Belisle (calf) will begin a rehab assignment with High-A Potomac on Monday, The Washington Post reports.

He might only need a couple of rehab appearances before being ready to rejoin the Nationals' bullpen. Belisle had a 1.50 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 3:1 K:BB with one hold in seven appearances (six innings) when he went down, and will rejoin the middle relief corps when he returns.

Smith (knee) will begin a rehab assignment with High-A Brevard County on Tuesday, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Smith hasn't encountered any setbacks while recovering from a torn LCL in his right knee, and he's been cleared for game action after throwing a batting practice session Saturday without issue. Sidelined since late March, he'll likely throw several times in the minors before rejoining the Brewers at some point in June. He was set to share closer duties with Jeremy Jeffress prior to his injury, but Jeffress has thrown the ball well as the primary closer, so Smith will likely open in a setup/situational role when he's back on the big league roster.

Melancon (0-1) surrendered a hit, three runs (none earned) and a walk over 0.2 innings in Saturday's 5-1 loss to the Rockies. He struck out two.

It was an interesting ninth frame for the Pirates' closer, who'd been brought in to preserve a 1-1 tie. He struck out both Mark Reynolds and Carlos Gonzalez looking to open the inning, before seeing Gerardo Parra reach on a throwing error. Melancon then issued a free pass to Daniel Descalso, and moved both him and Parra up a base when he uncorked a wild pitch. An infield single by Tony Wolters and a throwing error on the play by John Jaso then plated both runners, giving the Rockies a lead they wouldn't relinquish. Despite the hiccup, the 31-year-old has been highly effective this season, converting 14 of 15 save opportunities, including seven during May.

Vizcaino notched his fifth save of the season by pitching a perfect ninth inning in Saturday's 2-0 victory over the Phillies, striking out two.

The 25-year-old breezed through the final frame, mowing down the Phillies on just 11 pitches. It was Vizcaino's third straight successful save opportunity, and the third time in nine May appearances that he faced the minimum number of batters.

De La Rosa (groin) will rejoin the D-Backs' rotation Wednesday in Pittsburgh, MLB.com's Steve Gilbert reports.

His start was skipped Saturday as he had some nagging injuries, particularly to his triceps, groin and a blister on his hand, but as expected he will slot back in next week. De La Rosa has been missing more bats this year while not sacrificing his control, and he is worth a flyer in most formats while these changes hold.

Jansen (1-1) allowed two runs on two hits while striking out one to take the loss while blowing his first save Friday against the Padres.

Jansen was protecting a one-run lead, and after collecting the last out of the eighth inning, he started the ninth by giving up a single to Wil Myers followed by a walk-off homer to Melvin Upton. It's only the second time all year he's allowed a run in 18 appearances, and he still has an impressive 1.62 ERA to go along with a 0.60 WHIP.

Melancon worked around a pair of hits while protecting a one-run lead, logging his 14th save as the Pirates defeated Colorado 2-1 Friday night.

He has now recorded four saves in the past five days, and while he can be prone to allowing a few men on base, he remains one of the more reliable closers in the game.

Iglesias (shoulder) threw long toss from 90 feet Thursday and played catch on Friday.

Iglesias is slowly getting closer to coming back, though the Reds haven't yet announced a date for him beginning his rehab assignment.

Castro was recalled from Triple-A Albuquerque on Friday, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

The Rockies optioned Castro upon activation from the DL earlier in the week, but he has been summoned back to Colorado ahead of Friday's series opener against the Pirates. Castro, 21, has an electric arm and there has been talk that he could see some save chances late in the year, but he will help bridge the cap to current closer Jake McGee for the time being.

Adleman (oblique) was placed on the 15-day disabled list Friday.

Adleman exited Thursday's start in the fourth inning due to what was eventually diagnosed as a strained left oblique. He was scheduled for an MRI on Friday, and the team has since determined that Adleman will require a stint on the DL. The Reds recalled outfielder Steve Selsky from Triple-A Louisville in a corresponding move Friday.
