Geno Smith QB | NYJ
Geno Smith held in check vs. Carolina
Jets quarterback Geno Smith took a step back as he was held under 200 yards passing during Sunday's loss to the Panthers in Week 15.
Smith was sacked four times throughout the day and threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown in the fourth quarter. With the game well out of hand, Smith found Jeff Cumberland for an 8-yard touchdown strike in the fourth quarter. He completed 15 of 28 passes for 167 yards with one touchdown and one interception. He rushed for 44 yards on six carries in a 30-20 defeat.
Smith has been held under 200 yards passing in seven of his last 10 games played. He'll look to get back on track in Week 16 at home against the Browns. -
Kirk Cousins QB | LV
Kirk Cousins makes great first impression
Making his first start in place of Robert Griffin III, who has been shut down to preserve his health during a lost season, Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins showed he might be a backup in name only Week 15 at Atlanta. Granted, he was facing a Falcons defense that has struggled in every facet, but he had the best passing performance of any Redskins quarterback this season, completing 29 of 45 passes for 381 yards and three touchdowns.
He showed off his arm on the first two, hitting tight end Fred Davis on a 23-yard screamer in the first quarter and leading wide receiver Pierre Garcon past the secondary on a 53-yard catch-and-run in the second. The third came with the game on the line late in the fourth quarter, when he connected with wide receiver Santana Moss on what would have been the game-tying score if the Redskins hadn't made a failed attempt at a two-point conversion.
Cousins did show his inexperience when the Falcons blitzed, though, making several off-balance, ill-advised throws -- two of which resulted in interceptions. He also lost a fumble on the Falcons' only sack.
The second-year quarterback will try to keep it going Week 16 against the Cowboys.

Russell Wilson QB | NYG
Russell Wilson leads Seattle to Week 15 rout of Giants
Quarterback Russell Wilson and the Seahawks bounced back from a disapointing loss Week 14 against NFC West foe San Francisco, routing the Giants during a 23-0 win Week 15. Wilson completed 18 of 27 passes for 206 yards, one touchdown and one interception, while leading the team with 50 rushing yards on eight carries.
Wilson had an efficient first half, as the Seahawks jumped out to a 13-0 halftime lead. Wilson finished with a 104.3 quarterback rating in the first half, as he completed 13 of 17 passes for 157 yards. He also had 28 rushing yards by halftime.
Wilson got his only touchdown of the game on a 12-yard pass to Doug Baldwin on a 3rd-and-goal play with 12:13 remaining. The touchdown gave Seattle a 23-0 lead, so Wilson got to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines as Tarvaris Jackson finished off the win.
Wilson threw an interception in the second half. He tried to connect with Ricardo Lockette on a pass deep into Giants' territory, but the pass hung up long enough for safety Antrel Rolle to come away with the pick.
The Seahawks are back in action Week 16 vs. Arizona.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Ryan Tannehill tosses three more scores in big win
Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill was winless in three games against the Patriots entering Week 15, a losing streak he finally put to bed with a 24-20 win Sunday.
Tannehill put up arguably the finest performance of his career to get the win, as he passed for 312 yards and threw three touchdown passes. He connected on scores of 39, 2 and 14 yards, the last of which provided the winning margin for the Dolphins on a toss to Marcus Thigpen.
Tannehill completed 25 of 37 passes overall, the seventh game in a row he has completed at least 60 percent of his passes. He also avoided an interception for the first time in six games, and now has 23 touchdowns and 14 interceptions on the season.
Tannehill has really turned his season around, and has now tossed three touchdowns in each of the last two games. He will try to keep his solid play up in Week 16 in a trip to Buffalo.
