Blach (8-8) allowed six runs on nine hits and three walks while striking out just a single batter through six innings during Monday's loss to Miami.

The lefty had pitched at least six innings in each of his previous seven outings and allowed two runs or fewer in five of those starts for a 2.98 ERA and 1.22 WHIP during that stretch. While Blach tossed six innings Monday, the impressive run ended. It's important to note that even when he's pitching well, his 4.3 K/9 significantly limits his fantasy upside. Blach projects to face the Phillies at AT&T Park in his next outing.

Leiter will start against the Padres on Tuesday, Matt Gelb of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Leiter has made three starts for the Phillies this season and has a 3.31 ERA and 1.16 WHIP with 16 strikeouts over 16.1 innings. The 26-year-old has pitched well since being recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley in late July as well, and he's a solid plug-and-play option as he faces the Padres in spacious Petco Park.

Hoover was recalled from Triple-A Reno on Monday, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.

With David Peralta landing on the paternity list, Hoover was summoned back to the big club to offer bullpen depth. The 30-year-old owns a 4.82 ERA and 2.07 WHIP through 28 major-league innings this season, so he probably won't see anything other than lower-leverage situations. He'll likely head back to the minors once Peralta returns.

Yates was reinstated from the family leave list Monday.

Yates is back with the big club after missing three games. The 30-year-old, who has compiled a 3.55 ERA and 56 strikeouts in 38 innings this season, will immediately return to his role as the Padres' primary setup man. Jose Valdez was sent back to the minors in a corresponding move.

Bracho was recalled from Triple-A Reno on Monday.

Bracho will take the place of Jake Barrett on the roster and in the bullpen. Aside from a couple of rough outings earlier in the year, Bracho has been solid for the big club. In seven appearances (eight innings) since the beginning of June, the 25-year-old owns a shiny 1.13 ERA and 6:2 K:BB.

Estevez was optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque prior to Monday's game against the Braves.

The Rockies needed to clear room on the roster for Monday's starter Chad Bettis, and Estevez was the resulting roster casualty. He pitched solid in his most recent stint with the big club, registering four scoreless innings to help lower his ERA to 6.53 on the season. He'll continue to provide organizational relief depth now that he's back in Triple-A.

Reyes (elbow) threw from 90 feet out for the first time in his rehab Sunday, Alaina Getzenberg of MLB.com reports. "It will be a few weeks at 90, and then I'll move back from there," Reyes said. "My body feels great, I feel healthy. My elbow feels great, and it's just getting back and gaining strength."

Reyes has been making consistent progress in his throwing program, having just reached a distance of 60 feet on July 24. The promising prospect will stick with his current distance for multiple weeks before attempting to take matters up another notch. The goal for Reyes continues to be for him to be healthy enough to participate in a portion of spring training in 2018.

Moore allowed two runs on seven hits and no walks across seven innings in a no-decision Sunday against the Nationals. He struck out nine.

Moore allowed solo home runs to Daniel Murphy and Ryan Zimmerman, but he was effective and otherwise kept them off the board. He needed just 91 pitches to complete seven frames, setting a new season high in strikeouts while going without a walk afor the fifth time. This gem came at the right time for Moore, who had allowed nine earned runs over 11 innings during his previous two outings. He still owns a disappointing 5.71 ERA heading into his start Friday against the Phillies.

Jansen struck out one in a spotless inning of work to earn his 32nd save of the season Sunday against the Padres.

It was a commanding preformance from Jansen, who retired the side on just nine pitches to close out a two-run game. He has now completed 10 consecutive scoreless innings, allowing eight total baserunners in that span. Jansen now owns a 1.20 ERA and a 0.67 WHIP through 52.2 innings on the season.

Vizcaino picked up his sixth save of the season Sunday against the Cardinals, striking out one in a perfect ninth inning.

Vizcaino converted his fourth straight save attempt in this one, further solidifying his spot atop the pecking order for the Braves' closing spot ahead of the recently ousted Jim Johnson. Those looking for help in the saves department would be wise to take a peek at Vizcaino if he's available on the wire.
