Ward went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Tuesday's loss to Pittsburgh.

Ward continued to supply power for the Angels on Tuesday, belting his sixth big fly already this year in the third inning to get Los Angeles on the board. While the 31-year-old outfielder is batting just .220 with only five walks over his first 91 at-bats of the campaign, he's now up to 10 extra-base hits, nine RBI and 12 runs scored across 22 outings. Ward won't have much RBI upside out of the leadoff spot, but he should be a decent source of runs while Mike Trout is healthy.

Manager Will Venable said Tuesday that the swelling in Lee's ankle is nearly entirely gone, MLB.com reports.

Lee has been on the injured list since April 10 due to a left ankle sprain. It's unclear what the next steps in his recovery will be, or how quickly he can return. Lee was already stuck in a backup role prior to Edgar Quero's promotion, so his spot on the big-league roster could be in jeopardy once healthy.

McCullers (forearm) threw 33 pitches in a bullpen session Tuesday, MLB.com reports.

McCullers was scratched from a scheduled rehab start Saturday due to illness. He is expected to make a start with Double-A Corpus Christi in the coming days, though the appearance has not been officially scheduled.

Dubin (ankle/shoulder) will throw a bullpen session Wednesday and will resume his rehab assignment shortly thereafter, MLB.com reports.

Dubin has been dealing with a shoulder injury since spring training and hurt his ankle in the midst of a rehab assignment. He has yet to appear in a game at any level this season, so he may require several rehab appearances before being activated.

Soriano (2-3) took the loss Tuesday against Pittsburgh after allowing five runs on eight hits and four walks in 3.1 innings. He struck out two.

After giving up a career-high 10 hits in his last start, Soriano yielded eight more knocks and a season-high four walks Tuesday in his shortest outing of the year in terms of innings pitched. The hard-throwing right-hander also struggled with his control, with just 45 of his 84 pitches landing for strikes. Soriano holds an underwhelming 4.34 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 22:14 K:BB over 29 innings (five starts), but he should still carry some fantasy appeal against a scuffling Twins lineup in his next scheduled appearance in Minnesota.

Walker went 3-for-3 with a double, an RBI and a run scored Tuesday against the Blue Jays.

Walker has been stuck in a season-long slump, but he's slowly shown signs of turning things around. His performance Tuesday marked his first multi-hit game since April 11 and only his fourth of the season. Across his last four games, Walker has homered, driven in three runs and scored three runs.

Quero went 3-for-4 with a run scored Tuesday against the Twins.

Quero started for the fourth time in six games since his promotion to the majors and has most recently hit fourth and fifth in the lineup. He has earned that key role quickly, collecting seven hits across his first 19 at-bats. Quero also scored the first run of his career Tuesday.

Dalbec went 1-for-2 with a double and a walk Tuesday against the Twins.

Dalbec was added to the roster Monday and made his first start of the season at third base while hitting eighth Tuesday. He was in the lineup to give Miguel Vargas a breather, so there doesn't appear to be a clear path to regular at-bats for Dalbec. However, if he can string together some hits, the White Sox may be inclined to find creative ways to get him into the lineup.

Leclerc was taken out of Tuesday's game against Texas due to right shoulder soreness, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Leclerc was taken out of the game after throwing just seven pitches in the seventh inning, though he managed to record a strikeout in that time. His availability going forward is pending another update from the Athletics' training staff, but he can be considered day-to-day for now.

Seager was removed from Tuesday's game against the Athletics due to right hamstring tightness, Shawn McFarland of The Dallas Morning Newsreports.

Texas was up 8-2 when Seager left the game, so it's possible the team's decision to pull him was simply precautionary, but the Rangers should provide some clarity sometime in the near future. If the 30-year-old ends up needing to miss time, Josh Smith would likely pick up some reps at shortstop.
