Arozarena went 3-for-5 with a stolen base in Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Dodgers.

This was Arozarena's third straight game with a steal as well as his third consecutive multi-hit performance. The outfielder is now 31-for-37 on steals this season, putting him one shy of matching his career high for thefts in a season. He's added a .239/.335/.428 slash line with 27 home runs, 76 RBI, 94 runs scored, 32 doubles and a triple over 159 contests in 2025.

Rodriguez went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases and a run scored in Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Dodgers.

Rodriguez reached on a fielder's choice and stole second and third in the first inning to secure the second 30-30 campaign of his career. He's the only player in Mariners history with multiple 30-30 seasons, and he's still just 24 years old. The outfielder has hit well in September, going 25-for-92 (.272) with six steals and 13 extra-base hits over 24 games. Overall, he's at 30 thefts, 32 homers, 95 RBI, 106 runs scored and a .267/.324/.474 slash line through 160 games this season.

Polanco went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run and a walk in Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Dodgers.

Polanco's fifth-inning blast gave the Mariners a 3-2 lead. He's homered twice over his last three games and now has 26 long balls on the year, the second-best total of any season in his career. The second baseman has added a .265/.326/.495 slash line with 78 RBI, 64 runs scored, six stolen bases and 30 doubles over 138 contests. He's batting .329 (27-for-82) with 17 extra-base hits across 23 games in September.

Gilbert allowed two runs on four hits and a walk while striking out five over five innings in a no-decision versus the Dodgers on Saturday.

Gilbert gave up a two-run home run to Dalton Rushing in the fifth inning. This was a somewhat limited start for Gilbert, who threw 48 of 75 pitches for strikes. The Mariners are locked into the No. 2 seed in the American League, so they had no need to push the right-hander. He'll finish the regular season at a 3.44 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 173:31 K:BB across 131 innings through 25 starts, and it's expected Gilbert will be part of the rotation for the ALDS.

Sanchez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Angels.

Sanchez entered Saturday 18 games removed from his last long ball, a stretch in which he went a paltry 3-for-46 (.065) at the plate. The outfielder has filled a part-time role during his stint with the Astros, hitting just .191 since he was acquired from the Marlins. Overall, he's at a .235/.303/.395 slash line with 14 homers, 48 RBI, 61 runs scored, 12 stolen bases, 21 doubles and four triples across 133 games.

Cole went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk, a stolen base and a second run scored in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Angels.

Cole has swiped a bag in three straight games, which accounts for all of his steals in the majors this year. He's added four homers, 11 RBI and nine runs scored while batting .279 and slugging .605 over 47 plate appearances in his first taste of the majors. Cole will likely need to supplement this late-season audition with a strong spring training, but he's certainly in the mix to begin 2026 in the majors.

Walker went 2-for-4 with a pair of solo home runs in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Angels.

Walker's bat has sparked late in the season. He has gone 9-for-25 (.360) over his last six games while smacking four homers in that span, giving him 27 long balls on the year. He's added a .238/.297/.421 slash line with 88 RBI, 72 runs scored, two stolen bases and 24 doubles over 154 contests. His rate stats have been down across the board, but staying relatively healthy has kept his counting stats from dropping too far.

Blubaugh allowed a hit and four walks while striking out two over four scoreless innings in a no-decision versus the Angels on Saturday.

Blubaugh threw just 35 of 70 pitches for strikes, but the Angels weren't able to take advantage. He kept runs off the board in his last eight appearances, spanning 19 innings in which he had a 20:8 K:BB. The 25-year-old posted a 1.69 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 35:11 K:BB over 42 innings across 11 appearances (three starts) in his first taste of major-league action, which is much more impressive than his 5.27 ERA and 101:58 K:BB over 99 innings with Triple-A Sugar Land this year.

Dana (0-4) allowed five runs on five hits and a walk while striking out five over seven innings to take the loss Saturday versus the Astros.

Dana had his longest start in the majors, and he was efficient in throwing 67 of 93 pitches for strikes. He still gave up three home runs, which accounted for all five runs on his line, matching his season high in runs allowed. The right-hander concludes the campaign with a 6.40 ERA, 1.48 WHIP and 33:18 K:BB through 32.1 innings across seven appearances (five starts) in the majors. Dana will need to show better command to have a chance at securing a rotation spot on a full-time basis in 2026.

McCullers will start Sunday's season finale against the Angels, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.

McCullers was activated from the 15-day injured list Saturday after missing the minimum amount of time with right hand soreness. The Astros have been eliminated from postseason contention for the first time since 2016, so McCullers will likely have a long leash Sunday. He owns a 6.71 ERA over 52.1 innings in 15 appearances and had been demoted to the bullpen in late August before landing on the shelf. McCullers remains under contract through 2026, and with the Astros set to be without all of Hayden Wesneski, Ronel Blanco, Luis Garcia and Brandon Walter for the majority or entirety of next season while the quartet recovers from elbow surgeries, McCullers stands a good chance of being included in the Opening Day rotation coming out of spring training.
