Garcia (shoulder) is expected to pitch for Triple-A Buffalo on Sunday and could rejoin the Blue Jays early next week, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Garcia struck out the side in a rehab outing with Single-A Dunedin on Thursday, touching 97 mph with his fastball, and is gearing up for his MLB return. He's on track to rejoin the Toronto bullpen at some point during a seven-game homestand beginning Monday.

Suarez (shoulder) played catch Friday and remains without a timetable for return, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Suarez's recovery has seemingly plateaued, as the 35-year-old hasn't progressed past playing catch since it was reported he was throwing at 105 feet off flat ground. He's been on the shelf since March 28.

Burdi (foot) has been shut down due to a hip injury, Gabrielle Starr of the Boston Herald reports.

Burdi had been rehabbing at Triple-A Worcester, but he hasn't appeared in a game since June 15. It's now known he's picked up a hip injury and has been temporarily shut down. The severity of his setback is unclear.

Slaten (shoulder) is scheduled to play catch Saturday, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.

It will be the right-hander's first time throwing since he landed on the injured list nearly a month ago due to shoulder inflammation. Slaten will require some time to build back up in his throwing program, so he shouldn't be expected to rejoin the Red Sox until after the All-Star break.

The Mets optioned Warren to Triple-A Syracuse on Friday.

Warren was recalled ahead of Thursday's game against Atlanta and threw 32 pitches across 2.1 innings of relief, allowing one hit while striking out two. He's yet to allow a run in two appearances out of the Mets' bullpen this season.

The Mets selected Poche's contract from Triple-A Syracuse on Friday.

Poche began the season with the Nationals but was designated for assignment in early May before quickly inking a minor-league deal with the Mets. He appeared in 12 games with Syracuse and registered a 4.26 ERA and 13:10 K:BB across 12.2 innings.

The Guardians activated Sabrowski (elbow) from the 60-day injured list Friday.

Sabrowski has been sidelined since spring training due to left elbow inflammation, and he's finally been cleared to make his 2025 debut. The 27-year-old threw 12.2 scoreless innings for Cleveland last season, but he has struggled a bit during his rehab assignment, logging a 5.14 ERA over seven innings at Triple-A Columbus. Sabrowski will take Zak Kent's spot on the active roster.

The Guardians optioned Kent to Triple-A Columbus on Friday.

In a corresponding move, Cleveland activated Erik Sabrowski (elbow) from the 60-day injured list. Kent has appeared in four games out of the bullpen for the Guardians this season, registering a 6.14 ERA and 8:5 K:BB across 7.1 innings.

The Rockies optioned Molina to Triple-A Albuquerque on Friday.

Molina will yield his spot on the active roster to Kyle Freeland (back), who's been activated from the injured list. Molina allowed seven runs with five strikeouts and no walks over 7.2 innings in four appearances during this MLB stint.

The Athletics designated McFarland for assignment on Friday.

The left-hander spent most of May on the IL due to a groin injury before being activated in early June, and he'll lose his place on the 26-man and 40-man rosters after giving up six runs in nine outings after being reinstated. McFarland has a decent track record in the majors and will have the option to elect free agency if he clears waivers.
