Harper left in the first inning of Tuesday's game against Atlanta due to an elbow injury, Charlotte Varnes of The Athletic reports.

Harper was drilled in the right elbow on a pitch from Spencer Strider. Harper was pulled from the game after being attended to by a trainer, with Edmundo Sosa coming in to pinch run. An update on Harper's injury should be provided during or shortly after Tuesday's contest.

Marte isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game versus Pittsburgh due to an illness, Jack Sommers of SI.com reports.

Marte is slashing .263/.366/.600 with eight homers, 12 RBI and 17 runs scored since the start of May, but he'll have to miss Tuesday's contest while he battles the flu. Jordan Lawlar will get the nod at the keystone instead and could continue to start at second if Marte has to miss any additional games.

Lopez is not in the Marlins' starting lineup against the Padres on Tuesday, Kevin Barral of FishonFirst.com reports.

Lopez will begin Tuesday's game in the dugout while Ronny Simon starts at second base and bats seventh. Lopez has gone 5-for-26 with two steals, one home run and four RBI in seven games since being activated from the 10-day injured list May 18.

Manager Craig Counsell said Tuesday that Amaya (oblique) will likely be out for another 4-to-6 weeks, Maddie Lee of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Amaya landed on the injured list Sunday with a strained left oblique, and the results of his MRI confirmed that he will need to spend an extended period of time on the IL. Counsell said the team hopes to have the 26-year-old back before the All-Star break. Until then, Carson Kelly (illness) will likely see the bulk of starts behind the dish with Reese McGuire filling in occasionally.

McCutchen isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Diamondbacks.

After starting each of Pittsburgh's last five contests and going 7-for-17 with six walks and three runs scored, McCutchen will get a chance to rest his legs Tuesday. His absence will move Oneil Cruz into the DH spot while Tommy Pham, Alexander Canario and Bryan Reynolds start in the outfield.

Kelly (illness) was omitted from the Cubs' lineup against the Rockies on Tuesday.

Kelly did not play Sunday and Monday after being scratched from Sunday's lineup due to an illness. This will be the third straight game Kelly is absent due to the illness, but he may be available off the bench, as Miguel Amaya (oblique) is on the 10-day injured list. Reese McGuire has the start behind the dish and is batting ninth.

Taylor is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the White Sox.

Taylor started the previous seven games and will receive a day off after going 8-for-24 with two walks and a double during that stretch. Jeff McNeil will shift to center field while Jared Young enters the lineup at designated hitter.

Marte is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Pirates.

Marte made his 13th consecutive start Monday, and he went 2-for-4 with a RBI. While he will begin Tuesday's game on the bench, the 31-year-old has appeared in all but one game since returning from the injured list May 2. Jordan Lawlar will start at second base and is batting ninth Tuesday.

Donovan was scratched from the lineup for Tuesday's game in Baltimore due to hip tightness, John Denton of MLB.com reports.

Donovan was penciled in at second base Tuesday, per usual, but the hip issue will instead end a run of 29 straight starts. The 28-year-old, who has a .328/.390/.463 slash line through 52 games this year, is expected to rejoin the starting nine for Wednesday's series finale versus the Orioles. Jordan Walker is replacing Donovan in the lineup with Nolan Gorman shifting to second base.

Realmuto is batting eighth for the first time since 2022 on Tuesday against Atlanta, Charlotte Varnes of The Athletic reports.

The veteran backstop has a .684 OPS this season and is batting .172 (5-for-29) with a 31 percent strikeout rate in his past six games, so he'll move down the lineup after primarily operating as Philadelphia's leadoff man to begin the season. Manager Rob Thomson said he wanted to "take the pressure off" Realmuto as he works on a leg kick and improving his timing.
