Lambert (undisclosed) has given up two runs (one earned) on three hits and one walk while striking out three batters over two innings in two appearances for Triple-A Syracuse since being reinstated from the 7-day injured list Thursday.

The right-handed reliever was shelved for just under a month due to an unspecified injury. Lambert owns a 6.00 ERA, 1.67 WHIP and 28:15 K:BB across 18 innings on the season with Syracuse.

Triple-A Syracuse placed Pintaro on its 7-day injured list Friday due to an unspecified injury.

Pintaro may have sustained the injury in his most recent appearance Wednesday, when he covered two innings out of the bullpen in one of the Mets' doubleheader games versus the Cubs. The right-hander had been serving as the Mets' 27th man for the twin bill and was returned to Syracuse a day later.

Waldrep is a likely candidate to join the Atlanta rotation in the near future, Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports.

The 24-year-old right-hander was added to the 26-man roster Friday and threw 55 pitches over two relief innings that day, working behind Reynaldo Lopez. Lopez's next start is scheduled for Wednesday and manager Walt Weiss has hinted that the duo could be piggybacked, but Atlanta is also likely looking for ways to get Bryce Elder some extra rest, as he showed reduced velocity in his last start and has struggled over the second half of June. Once Waldrep is further stretched out, he could join a six-man rotation that gets the team through to the All-Star break -- Atlanta doesn't get another day off before the break once they begin a series against the Cardinals on Tuesday.

Megill picked up the save Monday against the Reds. He struck out two over a perfect inning.

Megill entered in the ninth inning with a two-run lead and made quick work of the Reds, retiring the side in order to secure his 11th save of the season. The right-hander has been mostly lights out in June, posting a 1.64 ERA, 0.82 WHIP and 16:3 K:BB while converting three of four save opportunities across 11 innings this month. After a shaky start to the season, Megill has righted the ship and established himself as the Brewers' top option in the ninth inning, owning an overall 3.38 ERA, 0.97 WHIP and 43:9 K:BB across 32 innings.

Soto allowed two earned runs on two hits while striking out one across two-thirds of an inning Monday against the Phillies. He earned a hold.

Soto was brought on in the eighth inning in a save situation, though his early usage wasn't particularly alarming given that the Phillies had a pair of lefties due up to begin the inning. However, Soto served up a solo home run to Brandon Marsh -- one of those two lefties -- and has now allowed at least one earned run in five of his last eight appearances. If the Pirates had a superior option at closer, Soto's role could be in jeopardy. However, the entire bullpen has struggled, meaning Soto could be given the chance to break out of his slump while still seeing the majority of save chances.

Sewald allowed two runs on three hits without a strikeout or a walk in one inning to earn the save in Monday's 5-4 win over the Giants.

Sewald allowed a solo home run to Heliot Ramos, and the Giants scraped together another run before he got out of trouble. This was has first save in two weeks, and he pitched just twice in between those save chances, allowing three runs over 1.2 innings. Brandyn Garcia was able to vulture a save chance after Sewald's shaky performance last Tuesday versus the Cardinals, but there's been no changing of the guard at the back of the bullpen. Sewald has a 4.50 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 33:8 K:BB over 30 innings while converting 19 of 20 save opportunities -- no other Arizona pitcher has more than one save.

The Diamondbacks will recall Pfaadt from Triple-A Reno to start Tuesday's game against the Giants in Arizona, Jack Sommers of SI.com reports.

Pfaadt had been expected to slot into the rotation for last Friday's game against the Rays, but the Diamondbacks elected to change their pitching plans after a rainout Thursday. The right-hander will instead toe the rubber for Tuesday's matchup, marking his first start with the big club since April 11, after which he was moved to the bullpen and later demoted to Triple-A. Pfaadt owns a 5.92 ERA and 1.50 WHIP with a 31:17 K:BB across 38 innings in the majors this season.

Mikolas (2-7) took the loss Monday, allowing six runs on nine hits and no walks over seven innings in a 6-3 loss to the Red Sox. He struck out three.

Mikolas was ambushed early, allowing four runs on two homers in just the first frame before giving up another run in both the second and third innings. Despite his poor showing early on, the Nationals stuck with the right-hander to eat innings and he managed to dig in and complete seven frames on 97 pitches (68 strikes). The 37-year-old has had only brief moments of success while largely struggling throughout the 2026 campaign. Mikolas will take a 5.44 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 47:17 K:BB across 84.1 innings (18 appearances) into his next outing, tentatively scheduled for Sunday against the Pirates.

Gordon (hip) will start be activated from the 15-day injured list to start Tuesday's game against the Marlins at Coors Field, Suzie Hunter of GuerillaSports.net reports.

As expected, Gordon will slot back into the rotation this week after he had been on the shelf since June 5 due to a right hip impingement. The right-hander has struggled to find his footing so far this season through nine appearances (two starts), accruing a 6.37 ERA and 1.56 WHIP over 35.1 innings. During his lone rehab start at Triple-A Albuquerque last week, Gordon tossed 38 pitches over four scoreless innings, so he'll likely be limited from a workload standpoint Tuesday.

Manaea (1-3) took the loss Monday against the Blue Jays, allowing two runs on three hits and two walks in 5.2 innings. He struck out four.

Manaea came one out short of logging what could have been his second quality start of the season, as he's fared a bit better out of the rotation recently as opposed to the bullpen. The 34-year-old left-hander has a 5.02 ERA and 1.44 WHIP over 44 innings as a reliever, but he improved his ERA to 4.05 and his WHIP to 1.20 to go with a 19:5 K:BB across 20 frames as a starter. Manaea is set to wrap up a two-start week over the weekend in Atlanta.
