Mack went 4-for-5 with a solo home run, two additional runs scored and a stolen base Friday for Triple-A Jacksonville.

His contributions didn't end with his bat -- the catcher also guided four Jumbo Shrimp pitchers to a combined no-hitter and 14 strikeouts over nine innings. Mack appears to be finding his groove again after a month-long slump from late May into June that saw him slash .133/.216/.173 with a 29.5 percent strikeout rate in 88 plate appearances. Over his last four games, he's gone 9-for-18 with a double and two homers. With Agustin Ramirez leading a trio of backstops on the big-league roster, the Marlins have the luxury of not rushing Mack to the majors, but he could be ready to contribute in Miami later on this season.

Bailey went 1-for-3 with a two-RBI triple, a run scored and a walk in Friday's 3-1 win over the White Sox.

Bailey lined a triple to right field in the sixth inning, driving in two runs to give the Giants a 3-1 lead. He also drew a walk in the third before coming around to score. The 26-year-old catcher delivered his first multi-RBI game since May 6 and is now slashing .192/.261/.280 with 20 runs scored, 19 RBI, 12 extra-base hits -- including one home run -- and a 31.1 percent strikeout rate across 206 plate appearances.

Fulford went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI during Friday's 10-6 loss to the Brewers.

It was in a losing effort, but Fulford set a career high with three hits Friday, also knocking in three RBI. It's a small sample, but the 26-year-old has shown good consistency in his rookie season, as he's yet to go more than two games without picking up a hit. He is now slashing .281/.294/.500 in 34 plate appearances this season.

Goodman is considered day-to-day due to hamstring tightness, Kelsey Wingert-Linch of AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain reports.

Goodman was absent from Friday's lineup against Milwaukee, the second straight game in which he's been out of Colorado's starting nine. He could return to action Saturday, but Braxton Fulford figures to see more work behind the dish for as long as Goodman is sidelined. Goodman is in the midst of a seven-game hitting streak, during which he's gone 9-for-28 (.321) with three home runs and eight RBI.

Ruiz was moved to the 7-day injured list Friday after being diagnosed with a concussion, Spencer Nusbaum of The Washington Post reports.

Ruiz was struck by a foul ball while in the dugout during Monday's game against the Pirates. He was initially placed on the 10-day injured list Tuesday, but he was diagnosed with a concussion after seeing a specialist. By shifting to the 7-day IL, Ruiz is eligible to return Tuesday as long as he clears the league's concussion protocols.

Hicks is not in Miami's starting lineup against Arizona on Friday.

Hicks will be out of the Marlins' lineup for a second consecutive game while Kyle Stowers serves as the designated hitter and bats fifth. Hicks has slashed .289/.396/.378 with four doubles and four RBI in 53 plate appearances since the beginning of June.

Goodman isn't part of the lineup for Friday's game against Milwaukee.

The Rockies will turn to Braxton Fulford behind the dish for a second consecutive game, keeping Goodman on the bench. Goodman hasn't been held out of the starting lineup in back-to-back games since mid-May.

Torrens is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Pirates.

Torrens was expected to take over starting catcher duties after Francisco Alvarez was sent down to Triple-A Syracuse. Torrens made three straight starts after the move, but it's been Hayden Senger behind the dish in two of the Mets' last three contests. Torrens is 4-for-45 (.089) with 11 strikeouts in June.

Del Castillo (back) has been sent to the rookie-level Arizona Complex League Diamondbacks to begin a rehab assignment, Alex Weiner of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Del Castillo landed on the 7-day injured list at Triple-A Reno a week ago with a lower-back injury. He had previously missed time with a right shoulder injury and only recently was allowed to resume defensive duties. If Del Castillo can bounce back quickly from the back issue and catch without any restrictions, he could get another look for a Diamondbacks club that's missing Gabriel Moreno (hand).

Baldwin isn't in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Mets.

Baldwin will grab a seat on the bench Thursday after belting his ninth home run of the season during Wednesday's loss. While he rests, Sean Murphy will start behind the dish and bat fifth.
