Romo is absent from Sunday's lineup against Milwaukee, Patrick Lyons of JustBaseball.com reports.

Romo has gone 0-for-12 with six strikeouts over his last four outings, and he will begin Sunday's game on the bench. Hunter Goodman will start behind home plate and bat eighth against Brewers right-hander Freddy Peralta.

Doyle left in the fifth inning of Saturday's game against the Brewers after injuring his left pinky finger on a diving catch. Sam Hilliard will start in center field and bat sixth against Milwaukee right-hander Freddy Peralta.

Betts went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and an additional run in Saturday's 7-2 win against the Guardians.

Betts scored Los Angeles' first run of the game after drawing a walk in the first frame. He added a solo shot in the fourth for the final run of the contest. Betts has reached base safely via hit or walk in 13 consecutive games and is slashing .348/.418/.696 with four homers, 16 RBI, 12 runs and four stolen bases over that stretch.

Pages went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Saturday's win over Cleveland.

Pages smacked a two-out, two-run homer in his first trip to the plate to extend the Dodgers' lead to six runs. It marked the outfielder's first long ball since being called back up from the minors and his 10th overall on the campaign. Pages has also hit safely and driven in at least one run in back-to-back games.

Rosario is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.

Rosario has gone 0-for-12 with seven strikeouts over his last four games, and he will sit for Sunday's series finale. Santiago Espinal will serve as the designated hitter and bat sixth against Mets right-hander Luis Severino.

Stephenson is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.

Stephenson will take a seat Sunday after going 1-for-6 with three strikeouts over the first two games of the series. Luke Maile will start behind home plate and bat ninth against Mets right-hander Luis Severino.

The Brewers optioned Hicklen to Triple-A Nashville on Sunday.

Hicklen appeared in three games for the Brewers since being recalled by the big club on Sept. 1, going 0-for-5 with four strikeouts and one stolen base over that span. He'll return to an everyday role in the outfield with Nashville, where he is slashing .247/.364/.484 with 42 stolen bases, 21 home runs and 68 RBI across 453 plate appearances this season. Milwaukee selected Isaac Collins' contract from Nashville in a corresponding move.

The Brewers transferred Yelich (back) from the 10-day injured list to the 60-day IL on Sunday.

Yelich underwent a season-ending microdiscectomy procedure Aug. 16 to address a herniated disc in his lower back, so his move to the 60-day IL is merely procedural. He is expected to need three months of recovery and should be fully healthy for the start of spring training.

Friedl (chest) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.

The 29-year-old departed Saturday's contest and went to the hospital after experiencing shortness of breath. Friedl underwent medical testing that didn't reveal any serious issues, but he'll still take a seat on the bench for at least one game. Will Benson is starting in center field for the series finale in Queens.
