Vientos went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's win over the Cardinals.

The 25-year-old appears to be shaking off his early-season slump. Vientos has hit safely in six straight games, batting .292 (7-for-24) over that stretch with two doubles, two homers, five runs and five RBI.

Adames went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts in Friday's 2-0 loss to the Angels.

Adames failed to record a hit for the second consecutive game. He has gone 2-for-17 over his last four games after logging his third multi-hit effort of the season against the Phillies on Monday. The 29-year-old shortstop has been cold to begin the 2025 campaign, posting the Giants' second-lowest batting average among qualified players. Adames is now slashing .185/.256/.272 with eight RBI, five extra-base hits and an 8:24 BB:K across a team-high 90 plate appearances.

Verdugo went 0-for-5 with a strikeout in Friday's win over the Twins.

The 28-year-old outfielder hit leadoff in his debut for Atlanta, but he was unable to reach base despite a couple hard-hit balls. Verdugo is hoping to regain his form after a rough 2024 campaign with the Yankees -- over the five seasons prior, he slashed .283/.338/.432 between the Dodgers and Red Sox.

Walker isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game versus the Mets, John Denton of MLB.com reports.

Walker will get a day to rest Saturday after making eight consecutive starts, going 6-for-32 with three RBI and three runs scored over that span. Brendan Donovan, Victor Scott and Lars Nootbaar will make up the Cardinals' outfield while Walker sits.

Lee went 2-for-3 with a walk in Friday's 2-0 loss to the Angels.

Lee logged two singles Friday, accounting for half of San Francisco's hits in the low-scoring pitchers' duel. The 26-year-old outfielder has recorded a hit in four straight games, batting an impressive .538 and striking out only once during that span. Lee ranks fifth in the majors in batting average and is now slashing .361/.420/.653 with 14 extra-base hits and an 8:12 BB:K across 81 plate appearances.

Pages is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Mets, John Denton of MLB.com reports.

Pages will grab a seat on the bench Saturday after going 1-for-7 with an RBI and five strikeouts across the first two games of the series. Yohel Pozo will fill in for him behind the dish and bat eighth.

Kelly is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Diamondbacks.

Kelly will get a breather Saturday after belting two home runs and driving in five runs while scoring an additional run himself in Friday's win. Miguel Amaya will catch for Ben Brown instead and bat eighth.

De Los Santos (1-0) picked up the win Friday over the Twins, tossing 1.2 innings of scoreless relief.

The journeyman right-hander entered the game with Atlanta down 4-1, and he got rewarded for his strong effort when his offense erupted for five runs in the bottom of the eighth inning. De Los Santos has looked good in middle relief to begin the season, posting a 3.24 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 11:1 K:BB through 8.1 innings, but he has yet to record a save or a hold.

Gurriel isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Cubs.

Gurriel will get a chance to catch his breath after going 2-for-5 with a homer, three RBI and two runs scored in Friday's high-scoring loss. Jake McCarthy will take over in left field and bat eighth against Chicago right-hander Ben Brown.

Myers is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Philies.

Myers hasn't logged a hit since April 9, so the Marlins will sit him down against Taijuan Walker and the Phillies on Saturday while Jesus Sanchez starts in center field and Eric Wagaman works as the DH.
