Altuve went 2-for-5 with a double, two RBI and one run scored Thursday against the Rockies.
After dropping in the Astros' order briefly, Altuve hit second in both of the team's games at Coors Field. He delivered two multi-hit games, with his double Thursday his first extra-base hit in 11 contests. Elvis Andrus 2B | ARI
Rangers' Elvis Andrus: Placed on injured list
Andrus (back) was placed on the 10-day injured list Thursday.
Andrus has dealt with a lower-back strain in recent days that has kept him out of the starting lineup for four consecutive games. He appeared as a defensive replacement Wednesday, but he won't be available for at least 10 days while he recovers. Yadiel Rivera was recalled in a corresponding move, and he should serve as depth behind Isiah Kiner-Falefa at shortstop while Andrus is sidelined.

Tony Kemp 2B | MIN
Athletics' Tony Kemp: Receives day off Thursday
Kemp isn't starting Thursday against the Diamondbacks.
Kemp went hitless with one walk and two strikeouts over his last 10 at-bats, and he'll take a breather for the series finale against Arizona. Chad Pinder will start at second base Thursday and bat eighth.

Luis Arraez 2B | SF
Twins' Luis Arraez: Still on bench Thursday
Arraez (knee) isn't in the lineup Thursday against the Brewers.
Arraez will be sidelined for a second straight game after leaving Tuesday's contest with a left knee injury. However, he underwent imaging Wednesday that cleared him of a serious injury, and it appears as though he'll avoid a trip to the injured list. Ildemaro Vargas will start at second base Thursday.

Cavan Biggio RF | HOU
Blue Jays' Cavan Biggio: Reaches base three times
Biggio went 2-for-3 with a double, an RBI and a walk in the 3-2 win over the Phillies in Game 1 of Thursday's doubleheader.
Biggio came through with a huge two-out hit in the sixth, driving in Billy McKinney with a double to tie the game at two. The Blue Jays went on to win the seven-inning game on a walkoff single by Lourdes Gurriel. Biggio now has 13 RBI and is slashing a solid .250/.364/.512 on the season.

Elvis Andrus 2B | ARI
Rangers' Elvis Andrus: Not starting Thursday
Andrus (back) isn't in the lineup Thursday against the Padres.
Andrus entered Wednesday's game as a pinch runner and played two innings at shortstop, but he'll be out of the starting nine for the fourth consecutive game. However, his usage Wednesday would suggest that he could be available off the bench Thursday. Isiah Kiner-Falefa will shift to shortstop in Andrus' absence.

Santiago Espinal 2B | LAD
Blue Jays' Santiago Espinal: Not in lineup for Game 2
Espinal isn't in the lineup for Game 2 of Thursday's doubleheader against the Phillies.
Espinal drew three consecutive starts at shortstop with Bo Bichette (knee) out indefinitely, but Joe Panik will get the start for the second game of the twin bill. Espinal is hitting .263 with one stolen base and seven strikeouts over 19 at-bats this year.

Yankees' Gleyber Torres: Dealing with hamstring tightness
Torres left Thursday's game against the Rays with left hamstring tightness.
Torres suffered the injury while running to first base and was replaced by Thairo Estrada. He's being further evaluated, and a better timetable for how much time he'll miss could come into focus once the results are known.
