  • Treylon Burks WR | WAS

Titans' Treylon Burks: Not spotted at practice

Burks (knee) wasn't on the field Wednesday for the portion of practice open to the media, Jill Jelnick of Fox Sports reports.

Burks has missed the Titans' last two games and didn't practice in any capacity last week, and it looks like he's headed for another absence to begin Week 6 prep. The second-year has two more chances to get back on the practice field before the Titans decide whether to give him an injury designation for this Sunday's game against the Ravens.

  • Marquise Brown WR | PHI

    Cardinals' Marquise Brown: Not practicing

Brown isn't practicing Wednesday, Jose M. Romero of The Arizona Republic reports.

The Cardinals haven't revealed if Brown is dealing with an injury, but he's coming off a productive outing in this past Sunday's loss to the Bengals, in which he caught four of 10 targets for 61 yards and a touchdown. He's been consistently productive this season, with at least 57 total yards in each game and a touchdown in three of the past four.

  • Tank Dell WR | HOU

Texans' Tank Dell: Not expected to play Week 6

Dell (concussion) didn't practice Wednesday and isn't expected to be available for Sunday's matchup against the Saints, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Dell is reportedly making progress as he works to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol, but the rookie wideout looks like he would need to exceed current expectations in order to be cleared for Week 6. The Texans have a bye Week 7, so missing one contest would allow Dell almost three full weeks to recover in time for the team's Oct. 29 matchup against the Panthers in Week 8.

  • Jordan Addison WR | MIN

Vikings' Jordan Addison: Chance to step in as No. 1 wideout

Addison could see additional targets and snaps over Minnesota's next four games after No. 1 receiver Justin Jefferson (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Craig Peters of the Vikings' official site reports.

Addison and K.J. Osborn are likely to see more looks than usual while Jefferson -- who averaged 10.6 targets per game through the first five weeks of the season -- recovers from his hamstring injury. The rookie already has been a strong contributor to Minnesota's offense with more than 50 yards in four of his first five games to go along with three touchdowns, though he also had a game with no catches Week 4 at Carolina (when Kirk Cousins attempted only 19 passes). Jefferson will miss his first game this Sunday against a leaky Chicago defense that has given up 31.4 points per game, so Addison will have a nice opportunity to step up immediately. Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell said Wednesday that he expects to "hit the gas" with Addison this week, noting that everything with the 21-year-old has been positive since he was drafted apart from his July citation for excessive speeding, per Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

  • K.J. Osborn WR | TEN

Vikings' K.J. Osborn: Could step up with Jefferson on IR

Osborn could be in line for additional opportunities over the next four games after Minnesota placed Justin Jefferson (hamstring) on injured reserve Wednesday, Craig Peters of the Vikings' official site reports.

In Jefferson's absence, Osborn and Jordan Addison are projected to serve as Minnesota's top two wide receivers, beginning with a Week 6 matchup against Chicago's shaky secondary. Jefferson drew 53 targets through five games before getting hurt, and those 10.6 targets per game are likely to be distributed primarily between Osborn, Addison and tight end T.J. Hockenson. Osborn has yet to reach 50 yards in a game this season, but he averaged 87.5 receiving yards on 8.3 targets over the final four weeks of the 2022 campaign.

  • Vikings' Trishton Jackson: Promoted from practice squad

Minnesota signed Jackson off its practice squad Wednesday, Craig Peters of the Vikings' official site reports.

Jackson and N'Keal Harry both joined the 53-man roster Wednesday while fellow wide receiver Justin Jefferson (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve. The 25-year-old Jackson made his NFL debut earlier in the season, when he was elevated from the practice squad for the Vikings' Week 3 loss to the Chargers. He'll provide depth in a wide receiver room that's projected to be led by Jordan Addison and K.J. Osborn over the next four weeks.

  • N'Keal Harry TE | SEA

Vikings' N'Keal Harry: Joins Minnesota's roster

Minnesota signed Harry off its practice squad Wednesday, Craig Peters of the Vikings' official site reports.

Harry and Trishton Jackson were both added to the roster to provide additional depth in a receiving corps that will be without superstar Justin Jefferson (hamstring) for at least four weeks following Jefferson's placement on injured reserve Wednesday. Jordan Addison and K.J. Osborn will work as the team's top two wide receivers, while Harry is unlikely to make significant contributions for however long he sticks on the 53-man roster. Between stops with New England and Chicago through his first four professional seasons, Harry has averaged 17 receiving yards over 42 games.

  • Anthony Miller WR | BAL

Anthony Miller: Lands on Colts' practice squad

Indianapolis signed Miller to the practice squad Wednesday.

Miller spent time with the 49ers and Steelers this offseason, and he now gets a chance to compete for an emergency depth role with the Colts. He hasn't suited up for NFL action since his lone appearances with Pittsburgh last season.

  • Vikings' Justin Jefferson: Placed on IR

The Vikings placed Jefferson (hamstring) on injured reserve Wednesday, ruling him out for the next four games, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.

Minnesota signed receiver N'Keal Harry off the practice squad in a corresponding move, while the likely beneficiaries in terms of targets are Jordan Addison, K.J. Osborn, Brandon Powell and tight end T.J. Hockenson. The Vikings seem to have hope that Jefferson will ready to play after missing the requisite four games, though it's also possible Minnesota's playoff hopes (or lack thereof) end up affecting the decision a month from now. His earliest possible return date is Nov. 12 against the Saints in Week 10.

  • Giants' Wan'Dale Robinson: Not practicing

Robinson (knee) isn't practicing Wednesday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Robinson was checked for a concussion during Sunday's 31-16 loss to Miami, ultimately re-entering the game but then playing very little in the final quarter. He took 76 percent of snaps on offense before the fourth quarter -- most among Giants receivers. His absence from practice Wednesday may just be a matter of caution as it pertains to Robinson's surgically repaired right knee.
