Torres (oblique) has joined the Tigers at Tropicana Field on Monday and could be activated from the 10-day injured list prior to Tuesday's game versus the Rays, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Torres appears to be done with his rehab assignment after playing back-to-back games with Triple-A Toledo on Saturday and Sunday. He will receive some rest Monday before returning to the Tigers' active roster Tuesday, barring unforeseen circumstances. Torres has been shelved since early May while battling a left oblique strain.

Duran went 1-for-4 with a triple, two RBI and a run scored in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Royals.

All of Duran's offense came in the Rangers' four-run first inning. He plated two with two-out triple and scored one batter later. He had RBI in all three games in the sweep of the Royals and amassed 16 RBI over the last 13 contests.

Lopez went 2-for-4 with a run scored in Sunday's 6-3 win over Kansas City.

Lopez made a fifth consecutive start at second base and has hit safely in the last three contests, going 5-for-11 with a home run and three RBI during that stretch. The keystone was looking like a good fit for Justin Foscue until the Rangers acquired the left-handed hitting Lopez, who appears to be the choice against right-handers. Texas faces a sixth straight right-hander Monday, when it is scheduled to face St. Louis right-hander Michael McGreevy.

Young went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 3-2 extra-inning win over the Diamondbacks.

Young has hit consistently in recent games, going 9-for-34 (.265) with two doubles and three RBI over his last 10 games. The 22-year-old hasn't shown much power -- his long ball Sunday was his fourth of the year and his first since April 25 against the Cardinals. On the season, he's hitting .244 with a .677 OPS, 29 RBI, 26 runs scored, two stolen bases, 10 doubles and a triple through 60 contests.

Massey went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, an additional run scored and a walk in Sunday's 6-3 loss to the Rangers.

Massey did his part as the Royals attempted to mount a comeback, drilling a two-run homer in the eighth inning, though no further scoring followed as the club was ultimately swept in the weekend series. The 28-year-old has received regular opportunities at the keystone against right-handed pitching since Jonathan India (shoulder) was lost for the season, but he has struggled to make a consistent impact. Across 120 plate appearances in 2026, Massey is hitting .234 with a .684 OPS, four homers, 15 RBI, 13 runs and a stolen base.

Chisholm is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Athletics.

The Yankees will keep the left-handed-hitting Chisholm on the bench for a second straight matchup versus a southpaw, as he'll give way to Max Schuemann at second base while the Athletics send lefty Jacob Lopez to the hill. Chisholm is slashing just .234/.286/.344 (77 wRC+) over 70 plate appearances against lefties this season.

Loftin will start at third base and bat eighth in Sunday's game against the Angels.

Maikel Garcia suffered a hamstring injury Saturday and appears to be trending toward a stint on the injured list. If that's the case, Loftin would stand to be the primary beneficiary. The 27-year-old utility player has walked nearly as often as he's struck out this season with an 8:9 BB:K, but he's a career .219 hitter in the big leagues and has just five home runs and four stolen bases over 168 games.

Peraza went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and a stolen base Saturday in a 14-3 win against Tampa Bay.

Peraza got in on a big offensive day by the Angels by clubbing a solo shot in the ninth inning. The 25-year-old has reached base safely in nine of his past 10 contests and is slashing .333/.400/.528 with two homers, four RBI, four runs and one stolen base over that stretch. Peraza isn't setting the world on fire, but he's earned a near-everyday role and is in the midst of a career-best campaign, posting a .277/.341/.465 slash line with seven long balls, 15 RBI, 17 runs and six stolen bases through 53 games.

Sogard is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians, Tim Healey of The Boston Globe reports.

After taking a seat for Friday's series opener in Cleveland while managing a nagging right side injury, Sogard returned to the lineup at second base for Saturday's 9-1 win and went hitless in two at-bats. The Red Sox will give Sogard another day off Sunday to further manage the side injury, which will enable both Isiah Kiner-Falefa and Caleb Durbin to fill starting roles.

Duran went 1-for-4 with a walk, an RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 7-6 win over Kansas City.

Duran recorded the first walk-off plate appearance of his career, capping a ninth-inning, three-run rally with a flare single to right field. The versatile Duran has made himself indispensable as a fill-in at several positions for injured regulars, but he's played well enough to remain a lineup staple even when the roster gets healthy. Across 50 games this season, Duran is slashing .289/.343/.453 with four home runs, 29 RBI, five steals and 24 runs.
