Wendle isn't starting Friday's game against the Mariners, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.

Wendle had started each of the last six games, but he'll retreat to the bench with southpaw Yusei Kikuchi starting for the Mariners on Friday. Mike Brosseau will start at third base and bat fifth.

Reyes was optioned to Triple-A Nashville on Friday.

Reyes spent two weeks with the major-league club and served mainly as utility depth during his time in Milwaukee. He went 1-for-11 with three runs, a stolen base, a walk and three strikeouts across seven games in the big leagues, and he should see more consistent playing time with the Triple-A club going forward. Kolten Wong (oblique) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list in a corresponding move.

Rojas (finger) was activated from the 10-day injured list and will be in the lineup Friday against the Cubs, Craig Mish of SportsGrid.com reports.

The 32-year-old has been sidelined since late May with a dislocated and fractured left index finger, but he'll rejoin the Marlins after missing about three weeks. Rojas has a .275/.354/.433 slash line with three homers, 14 doubles, 16 RBI, four stolen bases and 32 runs in 48 games this season. and he should reclaim the everyday role at shortstop now that he's healthy.

Correa went 1-for-3 with a double, an RBI, a run and a walk in Thursday's 10-2 win over the White Sox.

Correa's ground-rule double in the fourth inning knocked in Yuli Gurriel to begin the four-run frame. He scored in the same inning on an Abraham Toro single. The shortstop has an RBI in each of his last four games and he's slashing .294/.385/.510 in 283 plate appearances. The 26-year-old is second on the team behind Jose Altuve in home runs (12) and runs (47) and his 35 walks lead the team.

Chang went 2-for-4 with a home run, four RBI and two runs scored Thursday against the Orioles.

Chang went hitless in his first two at-bats, but he began his production with a two-RBI single in the sixth inning. Two frames later, he delivered a two-run home run for his second long ball of the season. This was also Chang's first multi-hit game since April 18. Chang has struggled with the bat considerably through 101 plate appearances, as he's hit only .179/.218/.305 on the campaign.

Baez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run during Thursday's win over the Mets.

Baez got the scoring started early by taking Marcus Stroman deep in the first inning. Although it's been a slow month and he is batting .232/.269/.478 overall the season, Baez still leads the Cubs with 16 long balls and 44 RBI.

Edman (torso) will be back in the lineup for Thursday's game against Atlanta, Jim Hayes of Bally Sports Midwest reports.

Edman sat out each of the last two games due to torso tightness, but he'll return to action in Thursday's series opener. The 26-year-old has gone 5-for-22 with three doubles and three runs across his last five games.

Crawford isn't in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Diamondbacks, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Crawford drew starts in each of the last four games and went 2-for-13 with a home run, three RBI, two runs and two walks during that time. Mauricio Dubon will take over at shortstop and bat eighth.

Swanson went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run, a triple and an additional run scored in a loss to the Red Sox on Wednesday.

With Atlanta trailing by three runs in the fifth inning, Swanson came through with a three-run blast to left field to temporarily tie the score. The long ball, his first since June 3, was his 11th of the season and pushed his RBI total to 30. He is slashing .237/.286/.448 on the campaign.

Bogaerts went 3-for-5 with three doubles, two runs and an RBI in Wednesday's win over Atlanta.

Bogaerts went deep in two of his previous three games, but he did his damage with two-baggers Wednesday, collecting a trio of doubles for his 22nd multi-hit game of the season. The star shortstop's fifth-inning double was particularly important as it gave the Red Sox a temporary 5-3 lead. Bogaerts is tied for third in MLB with 20 doubles on the campaign while slashing an impressive .325/.387/.571 with 13 homers, 41 RBI and four stolen bases.
