Ortiz (1-2) earned the win against the Royals on Saturday, allowing one run on one hit and two walks with 10 strikeouts over 5.2 innings.

Ortiz was a solo homer away from a spotless outing, racking up 16 whiffs on 100 pitches to earn his first win of the season. The 26-year-old owns a 6.06 ERA, 1.41 WHIP and 15:6 K:BB across 16.1 innings, though much of the damage to his ratios stems from a seven-run outing March 31. He's slated to face his former team, the Pirates, in Pittsburgh next weekend.

Anderson (1-0) earned the win Saturday over the Astros, allowing one hit and four walks over 5.2 scoreless innings. He struck out six.

Anderson's issued eight walks over his last two starts (10.2 innings), though he's held opponents to just two runs and two hits in that span, including Saturday's scoreless effort. Overall, the 35-year-old southpaw has pitched to a 2.87 ERA with a 1.15 WHIP and 15 strikeouts through his first 15.2 innings this season. Anderson is currently in line for a home matchup with the Giants in his next outing.

Lorenzen (1-2) took the loss against the Guardians on Saturday, allowing three runs on seven hits and one walk with four strikeouts over 5.2 innings.

Lorenzen came up just short of a second consecutive quality start, allowing a run with two outs in the sixth inning before being lifted at 85 pitches. So far, the 33-year-old has pitched into the sixth and allowed three earned runs or fewer in all three of his starts. He'll take a 3.71 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 14:4 K:BB across 17 frames into a road matchup with the Tigers next week.

Arias went 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI, two runs scored and a walk in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Royals.

Arias got the Guardians on the board with an RBI single in the fourth inning and added a solo home run in the sixth. He entered the weekend mired in an 0-for-17 slump but has since broken out in a big way, going 5-for-7 with two long balls. On the season, the 25-year-old is hitting .286 with three homers, seven RBI and six runs scored across 48 plate appearances.

Paddack (0-2) took the loss Saturday as the Twins were blanked 4-0 by the Tigers, allowing two runs (one earned) on two hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out five.

The right-hander put together his best outing of the season so far, but Minnesota's batters only managed four hits, and errors in the field and on the basepaths didn't help either. Paddack tossed 56 of 93 pitches for strikes before exiting, and he'll look for his first win of 2025 in his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road next weekend in Atlanta.

Pasquantino went 3-for-4 with solo home run and an additional run scored in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Guardians.

Pasquantino opened the scoring with a solo home run in the fourth inning and notched his first three-hit effort of the season. On the year, the first baseman is hitting .212 with two homers, 11 RBI and three runs scored across 58 plate appearances. He also owns a 4:7 BB:K so far, a promising sign that his batting average should trend upward as the season progresses.

Torkelson went 2-for-3 with a home run, two runs scored and three RBI in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Twins.

The 25-year-old wrapped up the scoring on the afternoon with a mammoth two-run homer off Kody Funderburk in the sixth inning, a blast estimated at 421 feet after bouncing off the facing of the second deck in left field. Torkelson appears to have put his rough 2024 campaign firmly behind him, slashing .314/.419/.647 through 14 games this season with four homers and 10 RBI.

Perez did not factor into the decision in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Red Sox, allowing two runs on five hits and four walks with five strikeouts over 4.2 innings.

Perez racked up an impressive 13 swinging strikes on 91 pitches, but he also found the strike zone on just 50 offerings and issued a season-high four walks. Despite Saturday's control issues, the 34-year-old owns a 1.59 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 18:9 K:BB across 17 innings this season. He's slated for a rematch with the Red Sox next weekend, this time in Boston.

Royals manager Matt Quatraro described India's quad tightness as "mild" following Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Guardians, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

Quatraro said India was eventually removed from the game because it wasn't loosening up throughout the contest. India will presumably undergo further testing to determine the extent of the injury. India went 0-for-2 at the plate with one walk before being replaced by Drew Waters in the sixth inning.

Robert went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk, a stolen base and an additional run scored in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Red Sox.

Robert tied the game in the sixth inning with his first homer of the season and then swiped a base and scored the game-winning run in the ninth. Despite Saturday's heroics, the 27-year-old is slashing just .178/.269/.267 with one home run, four RBI and seven runs scored across 54 plate appearances this season. On the bright side, he is currently tied for the AL lead in steals with six.
