Austin Voth RP | MIN
Nationals' Austin Voth: Called up, likely starting Saturday
Voth was called up to the majors, Mark Zuckerman of MASN Sports reports.
Voth will be available out of the bullpen if necessary, but the Nationals hope to have him start Saturday against the Mets. The 26-year-old has yet to make his major-league debut. He has a 3.55 ERA in 15 starts for Triple-A Syracuse this season. Jefry Rodriguez was optioned in a corresponding move.

Enyel De Los Santos RP | HOU
Phillies' Enyel De Los Santos: Officially promoted for big-league debut
De Los Santos' contract was selected Tuesday ahead of his scheduled start against the Mets, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.
De Los Santos has certainly elevated his stock this year after being acquired in exchange for just one season of the mediocre Freddy Galvis back in December. He's posted a stellar 1.89 ERA through 16 starts for Triple-A Lehigh Valley, never allowing more than three runs in any appearance. His 22.7 percent strikeout rate and 8.1 percent walk rate are both more solid than spectacular, but he's certainly done enough to earn a big-league audition. Regardless of his performance Tuesday, he could find himself sent right back down to the minors with Vince Velasquez (forearm) on track to return Wednesday.

Josh Hader RP | HOU
Brewers' Josh Hader: Serves up two homers
Hader allowed two earned runs -- both via the home run -- while tossing 1.2 innings in Monday's loss to the Marlins.
Hader had given up just two home runs all season heading into Monday's game, but both Starlin Castro and Brian Anderson took him deep on consecutive pitches in the seventh inning. Hader remained in for the eighth, but could only get two outs, and was removed from the game after allowing five runners to reach base during his outing. Hader was on point his previous time out -- just one baserunner over three frames -- and has been plenty sharp all season, so this is likely just a bump in the road for the first-time All-Star.

Seranthony Dominguez RP | SEA
Phillies' Seranthony Dominguez: Works two innings in non-save situation
Dominguez tossed two perfect frames out of the bullpen Monday in the Phillies' 10-inning loss to the Mets in Game 1 of a doubleheader.
It was yet another dominant showing from Dominguez, who struck out a batter and recorded four of the other five outs via groundballs. Since the 23-year-old wasn't available for the nightcap after tossing 29 pitches in the afternoon contest, Victor Arano came on to notch the save in Game 2, making amends for serving up the decisive run in the Game 1. Arano has now recorded each of the Phillies' last three saves, an indication that he and Dominguez may be on even footing for the ninth-inning role. With eight saves in nine chances since his promotion to the big leagues, Dominguez has done little to loosen his hold on the role, but it appears manager Gabe Kapler may prefer to use the rookie as a high-leverage reliever that occasionally covers multiple innings, a la the Brewers' Josh Hader. If that ends up being the case, Dominguez might sacrifice some save chances as a result, but it wouldn't be too debilitating to his fantasy value given that he would likely take on a heavier workload while continuing to provide excellent ratios.

Victor Arano RP | WAS
Phillies' Victor Arano: Earns loss and save
Arano had an eventful day Monday, earning a loss in the first half of the doubleheader against the Mets and a save in the second half.
Combined, Arano faced just two batters. In the afternoon game, he was called on the the bottom of the 10th inning in a tie game and promptly gave up a walkoff homer to the first batter he faced (Wilmer Flores). He was brought back in to avenge himself in the bottom of the ninth in the night game, with two outs and the tying run at first base. He got the job done that time, striking out Devin Mesoraco to earn his third save of the season. Arano has earned the Phillies' last three saves, but it's tough to call him a true closer. Manager Gabe Kapler prefers to organize his bullpen by leverage rather than by traditional roles, and in each of those save situations, Seranthony Dominguez was either seemingly unavailable or had pitched in a high-leverage situation earlier in the day. Still, Arano has become one of Kapler's most trusted relievers and should find himself in a fair share of save situations going forward.

Andrew Suarez RP | BAL
Giants' Andrew Suarez: Takes no-decision despite quality start
Suarez allowed one run on three hits and four walks with five strikeouts through six innings in a no-decision Monday against the Cubs.
Saurez was rewarded for nibbling, as he gave up a pair of doubles but avoided the game-breaking home run the Cubs lineup is so capable of producing. He only threw 58 strikes in 103 pitches, though, ensuring that he wouldn't be able to go deeper into the game. Suarez now has three straight quality starts in outings against the Diamondbacks, Rockies and Cubs, with the first two on the road. He'll look to extend that hot streak through the end of the first half Sunday against the Athletics.

Raisel Iglesias RP | ATL
Reds' Raisel Iglesias: Records two-out save versus Indians
Iglesias worked around a hit with one strikeout while recording the final two outs of Monday's win over the Indians for his 18th save of the season.
Iglesias came on with two men in scoring position, proceeding to allow a sacrifice fly and an RBI double as the hosts pulled within two runs. The tying run came to the plate in the form of Jose Ramirez, but Iglesias struck him out to end the game. While it was a bit of a shaky outing, it doesn't look too bad on paper and the right-hander still has a shiny 2.48 ERA on the season.

Hoby Milner RP | CHC
Phillies' Hoby Milner: Sent down Monday
Milner was optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley following the conclusion of Monday's doubleheader against the Mets, Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Milner will head back to the minors after failing to make an appearance during his short stint with the big club. Through 25 games at Triple-A, Milner has posted a 2.39 ERA and 1.34 WHIP with 28 strikeouts over 26.1 innings.

Chris Beck RP | STL
Mets' Chris Beck: DFA'd
Beck was designated for assignment by the Mets on Monday, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.
Beck was bumped off the 40-man roster after accruing a 4.50 ERA and 1.59 WHIP with a 21:20 K:BB over 34 innings out of the bullpen. The move was made to accommodate Jerry Blevins' return from the bereavement list.
