McNeil started the past three games and will head to the bench with lefty Madison Bumgarner on the mound for the Diamondbacks. The 30-year-old started against a southpaw Opening Day but hasn't been in the lineup versus a lefty since, though Sunday is only the fourth time all season the Mets have faced a left-handed starter.

Marte started the first 15 games of the season but will take a seat Sunday with a .496 OPS and 27.3 percent strikeout rate through 66 plate appearances. Geraldo Perdomo will cover the keystone in his place for the series finale.

Reds manager David Bell said India (hamstring) could return from the 10-day injured list as soon as Tuesday, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.
After landing on the 10-day injured list last Tuesday with the right hamstring strain, India has seemingly made positive progress in his recovery over the past few days. He was able to run the bases Friday, and he had what Bell termed as another "encouraging day" of workouts Saturday, according to Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer. Alejo Lopez will draw the start at second base in Sunday's series finale against the Cardinals and will continue to fill in at the keystone for the duration of India's absence.

Drury is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against St. Louis.
Drury started the past three games with Jake Fraley (knee) unavailable and will take a seat after going 2-for-12 with a walk, an RBI and a strikeout. Colin Moran will be the DH on Sunday while JT Riddle starts at the hot corner.

Estrada went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Nationals.
Estrada got aboard with a single in the Giants' fifth-inning rally. He then stole second and scored on a Curt Casali single. Estrada has provided a bit of power and speed from the bottom half of the order. He's slashing .255/.293/.400 with two home runs, nine RBI, 12 runs scored and three stolen bases while working as the primary second baseman with Tommy La Stella (Achilles) out. Estrada enters Sunday having gone 4-for-11 in his last three games.

Guardians' Owen Miller: Activated, starting Sunday
The Guardians activated Miller (illness) from the COVID-19 injured list Sunday, Ryan Lewis of the Akron Beacon Journal reports. He'll start at first base and bat sixth in Cleveland's series finale with the Yankees.
Cleveland optioned reliever Konnor Pilkington to Triple-A Columbus to reopen a spot on the 28-man active roster for Miller, who was unavailable for four days due to MLB's COVID-19 protocols. Prior to being deactivated, Miller had solidified himself as a near-everyday player by slashing .500/.545/.964 over his first 33 plate appearances of the season. Now that he's healthy again, Miller should continue to play on a regular basis, with most of his opportunities likely coming at first base.

Lowe will take a seat along with fellow lefty-hitting regulars Josh Lowe and Ji-Man Choi as the Rays load up on right-handed bats to counter Boston southpaw Rich Hill. Randy Arozarena will replace Lowe as the Rays' leadoff hitter, while Vidal Brujan fills in for Lowe at second base.
