in a no-decision against the Cardinals his last time out. Bradish lines up to make his next start over the weekend at home against the Red Sox.

Montgomery went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI, a run scored and a walk in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Astros.

Montgomery delivered the biggest hit of the game for the White Sox with a two-run double in the sixth off Kai-Wei Teng, scoring Miguel Vargas and Andrew Benintendi. All three elements of his slash line are lower compared to the 2025 season, but Montgomery has been a productive either way. He has 29 homers, 22 doubles, 79 RBI and 63 runs scored through 130 games in 2026.

Teng (5-7) took the loss in relief Tuesday against the White Sox after allowing three runs on three hits and a walk while striking out a batter over two innings.

Teng entered the game in the fifth after Ronel Blanco tossed four scoreless innings and immediately ran into trouble. He hit Sam Antonacci with a pitch and walked Miguel Vargas before Andrew Benintendi broke the scoreless tie with an RBI single. Colson Montgomery followed with a two-run double, leaving Teng responsible for all three runs in the inning. While the right-hander recovered to work a scoreless sixth, he would end up getting tagged with the loss while seeing his ERA rise to 4.66. He's given up multiple earned runs in seven of his last 11 relief appearances dating back to the beginning of June.

Blanco didn't factor into the decision Tuesday against the White Sox. He allowed three hits and three walks while striking out three over four scoreless innings.

The Astros recalled Blanco from Triple-A Sugar Land to start Tuesday after rosters expanded to 28 players. Blanco has issued three walks in four of his six outings in 2026, so the lack of command and control remains an issue, but he at least delivered a scoreless outing -- a massive improvement considering he had given up at least three earned runs in each of his previous five appearances. Blanco lowered his ERA to 6.59 with this outing, and it remains to be seen whether he'll stay in the rotation for another turn.

Canzone went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 9-6 win over the Red Sox.

He got Seattle on the board in the first inning with a 406-foot solo shot off Jedixson Paez, Canzone's 21st homer of the year. Canzone has gone 3-for-10 with three extra-base hits in his last two games after going just 5-for-31 (.161) across his prior eight contests. Overall, Canzone is slashing .255/.326/.486 with 62 RBI and 48 runs scored through 429 plate appearances this season.

Burke (8-6) earned the win Tuesday against the Astros after tossing 5.2 scoreless innings with six strikeouts. He allowed one hit and walked four.

Burke bounced back nicely after issuing a career-high eight walks over three-plus innings in his previous start. He walked the first two batters Tuesday but escaped the opening frame and didn't surrender his first hit until Taylor Trammell doubled in the fifth. This was Burke's fifth scoreless outing of the season, and he's been pitching well -- this outing lowered his ERA to 3.20, and he owns a strong 2.76 ERA with a 1.08 WHIP in nine starts since the All-Star break. His next start is projected to come at home against the Twins over the weekend.

Nimmo went 4-for-5 with a double and five RBI in Tuesday's 8-5 victory over the Athletics.

The five runs driven in were a season high for Nimmo, who also matched his previous season-high mark in hits in a single game. The veteran outfielder is carrying a four-game hitting streak with three multi-hit performances over that stretch. After a mini slump in mid-August in which he hit .087 with a .266 OPS in 12 games between Aug. 12 and Aug. 24, he's bounced back admirably. In his last seven games, Nimmo is hitting .429 with a 1.094 OPS.

Basso (0-2) was tagged with the loss Tuesday against the Rangers after allowing two runs on four hits over 2.1 innings. He struck out two without a walk.

Basso was deployed as the Athletics' opener Tuesday, and even though he departed the game in the third inning after 40 pitches (26 strikes), his early struggles were enough to tag him with the loss. Basso owns a 4.75 ERA and 1.42 WHIP after this outing. Given that his role is mainly pitching as an opener or in low-leverage relief situations, his fantasy appeal is extremely limited.
