Halvorsen allowed six runs (three earned) on two hits and three walks while striking out one over one-third of an inning in Wednesday's loss to the Brewers.

Halvorsen entered the game to start the ninth inning with the Rockies down by eight runs, likely just to get work because he hadn't appeared in a game since Friday. It was a disastrous outing all around, as he walked the first two batters he faced, then was charged with an error that allowed two runs to score before serving up a homer to the next batter he faced. Halvorsen and Victor Vodnik each have one save this season, and they appear set to share the closer role for the time being.

McMahon went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk Wednesday against the Brewers.

McMahon went yard in the third inning to deliver his second home run of the year. He's riding a six-game hitting streak, with five of those contests coming at Coors Field. In that span, he's maintained a .333 average with four RBI and a pair of runs scored.

Marte entered Wednesday's 8-6 loss to the Giants as a pinch runner and finished up the game at third base. He did not get a plate appearance.

Marte made his season debut after being called up from Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday. He entered for Santiago Espinal, who got the start at third base. Jeimer Candelario had been the default option at the hot corner early this season, but a lingering slump may cost him playing time. Marte, who had a .954 OPS over 40 plate appearances at Louisville, should eventually work into the rotation at third base.

Benson started in left field and went 0-for-4 in Wednesday's 8-6 loss to San Francisco.

Benson struck out swinging four times -- three whiffs and one foul tip -- in his season debut after being called up from Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday. He swung the bat well for the Bats, but Wednesday's effort was reminder of his struggles in 2024, when Benson struck out 39.7 percent of the time against major-league pitching.

Tawa went 1-for-4 with two RBI in Wednesday's 9-0 win over the Orioles.

Tawa capped the Diamondbacks' five-run fifth inning with a two-run single that plated Alek Thomas and Jake McCarthy. Tawa started at second base for the third time in five games since Ketel Marte (hamstring) was added to the 10-day injured list. He and Garrett Hampson have alternated starts. With Marte expected to miss a "series of weeks," per manager Torey Lovullo, Tawa is in position to see ample opportunities through the end of the month.

McCarthy started in left field and went 1-for-4 with a double and a run scored in Wednesday's 9-0 win over Baltimore.

McCarthy snapped an 0-for-24 skid to open the season with a fifth-inning double and scored his first run in 2025. He and Alek Thomas have largely shared center field, but both were in the lineup Wednesday, when McCarthy filled in for Lourdes Gurriel in left field. Both McCarthy (.038) and Thomas (.308) have 26 at-bats.

Smith started at first base and went 3-for-5 with a double, a two-run home run and an additional run scored in Wednesday's 9-0 win over the Orioles.

Smith was one of four members of the Diamondbacks that went deep in the win. His two-run shot in the fifth inning, his first homer of the season, was the first of back-to-back homers. The Diamondbacks are finally seeing a string of right-handed starters, which has given Smith starts in four consecutive games. During that stretch, the lefty hitter is 7-for-13 with three extra-base hits, three RBI and four runs scored.

Perdomo batted second and went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Wednesday's 9-0 win over Baltimore.

Perdomo capped the Diamondbacks' four-homer night with a solo shot in the bottom of the eighth inning, his second home run of the season. A recent move to the top of the order, where he's replacing Ketel Marte (hamstring), should boost Perdomo's production, but he was just 1-for-12 in the first four games following his promotion before breaking out Wednesday. The shortstop is batting .333/.389/.511 with four extra-base hits and a team-leading 13 RBI through 55 plate appearances (13 games).

Adam earned a hold against the Athletics on Wednesday, issuing one walk and striking out two batters over one scoreless inning.

Adam was called upon in eighth inning of a tight 2-1 game. The right-hander successfully protected San Diego's lead, working around a two-out walk and subsequent stolen base by fanning Brent Rooker to close out the frame. Adam has been very impressive to begin the campaign, posting an 11:4 K:BB over 7.1 scoreless innings. He leads the majors with five holds.

Ortiz went 2-for-2 with three walks, three runs and two RBI in Wednesday's 17-2 win against Colorado.

Ortiz batted out of the No. 9 slot in Milwaukee's lineup, but he produced more like a leadoff hitter with his two singles and three walks. The 26-year-old also knocked in two of the team's runs and scored three times. The RBI were the first of the season for Ortiz, and prior to Wednesday, he had drawn just one free pass over 43 plate appearances.
