Mondesi was promoted to Triple-A Omaha on Friday, Paul Boyd of the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports.

Mondesi has gone 5-for-12 (.417) with six stolen bases since being reinstated from a 50-game PED suspension. The 21-year-old slashed .267/.338/.457 with 17 stolen bases over 29 games with Double-A NW Arkansas this season and now has an opportunity to show off his skills during his first appearance in Triple-A ball.

O'Malley (foot) is back in the lineup against the Royals on Thursday, Bob Dutton of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.

O'Malley was hit by a foul ball Monday, but came in for two at-bats during Tuesday's contest. He sat out Wednesday's game, but will be back in the lineup Thursday in center, batting ninth in the order. O'Malley is hitting .221 with five RBI during 68 at-bats this season.

Mondesi has gone 4-for-11 with three walks and four steals in four games since returning from a PED suspension at Double-A Northwest Arkansas on July 4.

The soon-to-be 21-year-old is having his best offensive season as a pro in 2016, despite the 50-game absence as a result of the suspension. Mondesi could be in the mix for a second-half call-up to Kansas City, likely after rosters expand, as he is already in possession of a spot on the 40-man roster.

Mateo received a two-week suspension Wednesday for allegedly complaining to management about not getting a promotion to Double-A, the New York Post's George King reports.

The suspension means the Yankees' top prospect won't participate in the Futures Game on Sunday in San Diego, but it means relatively little in terms of affecting his long-term development. Of course, Mateo was believed to have good makeup, so this does change that perception a little, but he's still talented enough to make people forget about this issue down the road. The timing of his argument about getting promoted is a bit odd, as he has been in a brutal slump for a month. His season line sits at .266/.323/.396 with five homers and 26 steals in 340 plate appearances.

Mateo, 21, is batting just .211 with 11 strikeouts and zero stolen bases over his last 10 games for High-A Tampa.

It is difficult to steal bases when you aren't on base, as Mateo has hit the skids of late. However, this is likely just a blip on the radar. The 21-year-old remains one of the better shortstop prospects in the game, slashing .266/.323/.396 with five home runs, 34 RBI and 26 steals through 76 games at this level. He is on the roster for the Futures Game.

O'Malley has a sore right foot after getting hit by a foul ball, but is available to play Tuesday, the Tacoma News Tribune reports.

The utilityman O'Malley got hit Saturday, but hasn't been needed the last couple games anyway. O'Malley's versatility allows the Mariners to carry 13 pitchers. He plays middle infield, third base, all three outfield spots and is the emergency catcher. He also switch hits and has speed on the basepaths. He starts a couple games a week.

Anderson went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two runs scored in the a Sox's win over the Yankees on Monday.

The home run was his fourth in 23 MLB games, or the same number he had in 256 Triple-A plate appearances before his promotion. He still has just one walk, but he will continue to lead off for the Sox until he falls into a slump.

Mondesi has been reinstated from his suspension and will rejoin the lineup at Double-A Northwest Arkansas on Monday night.

Prior to the suspension, which was handed down following a positive test for Clenbuterol, Mondesi was having a career-best season at the plate. The lost time may ultimately keep him from seeing more than a September callup, but Mondesi's prospect stock could recover quickly if he continues to show a combination of power and speed in line with his early-season numbers (five homers, 11 steals through 104 at-bats).

Miller was outrighted to Triple-A Pawtucket on Saturday.

After clearing waivers earlier Saturday, Miller was outrighted and assigned to Pawtucket. He was optioned by the Red Sox on Friday to clear space on the active roster for Brock Holt.

Lindor is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Blue Jays, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.

Lindor will be getting a day off after Friday's 19-inning game with the Blue Jays. Jose Ramirez will take his place at shortstop and bat third Saturday.
