Betts went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 7-0 win over the Reds.

Betts logged his fourth multi-hit effort over his last six games, a span in which he has gone 10-for-25 (.400) at the plate. He's up to 14 homers on the year, including three over 22 contests in August. The 32-year-old has added 58 RBI, 79 runs scored, eight stolen bases, 17 doubles, one triple and a .250/.320/.378 slash line over 121 games. While it's been a challenging year, Betts looks to have his hitting back on track in time for the stretch run.

Pages went 2-for-3 with a pair of home runs and four RBI in Monday's 7-0 win over the Reds.

Pages was productive in every trip to the plate. His first two plate appearances were home runs, a solo shot in the third inning and a two-run blast in the fifth. He reached on an error in the sixth that allowed two more runs to score, and he added a fourth RBI with his sacrifice fly in the eighth. He's had some struggles in August, batting .235 (19-for-81) with four homers and 11 RBI over 23 games this month, but he hasn't lost playing time. Pages is at a .273/.318/.466 slash line with 23 homers, 75 RBI, 60 runs scored, 21 doubles and 13 stolen bases over 128 contests this season.

Sheehan (5-2) allowed two hits and one walk while striking out 10 over seven shutout innings to earn the win Monday over the Reds.

Sheehan had his best start of the season and picked up a win for the third time over four outings in August. The 10 strikeouts were a season high, and this was the first time he's posted a scoreless line this year. He's now at a 3.56 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 54:16 K:BB through 48 innings over 10 appearances (eight starts). Sheehan is lined up for a favorable road start in Pittsburgh next week.

Greene (5-4) allowed five runs (three earned) on six hits and two walks while striking out three over five-plus innings to take the loss versus the Dodgers on Monday.

Greene served up a pair of home runs to Andy Pages, which accounted for the first three runs. In the sixth, Greene put two runners on base before his exit, and they both came around to score after an error. While far from his best work, Greene can't be blamed for this loss when the Reds' offense was limited to three hits and three walks. He's at a 2.81 ERA, 0.97 WHIP and 94:16 K:BB over 77 innings across 14 starts this season. Greene has allowed eight runs (six earned) with a 21:2 K:BB over 17.1 innings since returning from a groin injury. He is projected to make his next start at home versus the Blue Jays.

Uribe earned the save in Monday's win over Arizona, striking out one in a perfect ninth inning.

With Trevor Megill unavailable after throwing 34 pitches Sunday, the Brewers called on the setup man Uribe, who retired the side in order to lock down his third save of the year. The right-hander has now gone 17 straight appearances without allowing an earned run, a streak that runs through the entire second half. Uribe has quietly put together a dominant season, posting a 1.71 ERA with 78 strikeouts in 63.1 innings, and was ready when called upon in a high-leverage spot.

Arraez went 2-for-5 with a double, one RBI and one stolen base in Monday's 9-6 loss to the Mariners.

Arraez has gone 10-for-38 (.263) with four steals over his last nine contests. The infielder has matched his career high from last year with nine thefts, doing so on 11 attempts. He's added a .286/.320/.393 slash line, six home runs, 48 RBI, 53 runs scored, 29 doubles and four triples over 126 contests. While his rate stats are a bit down compared to recent years, Arraez continues to avoid striking out, doing so at a minuscule 2.7 percent rate. His career-low .283 BABIP largely explains his small dip in performance.

Sheets went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Monday's 9-6 loss to the Mariners.

Sheets has hit well in limited action this month, batting .333 (11-for-33) with three homers and five doubles over 13 games in August. He's reclaimed a starting role in left field while Ramon Laureano shifts over to center to cover the absence of Jackson Merrill (ankle). Sheets is up to a .256/.319/.451 slash line with 18 homers, 59 RBI, 45 runs scored and two stolen bases across 116 contests, though he's likely to be back in a reserve role once the Padres' outfield is at full health.

Cronenworth went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 9-6 loss to the Mariners.

Cronenworth entered Monday cold, having gone just 2-for-20 at the plate over his last nine games. He snapped the dry spell with a multi-hit effort, including his second-inning homer, which was the first time he's left the yard since Aug. 3 versus the Cardinals. The veteran infielder is now at 10 homers, 45 RBI, 47 runs scored, two stolen bases and a .243/.358/.386 slash line over 106 games this season.

Rodriguez (5-8) took the loss against the Brewers on Monday, allowing five runs on six hits and one walk while striking out one over 2.1 innings.

The left-hander looked sharp early, retiring his first six batters, but the wheels came off in the third when the first seven Milwaukee hitters he faced reached safely. Christian Yelich delivered a bases-loaded single to drive in two runs in the inning, and Rodriguez was lifted shortly after, recording his shortest outing of the season. The veteran has now surrendered at least four earned runs in six of his last 10 starts and will take his 5.67 ERA, 1.64 WHIP and 116:47 K:BB into his next scheduled start against the Dodgers, who are batting .257 versus left-handers in the second half.

Laureano went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 9-6 loss to the Mariners.

Laureano went deep in the seventh inning, but the Padres weren't able to build more of a comeback effort. The outfielder has hit safely in 11 of his last 13 games, going 17-for-46 (.370) in that span. He's moved over to center field in the absence of Jackson Merrill (ankle). For the year, Laureano has 20 homers, 62 RBI, 59 runs scored, five stolen bases and a .297/.360/.542 slash line through 105 contests between the Padres and the Orioles.
