Chapman worked a perfect ninth inning Tuesday without striking out a batter to record his 32nd save of the season in a 4-1 win over the Blue Jays.

The veteran southpaw hasn't blown a save since July 23, converting 15 straight chances while delivering a 0.90 ERA, 0.55 WHIP and 23:5 K:BB over his last 20 innings. Statistically, Chapman has put together the best season of his career at age 37, with his ERA (1.19) and WHIP (0.70) over 60.1 innings both being personal bests.

Tolbert went 1-for-3 with two steals in Tuesday's 8-4 victory over the Angels.

Tolbert started in center field Tuesday and showcased his speed with two stolen bases, giving him 20 on the season. His playing time has been sporadic, but he's held his own when given an opportunity, as evidenced by a .292/.333/.396 slash line across 55 plate appearances in 60 games. The 27-year-old has been productive in September, going 6-for-12 with a double, an RBI and three stolen bases.

Seymour allowed three earned runs on four hits and two walks while striking out two across four innings Tuesday against the Orioles.

Ryan Pepiot was chased from the game after only three innings, with Seymour throwing the final four frames. Seymour wasn't particularly effective and allowed more than two earned runs for the first time in his last five outings. He also needed 89 pitches to record his 12 outs. Per Ryan Bass of FanDuel Sports Network Sun, Seymour is likely to draw one more start this season, with Sunday against the Blue Jays being the only realistic possibility.

Giolito came away with a no-decision Tuesday, allowing one run on three hits and four walks over 4.2 innings in a 4-1 win over the Blue Jays. He struck out three.

The right-hander threw 61 of 98 pitches for strikes as he once again had trouble avoiding free passes. Over his last five starts, Giolito has a 22:18 K:BB in 25.2 innings, but he's given up more than two earned runs just once during that stretch, posting a 3.16 ERA despite a 1.60 WHIP. He currently lines up to take the mound on the final day of the regular season, at home against a Tigers team that has collapsed down the stretch, but with the Red Sox also fighting to lock up a wild-card spot, it's not clear if they will actually risk Giolito's wildness if a playoff berth is on the line.

Anthony (oblique) said Tuesday that he feels better moving around but hasn't been cleared for baseball activities, MLB.com reports.

It's looking like a return during the regular season is unlikely for Anthony, but the Red Sox could qualify for the playoffs. If Boston's season extends into October, Anthony could eventually return to the active roster. The Red Sox beat the Blue Jays on Tuesday and then their playoff chances got a late-night boost when the Astros lost to the Athletics.

Frazier went 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI in Tuesday's 8-4 win over the Angels.

Frazier stretched the Royals' lead with a two-run double in the seventh inning, though he was cut down trying to stretch it into a triple. The light-hitting second baseman owns just a .683 OPS through 129 games, but Tuesday's double was his 20th of the year -- his seventh season with 20 or more. The 33-year-old has been steady at the plate lately, collecting hits in seven of his past eight contests.

Chisholm went 3-for-3 with a walk, a run scored and a stolen base in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the White Sox.

The 27-year-old helped the Yankees clinch a postseason berth with another strong performance. Over his last 12 games, Chisholm is slashing .333/.373/.542 with three of his 31 homers on the season and four of his 31 steals, along with six runs and nine RBI.

Freeman started at second base and went 0-for-3 in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to Minnesota.

Freeman made a sixth consecutive start at second base and could finish out the regular season there as the primary starter, after the Rangers announced Marcus Semien (foot) was being shut down. Freeman has gone 4-for-19 with a home run, three RBI and a stolen base during his six-start run.

Gil didn't factor into the decision in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the White Sox, giving up two runs on four hits and two walks over six innings. He struck out three.

The right-hander made only one real mistake, but Colson Montgomery drove it over the fence in the sixth inning for a two-run homer. Gil has produced quality starts in three of four September outings, posting a 2.78 ERA and 1.24 WHIP through 22.2 innings on the month despite a concerning 10:12 K:BB. Gil currently lines up to pitch on the final day of the season, at home against the Orioles, but the Yankees could change their rotation plans depending on whether they're still in a battle with the Blue Jays for the AL East title by then.

Montgomery went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Yankees.

He provided all the offense for the White Sox by taking Luis Gil deep in the sixth inning. It was Montgomery's 19th homer of the year in the big leagues and his 30th across all levels, but his first since Sept. 5, snapping a 14-game power drought. Through his first 66 MLB contests, the rookie shortstop is slashing .221/.295/.498 with a 29.5 percent strikeout rate.
