Vargas went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer, a double and two runs scored in Tuesday's win over the Reds.

Vargas was the hero for the White Sox on Tuesday after sending out a three-run homer in the 10th inning to put them ahead 5-1. Vargas drove in his first runs since he last homered May 1 and it was his second game this season with at least three RBI. He's looked much better at the plate over the last few weeks, slashing .328/.414/.541 with three homers, nine RBI, 10 runs and a 9:7 BB:K in 17 games.

The Orioles activated Urias (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list Wednesday.

Urias required just a minimum 10-day absence while recovering from a right hamstring strain. With Jordan Westburg (hamstring) still out, Urias should handle the bulk of the reps at third base for Baltimore.

Clement went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in Tuesday's loss to the Rays.

Clement led off the bottom of the seventh with a solo home run for his first homer of the season. He's now registered at least a hit in seven straight games and has 10 hits in his last 20 at-bats. Clement's recent excellent play has raised his average over 50 points in the last week, as he's slashing .275/.302/.367 with eight extra-base hits, eight RBI, 11 runs, two steals and a 5:19 BB:K in 118 plate appearances.

Hayes went 2-for-4 with a triple and a stolen base in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Mets.

While the Pirates' overall offensive malaise prevented Hayes from adding any other fantasy-friendly stats to his ledger, he continues to be one of the most consistent hitters in the lineup. The third baseman hasn't gone consecutive games without a hit since mid-April, and over his last 22 contests he's slashing .310/.341/.356 with two steals and seven RBI, but somehow only one run scored.

Caminero went 1-for-5 with a grand slam in Tuesday's win over the Blue Jays.

Caminero silenced Rogers Centre with a grand slam off Jeff Hoffman in the ninth inning to break a 7-7 tie. The home run was his first away from home this year, as he's struggled mightily on the road, slashing .130/.163/.239. It's been a slow first half of May for Caminero overall, as Tuesday's home run was just his second extra-base hit in 10 games this month. Caminero is now up to eight long balls and 20 RBI this season and will try to keep producing with four more road games on tap for the Rays this week.

Lugo hit a two-run home run as a pinch hitter in Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Padres.

Lugo is already showing some talent off the bench -- he's homered twice as a pinch hitter in the last three days. All three of his major-league hits over five games have gone for extra bases (two homers, one triple), and he's added three RBI and four strikeouts. Lugo's carving out a part-time role in the outfield, having started two of the last four games. Both of his starts have come in left field, pushing Taylor Ward to designated hitter. The Angels' outfield has exclusively featured right-handed hitters, so it's unlikely a platoon situation develops, but Lugo's performance in a limited role could help him earn more looks.

Paredes went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 2-1 win over Kansas City.

Paredes played the role of hero Tuesday, taking Royals right-hander John Schreiber deep for a walk-off home run in the ninth inning. The slugging infielder snapped a 16-game homerless skid, and he also tallied his ninth multi-hit game of the campaign. Paredes has at least one hit in 15 of his last 18 games, batting .308 with two long balls, five doubles, six RBI and nine runs scored over 65 at-bats in that span.

Jung went 3-for-4 with two home runs and four RBI in Tuesday's 4-1 win over Colorado.

Jung got Texas on the board in the first inning with a two-run home run off Rockies left-hander Kyle Freeland, later tacking on an insurance run with another homer in the eighth. It was the fifth career multi-homer effort by Jung, who now has five extra-base hits through 12 games in May. The 27-year-old third baseman has also hit four long balls over his last seven games, hitting .360 with seven RBI over 25 at-bats in that span.

Berti is not in the Cubs' lineup against the Marlins on Tuesday.

Berti has been sitting for roughly one game per series since April 27. He will likely start in Wednesday's rubber match after playing in Monday's 5-2 victory over Miami. Nicky Lopez will start at third base and bat ninth with Berti on the bench.

Jung is starting at third base and batting eighth in Tuesday's game against the Red Sox.

After starting three straight games, Jung got Monday off, but he'll return to the lineup a day later. The 24-year-old is starting to emerge as Detroit's top option at the hot corner, at least against righties. The eventual return of Matt Vierling (shoulder) could squeeze Jung a bit, though he should maintain a regular role for now.
