Sborz was optioned to the Dodgers' alternate training site Tuesday, Alanna Rizzo of Spectrum SportsNet LA reports.

The move clears a spot for Justin Turner (hamstring) to return from the injured list. Sborz spent a week on the big-league roster in his latest stint with the team, allowing one run in two innings of relief work.

Ponce de Leon allowed two runs on four hits and a walk over six innings during the win against Milwaukee in Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader. He struck out nine and did not factor in the decision.

Ponce de Leon turned in his best performance of the season Monday, fanning a season-high nine batters while walking just one. The lone blemish on his line was a two-run homer by Jedd Gyorko in the fourth inning. He lowered his season ERA to 6.23 and will likely be optioned back to the team's alternate training site.

Webb issued a walk in a scoreless inning during a win over the Brewers in Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader. He struck out one batter and earned the save.

Webb was 0-for-2 in save chances this season prior to Monday with his last opportunity coming all the way back on Aug. 21. The 30-year-old southpaw has now made nine consecutive scoreless appearances, lowering his ERA from 5.40 to 2.30 during that span.

Lamet (3-1) allowed one run on three hits and two walks and struck out 11 over seven innings in a win over the Dodgers on Monday.

Lamet went toe-to-toe with Clayton Kershaw and got the better of the Dodgers' ace in this game. The only run Lamet allowed came on a Corey Seager groundout in the third inning. Lamet has struck out 11 in each of his last two starts. The 28-year-old has a 2.12 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 79:17 K:BB in 59.1 innings this season. The right-hander's next start is expected to be Sept. 22 versus the Angels.

De Leon suffered a groin injury during Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader against the Pirates, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

The Reds have yet to release a timetable for De Leon's return. More details should become known after further testing takes place.

The Phillies optioned Cleavinger to their alternate training site Sept. 9.

Cleavinger joined Philadelphia as its 29th man for their Sept. 8 doubleheader with the Red Sox. The 26-year-old wasn't needed out of the bullpen and will have to wait until 2021 to make his big-league debut if he doesn't receive another callup over the final two weeks of the regular season.

Helsley (1-1) took the loss and a blown save in Game 1 of Monday's doubleheader against the Brewers, allowing two runs (one earned) on one hit and one walk across one-third of an inning. He struck out one.

With Giovanny Gallegos (groin) on the injured list, Helsley was called upon to try and pick up the save after the Cardinals took a 1-0 lead in the eighth. He walked Avisail Garcia to start the frame before bouncing back to strike out of Christian Yelich. He was pulled a batter later after allowing a game-tying double to Ryan Braun and was ultimately charged with another run on Keston Hiura's sacrifice fly. Given Helsley's inability to shut the door Monday, it would not be surprising to see manager Mike Shildt go in a different direction next time the Cardinals come across a save chance.

De Leon left Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader against the Pirates due to an undisclosed injury, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

De Leon walked a pair of batters and left the contest immediately after with the team trainer. He'll be considered day-to-day until further notice.

Radke signed a minor-league contract with the Diamondbacks on Saturday.

After being cut loose by San Diego earlier this month, the 27-year-old lefty was able to quickly find a new organization within the National League West. He'll join Arizona's 60-man roster pool, but Radke likely won't be in store for a promotion to the big-league roster in September and is presumably just being evaluated for a spot in the Triple-A Reno bullpen in 2021. Radke posted a 2.97 ERA and a 28:12 K:BB over 30.1 innings in the Pacific Coast League last season.

Beede (elbow) played catch Monday for the first time since undergoing Tommy John surgery, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Beede has a long road ahead of him, but it's certainly a positive to see him take the first step. He underwent the procedure back in March, so a typical recovery timeline would see him able to return to game action sometime around the midpoint of the 2021 campaign.
