Tears (hamstring) is batting .289 with one home run, seven RBI and three runs scored over 10 games in 2025 for Single-A Lake Elsinore.

Tears got off to a slow start to 2025 after suffering a hamstring injury. He was cleared for his professional debut April 15 will presumably continue his development with the Storm moving forward.

Urena picked up a three-inning save in Monday's 19-5 victory over the Nationals, allowing five runs on seven hits and a walk. He struck out three.

The veteran journeyman collected his sixth career save in this blowout win, firing 68 total pitches to absorb innings for the rest of the bullpen. Urena was added to the Mets' roster Sunday as A.J. Minter (lat) was placed on the injured list. The 33-year-old Urena is set to sop up more innings for New York while he is on the team, as he now sports a career 4.80 ERA.

Jameson was optioned to Triple-A Reno on Monday, Aaron Hughes of SI.com reports.

Jameson appeared in three games during his stint with the big-league club, one of which resulted in his first save April 20 against the Cubs. This move will presumably clear a roster spot for the return of Kevin Ginkel (shoulder) from the 15-day injured list, though the club has yet to officially announce a corresponding move.

McNeil went 2-for-5 with a homer, a triple and three RBI in Monday's 19-5 victory at Washington.

McNeil took starter Trevor Williams deep in the fifth inning, crushing the ball 420 feet for his first long ball of the season. The 33-year-old also cracked his first triple of the season in the sixth inning. McNeil made his fourth career start in center field in this game, and he could be in line to receive regular playing time there with Jose Siri (leg) out until at least June.

Nimmo went 4-for-6 with two home runs, a double, nine RBI and four runs scored in Monday's 19-5 win against the Nationals.

With this career day, Nimmo tied Carlos Delgado for most single-game RBI in Mets franchise history at nine. Nimmo opened by slugging a three-run homer off reliever Colin Poche in the sixth inning. He returned in the seventh inning to crack the second grand slam of his career and then laced a two-run double in the eighth. The New York outfielder is now slashing .218/.261/.418 across 119 plate appearances.

Davis was called up from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

Davis will return to the major-league roster after being sent down Saturday, replacing Tyler Glasnow (shoulder), who was placed on the 15-day injured list Monday. Davis has appeared in three games with Los Angeles this season, giving up three runs on three hits and two walks while striking out three batters over 2.2 innings. The right-hander will serve as an additional option out of the bullpen for the Dodgers and it's unclear at this point who will replace Glasnow in the starting rotation.

Canning (4-1) earned the win Monday at Washington, allowing four hits and three walks over five scoreless innings. He struck out five.

The 28-year-old right-hander continued his resurgent season with this 90-pitch performance, generating 10 whiffs. Canning has been especially stingy of late, conceding just two runs over his last 16 innings (1.13 ERA) with a 1.25 WHIP and 18:6 K:BB. Overall, he's pitched to a 2.61 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 31:14 K:BB across 31 innings. Canning is currently scheduled to make his next start at St. Louis this weekend.

Glasnow has been placed on the 15-day injured list due to right shoulder inflammation, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

The Dodgers announced earlier Monday that a trip to the injured list appeared likely for Glasnow, and the club made the move official a short time later. Noah Davis was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City in a corresponding move, though Ben Casparius appears to be one of the top candidates to replace Glasnow in the starting rotation.

Williams (1-3) took the loss Monday against the Mets, allowing five runs on five hits and two walks over 5.1 innings. He struck out five.

The Washington right-hander entered this contest on a roll, yielding just two runs across his previous 10 innings. After allowing three runs through the first five frames, Williams unraveled in the sixth inning and was pulled after walking consecutive batters. Colin Poche relieved Williams and conceded a three-run homer to Brandon Nimmo to tag two additional runs on the starter. Williams now sports an unsightly 5.70 ERA, 1.53 WHIP and 26:9 K:BB across 30 innings. He currently lines up to make his next start against the Reds in Cincinnati this weekend.

Single-A Fresno placed Calaz on its 7-day injured list April 7 due to an unspecified injury.

Calaz played just one game for Fresno before landing on the shelf a few days later. Regarded as one of the top prospects in the lower levels of the Colorado system, the 19-year-old Calaz hit .327 with two home runs and three stolen bases in 13 games for Fresno last season.
