Bobby Dalbec 1B | CHW
Red Sox's Bobby Dalbec: Limited opportunity in Boston
Red Sox manager Alex Cora said Friday that Dalbec does not have an obvious path to regular at-bats in Boston, Christopher Smith of MassLive.com reports. "Obviously where we're at roster-wise, he needs to be patient," Cora said.
Dalbec was called up from Triple-A Worcester on Friday after the team placed Pablo Reyes (abdomen) on the injured list. The Red Sox plan to use Dalbec mainly at corner infield, but first and third base are manned by Triston Casas and Rafael Devers, respectively. Dalbec has played some shortstop -- the most obvious path to at-bats given the team's current roster -- but the Red Sox will try to stay away from him there.

Nate Lowe 1B | CIN
Rangers' Nathaniel Lowe: Extends on-base streak
Lowe went 1-for-3 with a walk and a run scored in Friday's 4-2 extra-inning win over the Yankees.
Lowe has reached base safely in nine consecutive games, a stretch which includes 10 walks. He's 11-for-32 with a line of .344/.512/.500 in those nine games. After a two-game stretch batting fifth, Lowe was restored to his customary three hole for the last two games (2-for-5, four walks).

Christian Walker 1B | HOU
Diamondbacks' Christian Walker: Extends hit streak
Walker went 1-for-3 with a walk and run scored in Friday's 8-5 loss to San Francisco.
Walker extended his hit streak to eight games in his final at-bat with an eighth-inning single. The first baseman is 12-for-31 (.387) with two home runs, three doubles and seven RBI during the hot streak. June has been Walker's best month, as he's posted a .346/.409/.590 line over 78 at-bats.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. 1B | TOR
Blue Jays' Vladimir Guerrero: Mashes homer No. 10
Guerrero went 2-for-4 with a double and a three-run home run in Friday's 5-4 loss to the A's.
The first baseman snapped a 16-game power drought when he took James Kaprielian deep in the third inning, a stretch in which Guerrero had slashed just .220/.303/.254 with two doubles and five RBI. While Friday's homer was only his 10th of the year, the 24-year-old has kept his fantasy value afloat with 45 RBI in 74 games.

Nick Pratto 1B | TEX
Royals' Nick Pratto: Slugs fifth homer
Pratto went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 11-3 loss to the Rays.
He led off the game by ripping Zach Eflin's second pitch over the right-field fence, but things quickly got away from Kansas City after that. Pratto snapped a 15-game power drought with the blast and is up to five homers on the season, but the 24-year-old is slashing just .196/.269/.326 with a 38.5 percent strikeout rate through 13 contests since Vinnie Pasquantino (shoulder) was lost for the year.

Ty France 1B | SD
Mariners' Ty France: Reaches four times Friday
France went 3-for-4 with an RBI single, a walk and two runs in a win over the Orioles on Friday.
One night after belting a 430-foot blast in Yankee Stadium, France put together a noteworthy performance of a slightly different stripe. The veteran's current tear at the plate has seen him generate a .358 average and .941 OPS over his last 17 games while producing seven multi-hit efforts. France's 23.0 percent strikeout rate during that span is notably higher than his norm, but a 28.0 percent line-drive rate has helped him to a very elevated .458 BABIP.

Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Braves' Matt Olson: Two homers in defeat
Olson went 2-for-5 with two home runs, three RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 11-10 loss to the Reds.
Olson made Great American Ball Park look especially small with a couple long balls, including a laser to straightaway center clocked at 107.7 mph off the bat. Friday marked Olson's third multi-homer game this season, and he's now up to 23 home runs for the campaign, tied for second in baseball with Pete Alonso. He's tied for fourth in RBI with 55.

Elehuris Montero 1B | COL
Rockies' Elehuris Montero: Racks up three hits in win
Montero went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored in Friday's 7-4 win over the Angels.
Montero has hit safely in his last two games, going 4-for-7 in that span after enduring an 0-for-20 skid over his previous six contests. Friday marked his first multi-hit effort since he was recalled from Triple-A Albuquerque in late May. The infielder has a .209/.242/.341 slash line, two home runs, 10 RBI, 11 runs scored, four doubles and a triple over 95 plate appearances. He'll likely remain limited to a short-side platoon role at first base unless he can get hot at the plate.

Joey Votto 1B | TOR
Reds' Joey Votto: Pops two homers in win
Votto went 2-for-4 with two home runs and four RBI in Friday's victory over Atlanta.
After a long recovery from rotator cuff surgery and a stalled rehab assignment earlier in the season, Votto has returned to the Reds with a bang. The 39-year-old is now 4-for-13 with three home runs and seven RBI since coming off the injured list. He's batting lower in the order than he typically has -- Votto has hit sixth in all four games since his return -- but it's probably a good thing that he doesn't have to carry as much of the offensive burden at this point in his career.

Wilmer Flores 1B | SF
Giants' Wilmer Flores: Takes part in BP
Flores (foot) was able to take batting practice before Friday's game versus the Diamondbacks, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.
Flores continues to make steady progress after being placed on the injured list Saturday with a bruise on his left foot. The infielder is eligible to return from the injured list before Tuesday's game versus the Blue Jays, but it's possible the Giants will have Flores participate in a short rehab assignment before adding him to the active roster.
