De Leon left Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader against the Pirates due to an undisclosed injury, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

De Leon walked a pair of batters and left the contest immediately after with the team trainer. He'll be considered day-to-day until further notice.

Radke signed a minor-league contract with the Diamondbacks on Saturday.

After being cut loose by San Diego earlier this month, the 27-year-old lefty was able to quickly find a new organization within the National League West. He'll join Arizona's 60-man roster pool, but Radke likely won't be in store for a promotion to the big-league roster in September and is presumably just being evaluated for a spot in the Triple-A Reno bullpen in 2021. Radke posted a 2.97 ERA and a 28:12 K:BB over 30.1 innings in the Pacific Coast League last season.

Beede (elbow) played catch Monday for the first time since undergoing Tommy John surgery, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Beede has a long road ahead of him, but it's certainly a positive to see him take the first step. He underwent the procedure back in March, so a typical recovery timeline would see him able to return to game action sometime around the midpoint of the 2021 campaign.

Feyereisen was optioned to the Brewers' alternate training site Monday.

Feyereisen made four relief appearances during his most recent stint in the majors, allowing five runs on three hits and five walks while striking out six over 7.1 innings during that time. However, his results faltered recently as he allowed four runs over 3.1 innings during his last two outings. The 27-year-old will return to alternate camp after Ray Black was reinstated from the 45-day injured list in a corresponding move.

Topa was recalled as the 29th man for Monday's doubleheader against the Cardinals.

Topa made his big-league debut in early September, allowing a pair of runs in a pair of innings. If he appears in either game Monday, it will likely be in a low-leverage relief role.

Cabrera, who was removed from Saturday's appearance due to ongoing issues with his fingernail, allowed an earned run on a hit and a walk over 1.1 innings in Sunday's loss to the Reds. He struck out two.

Manager Mike Shildt noted issues with keeping Cabrera's replacement acrylic nail affixed were at the heart of the reliever's early exit Saturday, but with the problem resolved, he was ready to return to action Sunday. Cabrera's one run was charged to him after he left the game, and he's now yielded both of his earned runs in September over his last three appearances.

Jansen tossed a perfect inning in a non-save situation against Houston on Sunday, striking out one batter.

Per J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News, manager Dave Roberts was set on using Jansen "no matter what" after the closer imploded in a blown save Saturday. The intent, clearly, was to allow Jansen a chance to get back on the right track quickly, and he did just that with Sunday's easy outing. The veteran has successfully converted 10-of-12 save chances this season while registering a 12.1 K/9, which would be his highest mark since 2017.

Pomeranz earned the hold in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader against San Francisco, pitching a scoreless inning and allowing one hit while striking out one.

Pomeranz has been exceptional as both a reliever and a setup man this season -- remarkably, he leads San Diego in both holds (eight) and saves (four). The southpaw has yet to allow a run while notching a 0.80 WHIP in 15 innings out of the bullpen.

Reds manager David Bell said Monday that Bowman (elbow) will undergo Tommy John surgery later this week, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.

After failing to win a spot on the Reds' Opening Day roster coming out of summer camp, the Reds later shifted him to the injured list after he was diagnosed with a sprained right elbow. Bowman had been cleared to resume a throwing program in August, but since the right-hander wasn't progressing as well as the Reds hoped, surgery was ordered up. The procedure will most likely keep Bowman sidelined through the end of the 2021 campaign, though he'll have a slight chance at pitching in some minor-league rehab games at the tail end of next season. According to John Fay of The Cincinnati Enquirer, the Reds will remove Bowman from their 60-man roster pool, and there's a good chance the reliever will be non-tendered this winter.

The Cardinals recalled Ponce de Leon from their alternate training site ahead of their doubleheader Monday in Milwaukee.

Kwang Hyun Kim (elbow) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list and will start the first game of the twin bill, while Ponce de Leon takes the hill in the nightcap for his sixth start of 2020. The Cardinals are designating Ponce de Leon as their 29th man for the doubleheader, so he'll likely be sent back to the alternate site following his start. Over 15.2 innings with the big club this season, Ponce de Leon has allowed 13 earned runs on 15 hits and 15 walks while striking out 21.
