Elliott (calf) is expected to play Sunday at Cincinnati, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.

The 25-year-old received the questionable tag Friday due to the calf injury, but he never appeared in danger of sitting out Sunday's contest. Elliott has at least 20 touches in four of the past five games and should continue to lead Dallas' backfield against the Bengals this weekend, with Tony Pollard working in a secondary role.

Gaskin, who was already ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, could miss multiple weeks after testing positive for COVID-19, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

DeAndre Washington figures to head the Dolphins backfield Sunday with Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) ruled out earlier in the week and Matt Breida situated with Gaskin on the reserve/COVID-19 list, but it's likely Gaskin's absence will extend past a week. More information regarding who will take the bulk of the carries moving forward likely depends on the status of both Ahmed and Breida -- information that won't be available until later next week.

The Football Team elevated Leake to the active roster Saturday.

Leake's NFL debut looks to be in store for Sunday's game against the 49ers with Antonio Gibson (toe) sidelined. An undrafted rookie out of Maryland, Leake generated 736 yards and eight touchdowns on 102 carries (7.2 yards per carry) and caught nine passes for 55 yards in his final collegiate season. His work projects to be minimal behind J.D. McKissic and Peyton Barber.

Dillon (illness) was activated off the exempt/COVID-19 list Saturday.

The transaction means Dillon could potentially play this week against the Lions after a five-game absence due to COVID-19. The 2020 second-round pick has played sparingly this season and likely won't see a massive workload with both Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams healthy for the divisional matchup.

Gaskin was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday and will not be able to play Sunday against the Chiefs, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

The designation means Gaskin either tested positive for COVID-19 or was in close proximity to someone who tested positive. With Matt Breida already on the reserve/COVID-19 list and Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) ruled out Friday, DeAndre Washington will essentially be forced into action as the starter with Patrick Laird and Lynn Bowden likely chipping in on passing downs.

Bohanon has re-signed with the Ravens' practice squad, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Bohanon was waived from the team's practice squad earlier in the week, but his time without a home will be short lived. He will now look to make an impression and wait for an opportunity to join the team's active roster.

Kelley (foot) has been cleared to play in Sunday's game versus the Falcons.

Kelley started the week as a non-participant, upgraded to limited status Thursday, and practiced at full speed to close out the week. The rookie has been cleared to play in Week 14. His role is yet to be determined, as Kelley, Austin Ekeler and Kalen Ballage haven't all stayed healthy for an entire game this season. Kelley, Ballage and Justin Jackson (IR - knee) are all candidates to handle the No. 2 backfield role for the remainder of the year.

Mattison (appendectomy) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.

Mike Boone and Ameer Abdullah will be on hand for the tiny share of backfield work that doesn't go to Dalvin Cook, while Mattison will miss a second straight game after his Dec. 5 appendectomy.

Coach Pete Carroll said Penny (knee) "looked great" in practice this week, but the earliest the running back will return is Week 15 at Washington, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

The Seahawks opened Penny's 21-day window to be activated from the PUP list Wednesday, and he's thoroughly impressed everyone in the organization so far. On Thursday, Russell Wilson noted Penny has "been electric" and is "physical, quick, catches the ball well, he picks up his protections," per Brady Henderson of ESPN.com. Carroll followed up Wilson's comments with some of his own Friday, telling Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR Seattle that Penny has "exceeded our expectations with his movement and his quickness." The Seahawks can wait to bring Penny back until he's ready with Chris Carson, Carlos Hyde and DeeJay Dallas on hand. Having said that, Penny could factor into the mix immediately once he's back on the active roster.

Homer (knee) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Jets, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Homer continues to battle the knee injury and is poised to miss his fourth consecutive contest. Chris Carson should continue to lead Seattle's backfield Week 14, with Carlos Hyde and DeeJay Dallas available as secondary options.
