  • Mike Gesicki TE | CIN

Bengals' Mike Gesicki: Clear for Week 6

Gesicki (hamstring) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest at the Giants.

Gesicki was held out of Wednesday's practice due to a hamstring issue before returning as a limited participant one day later. With his status cleared up for Week 6 action, he'll continue to serve as one of the tight ends available to QB Joe Burrow, which so far has amounted to a 17-178-0 line on 21 targets through five games.

  • Evan Engram TE | DEN

Jaguars' Evan Engram: Listed as questionable for Sunday

Engram (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears after practicing in a limited fashion this week, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports.

Adam Schefter of ESPN relayed earlier this week that coach Doug Pederson expressed optimism that Engram would be available this weekend. However, given that the TE is officially listed as questionable, his Week 6 status won't be confirmed until the Jaguars' inactives are posted ahead of Sunday's 9:30 a.m. ET kickoff in London.

  • Tommy Tremble TE | CAR

    Panthers' Tommy Tremble: Ruled out

Tremble (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Atlanta.

Tremble was concussed in the first half of last Sunday's 36-10 loss to Chicago, leaving fellow tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders in an every-down role after halftime. Tremble didn't practice at all this week, while TE Ian Thomas (calf) participated for a second straight week and is listed as questionable to make his return from injured reserve. If he plays, Thomas likely will get some of the snaps that went to Sanders last week.

  • AJ Barner TE | SEA

Seahawks' AJ Barner: Catches lone target

Barner caught his lone target for 13 yards in Thursday's 36-24 loss to the 49ers.

The rookie fourth-round pick has caught just one pass in back-to-back games, and he now has seven receptions for 66 yards and a touchdown through six games. Barner and Pharaoh Brown are splitting time behind lead tight end Noah Fant, and neither player has made enough of an impact as a pass catcher to separate himself.

  • Noah Fant TE | NO

Seahawks' Noah Fant: Best outing of season

Fant caught all six of his targets for 63 yards in Thursday's 36-24 loss to the 49ers.

This was Fant's second game with six receptions and 60-plus yards. In the other four games, the 2019 first-round pick failed to post more than 26 yards. It will be difficult to identify these bigger performances moving forward, but Fant should be a fine fantasy streamer when bye weeks surface.

  • 49ers' George Kittle: Two-touchdown night in win

Kittle secured five of six targets for 58 yards and two touchdowns in the 49ers' 36-24 win over the Seahawks on Thursday night.

Kittle recorded a team-high amount of receptions and targets while finishing second in receiving yards. The talented tight end also recorded touchdown grabs of 10 and nine yards in the third and fourth quarters, respectively, extending his scoring streak to four games and pushing his season total to five TDs over five games. Kittle has no fewer than four receptions in any contest this season, encouragingly stable usage heading into a Week 7 home Super Bowl rematch against the Chiefs on Sunday, Oct. 20.

  • Evan Engram TE | DEN

Jaguars' Evan Engram: Remains limited in practice

Engram (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Thursday.

Engram was a limited participant all of last week and has now repeated that status in back-to-back practices this week. Coach Doug Pederson was optimistic Monday about Engram's chances of playing this Sunday against the Bears in London, but fantasy managers still need to treat the tight end as an unknown for the time being.

  • Tucker Kraft TE | GB

Packers' Tucker Kraft: Dealing with groin injury

Kraft was limited at Thursday's practice due to a groin injury, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

Earlier Thursday, coach Matt LaFleur revealed that Luke Musgrave "more than likely" was destined for an IR stint, per Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site. Upon the release of their second Week 6 practice report, though, Kraft was a midweek addition with a health concern of his own. As a result, Friday's report likely will be key for Kraft's status ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

  • David Njoku TE | CLE

Browns' David Njoku: Returns to limited practice

Njoku (knee/ankle) was limited at practice Thursday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

After not practicing Wednesday, Njoku is trending in the right direction following his return to a limited session a day later. Friday's practice report thus is slated reveal whether the Browns' top tight end approaches Sunday's game against the Eagles with an injury designation.

  • Charlie Kolar TE | LAC

Ravens' Charlie Kolar: No limitations in practice

Kolar (toe) was a full practice participant Thursday.

Kolar is good to go for Sunday's game against Washington, following his unexpected eruption for 64 yards and a touchdown in the Week 5 win over Cincinnati. He's still third on Baltimore's TE totem pole in terms of targets, but Kolar's snap counts haven't been too far behind Mark Andrews' in recent weeks.
