Hall is not in Sunday's lineup against the Mets.

Hall has been out of the lineup for three consecutive games, as Kyle Schwarber has occupied the designated-hitter role since his return to the lineup. As long as that continues, Hall will have a difficult time finding regular at-bats due to his defensive limitations and Rhys Hoskins being locked in at first base.

Bell went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk Saturday in a 2-1 victory versus the Nationals.

Bell has struggled mightily since joining the Padres in a trade with the Nationals on Aug. 2, batting .131 over 61 at-bats. He showed signs of life against his ex-club Saturday, accounting for the Padres' first run of the contest with a 415-foot solo shot in the fifth inning. Amidst his struggles, Bell has been both striking out and walking at acceptable rates, so there's reason to believe he'll bust out of the slump soon.

Solano went 3-for-5 with one RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 10-1 win over the Pirates.

Solano tallied an RBI single off lefty reliever Eric Stout in the ninth to increase Cincinnati's lead to six. The second baseman has been red hot with the bat recently with a .405 average in 37 at-bats during his last 10 games. In addition, the 34-year-old has enjoyed hitting at home this season with a .354 average and .913 OPS in 82 at-bats compared to a .279 average and .710 OPS in 68 at-bats on the road.

Goldschmidt went 3-for-6 with a three-run home run and an additional run and RBI in a 16-7 win against the Diamondbacks.

Goldschmidt singled home a run in the third inning while adding a single and a three-run homer in the ninth to cap an eight-run inning. The 34-year-old has compiled a solid five-game hitting streak, during which he's batted 12-for-20 with three doubles and three homers to boost his average from .328 to a league-leading .341 in addition to posting league-best marks in on-base percentage (.422) and OPS (1.062).

Voit was scratched from Saturday's lineup as he continues to deal with back spasms, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

After being scratched from Friday's contest due to back tightness, Voit once again will sit out Saturday with continued back issues. Joey Meneses will move to first base, while Lane Thomas will take over in right field.

Solano was reinstated from the restricted list Saturday.

Solano went from the paternity list to the restricted list this week, but evidently he's cleared all protocols and is ready to return to action. While he's not a part of the long-term plans in Cincinnati, Solano is slashing .310/.374/.434 in limited action this year and figures to play regularly between third base and DH the rest of the way.

Cron is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Giants.

Cron hasn't been getting many hits to fall lately (2-for-his-last-25), and his power has been almost non-existent since the All-Star break. Cron admitted last month that his left wrist was still bothersome, though there has been nothing yet to suggest this absence is injury related.

Alonso went 2-for-5 with a double, a home run and three RBI in Friday's 7-2 win over the Phillies.

The first baseman is now up to 30 homers and 102 RBI through 119 games this season, and the latter figure put his name in the Mets' record book once again. Alonso became the fastest player in franchise history to get to 100 RBI, breaking the mark of 122 games previously held by three different players (Mike Piazza, Carlos Beltran and Robin Ventura). Much of that production has come against the Phillies -- Alonso is slashing .339/.435/.768 through 16 games this season against his team's NL East rivals with six homers and 22 RBI.

Tellez went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 8-7 loss to the Cubs.

His third-inning blast off Keegan Thompson was one of three off the Chicago right-hander, although the Milwaukee power display wasn't enough in the end. Tellez continues to add to his career-high totals on the year with 25 homers and 73 RBI, and his .271/.375/.625 slash line through 15 games in August is a significant improvement on his overall line for the season.

Montero went 2-for-5 with two home runs and five RBI in a 7-4 win against the Giants on Friday.

Montero powered his team to victory with the first multi-homer game of his young career. Montero hit 15 home runs in 65 games at Triple-A Albuquerque earlier in 2022, so the power shouldn't come as much of a surprise. Playing his home games at Coors Field could help Montero's bat transition to the major leagues quicker than other hitters his age. The 24-year-old rookie is now slashing .258/.281/.452 in 93 at-bats this season.
