Patrick (1-1) was charged with the loss Saturday against the A's after he allowed two runs on seven hits with seven strikeouts and no walks across six innings.

The right-hander generated 16 swinging strikes on 94 pitches but was unable to avoid the loss column since Milwaukee's offense tallied just one run. It was the first quality start of the season for Patrick, who now has a 1.27 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 19:8 K:BB in four starts since entering the rotation. Tobias Myers (oblique) is expected back from the injured list this week, but Patrick has likely pitched well enough to retain his rotation spot, especially since the Brewers still have a few other starters on the shelf.

Spiers pitched out of the bullpen in Saturday's loss to the Orioles, allowing four runs on five hits and four walks while striking out three over four innings.

Spiers was originally promoted Friday for the purpose of starting Sunday in place of Nick Lodolo (paternity), but manager Terry Francona changed those plans on the fly, calling upon Spiers for mop-up duty after Hunter Greene allowed five runs over three innings Saturday. "(Spiers) wore it like a trooper," Francona told Charlie Goldsmith of the Dayton Daily News after Saturday's game while declining to name a starter for the series finale. Goldsmith suggests the Reds will need to make at least one roster move to bolster the pitching staff prior to Sunday's game, and Spiers is almost certainly headed back to Triple-A Louisville for the time being.

Rojas went 3-for-5 with a double, an RBI and three runs scored in Saturday's win over Miami.

Saturday marked the first three-hit day of the campaign for Rojas, who doubled to lead off the third inning and later came around to score the first run of the game. Brandon Marsh is still tending to a knee injury, so Rojas should continue to see extra action in center field and experience a short-term boost in fantasy value until the former is healthy. Through his first 33 plate appearances, Rojas is slashing .345/.406/.414 with two doubles, four RBI, five runs scored and three stolen bases.

Bohm went 2-for-4 with two runs scored in Saturday's win over Miami.

Although it's still been a quiet start to the season overall, Bohm is beginning to pick things up at the plate lately. The corner infielder is riding a modest six-game hitting streak, during which he's batting .304 (7-for-23) with two doubles, three RBI, three runs scored and one stolen base. Bohm has struck out just three times during this stretch and entered Saturday's action with an elite 34.1 percent squared-up rate, per Statcast, so fantasy managers should remain patient with the 2024 All-Star.

Romano gave up six runs on six hits (two home runs) while recording two outs Saturday against the Marlins.

Romano was brought in while the Phillies nursed a comfortable 11-4 lead in the ninth inning, but he managed to let the Marlins right back into the game. He gave up consecutive hits before Dane Myers lifted a three-run homer, and Graham Pauley then doubled to plate another run. Finally, Liam Hicks tagged Romano for a two-run blast before the right-hander was mercifully pulled. Romano's showing could drop him even further down Philadelphia's bullpen pecking order, as he's now allowed 13 runs over his first 7.2 innings of the year.

Garcia went 2-for-2 with three walks, four runs scored and a stolen base in Saturday's 12-11 win over the Rockies.

Garcia was a pest all game, scoring four runs and swiping his third bag of the season. It was an encouraging effort for the 24-year-old, who is slashing just .206/.271/.302 with one home run, five RBI, 10 runs scored and three steals across 70 plate appearances this season. While his slow start and tendency to sit against lefties have been discouraging, a solid 6:8 BB:K suggests he can turn things around.

Finnegan earned the save in Saturday's 12-11 win against the Rockies, allowing one run on one hit and one walk with three strikeouts in the ninth inning.

Finnegan was called upon to protect a 12-10 lead in the ninth inning and made things interesting, surrendering an RBI triple to Mickey Moniak before ending the game with a strikeout. It was the second time through eight outings this year that Finnegan has been scored upon. On the year, the 33-year-old is a perfect 7-for-7 in save chances with a 2.08 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 11:5 K:BB across 8.2 innings.

Wood went 3-for-5 with a home run and four RBI in Saturday's 12-11 win over the Rockies.

Wood gave the Nationals a 7-2 lead with a three-run blast that traveled 426 feet in the fourth inning and added an RBI single in the seventh. Over his past 10 games, the 22-year-old has gone deep five times with two three-hit efforts. He's slashing an impressive .253/.356/.573 with seven home runs, 17 RBI, 13 runs scored and three steals across 87 plate appearances so far in 2025.

Dollander (1-2) took the loss against the Nationals on Saturday, allowing nine runs (six earned) on nine hits and two walks with five strikeouts over four innings.

It was a disastrous outing for Dollander, who surrendered four home runs and 11 total hard-hit balls. The long ball has plagued the rookie, as he now leads the majors with eight home runs allowed across three starts. He'll carry a 7.36 ERA, 1.64 WHIP and 18:5 K:BB through 14.2 innings into a road matchup with the Royals next week.

It was a much needed breakout effort for the 23-year-old, and he has now hit safely in four straight games without striking out. While he's still hitting an uninspiring .177 with two homers, four RBI, 11 runs scored and four steals across 65 plate appearances, Saturday's performance offered a glimpse of his potential to turn things around.
