Angels' Sam Aldegheri: Sent back to Triple-A
The Angels optioned Aldegheri to Triple-A Salt Lake on Saturday.
Aldegheri made his season debut Thursday against the Yankees and gave up one earned run on a solo home run in 1.2 innings. He'll now rejoin the rotation at Triple-A Salt Lake and be replaced on the big-league roster by Walbert Urena.

Angels' Walbert Urena: Back in Anaheim
The Angels recalled Urena from Triple-A Salt Lake on Saturday.
Urena gave up six unearned runs over 1.2 innings during his first stint with the Angels at the beginning of the season and has since posted a 6.48 ERA and 1.60 WHIP through two starts with Salt Lake. The Halos have an opening in their rotation, but Urena's lack of recent success will likely keep him in a long-relief role while he's in the majors. Sam Aldegheri was optioned to Triple-A in a corresponding move.

Sosa's 0-for-3 performance Friday ended what had been a seven-game hitting streak. The Blue Jays will give him a break Saturday, providing Eloy Jimenez with an opportunity to work as the DH.

Smith went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored Friday to extend his hitting streak to four games, but he'll grab a seat on the bench to begin Saturday's game. Dalton Rushing will start at catcher and bat seventh for Los Angeles.

Jansen is not in the Rangers' starting lineup against the Mariners on Saturday.
It'll be the second time in three days that Jansen will be on the bench, with Kyle Higashioka serving behind home plate and batting ninth while catching Nathan Eovaldi. Jansen went 1-for-5 with a double and two strikeouts in Friday's 5-0 win over Seattle.
