Devers went 3-for-7 with two walks, a double, a home run, two RBI and three runs across both ends of Saturday's doubleheader split against the Guardians.

After going 0-for-15 over the last five games of Boston's most recent homestand, Devers was happy to get away from Fenway. The 28-year-old slugger launched a solo shot off Ben Lively in the third inning of the matinee, his third long ball of the season, and he reached base three times in each contest including a hit-by-pitch. Despite his struggles making consistent contact so far in 2025, Devers has had no trouble getting on base, and over his last 11 games he's slashing .184/.373/.421 thanks to an 11:9 BB:K.

Duran went 3-for-9 with a walk, a triple, three runs scored, two RBI and two stolen bases across both games of Saturday's doubleheader split with the Guardians.

He swiped a bag in each end of the twin bill, but all the rest of his production came during a 7-3 win in the nightcap. Duran's ohfer during the matinee snapped an 11-game hit streak, but the heater has boosted his slash line on the season to .256/.316/.388 with one homer, 13 RBI, 15 runs and nine steals in 11 attempts over 133 plate appearances.

Buehler (4-1) picked up the win in the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Guardians, giving up three runs on seven hits and a walk over six innings. He struck out three.

The right-hander delivered his second straight quality start and third in six outings this season on 87 pitches (60 strikes). Buehler has struck out more than four batters only twice in those six trips to the mound, however, and the pre-injury dominance he displayed earlier in his career with the Dodgers has yet to return. He'll take a 4.28 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 29:9 K:BB through 33.2 innings into his next start, which lines up to come at home next weekend against the Twins.

Fairbanks earned the save Saturday in San Diego as he struck out one and gave up a hit in a scoreless ninth inning.

The right-hander allowed a one-out double to Manny Machado but otherwise had no issues with the heart of the Padres lineup. Fairbanks has delivered three straight scoreless appearances and has converted all five of his save chances this year. He has a 2.61 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 10:6 K:BB across 10.1 innings as he's looking to produce his third straight year of 20-plus saves.

Pepiot (2-3) earned the win Saturday against the Padres after giving up one run on three hits and two walks over six innings. He struck out three.

Pepiot delivered a second straight quality start Saturday and broke a streak of three consecutive outings with multiple homers allowed. He needed just 75 pitches to record 18 outs, but manager Kevin Cash elected to go to the bullpen after San Diego broke his shutout bid with a run on two hits in the sixth inning. Pepiot will carry a 4.24 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 34:12 K:BB over 34 innings into his next turn through the rotation, which lines up for next weekend on the road against the Yankees.

Castillo (3-2) earned the win against the Marlins on Saturday after giving up one hit and two walks over six scoreless innings. He struck out five.

After giving up 10 hits to Toronto in his previous start, Castillo limited Miami to a third-inning single to secure his second consecutive victory. It's a small sample size of six starts, but the right-hander's average fastball velocity of 94.9 mph, and a 7.8 K/9 this season would be the lowest of his big-league career. Still, Castillo has been mostly effective early in 2025 with a 3.62 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 28:14 K:BB across 32.1 innings.

Polanco went 2-for-4 with a walk, two solo home runs and an additional run scored in Saturday's 14-0 win against Miami.

The 31-year-old went deep in the first and fourth innings Saturday and now has four long balls in his past four games. Despite being limited to hitting from the left side and not being able to play the field due to a lingering side injury, Polanco has continued his hot start to the campaign and has a .354/.377/.708 slash line with seven homers, 18 RBI and 10 runs in 70 plate appearances.

X-rays on Tellez's left hand came back negative following Saturday's 14-0 win over the Marlins, Adam Jude of The Seattle Times reports.

Tellez's left hand was hit by a pitch from Anthony Veneziano in the fourth inning of Saturday's game. Tellez initially stayed in the game but was replaced at first base by Donovan Solano before the start of the sixth. The clean MRI is good news for Tellez, but he could be held out of Sunday's series finale with the Mariners slated for an off day Monday.

Selby will return to Triple-A Norfolk after serving as the Orioles' 27th man for Saturday's doubleheader against the Tigers, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Selby got the call for Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader, during which he struck out two batters on 11 pitches (eight strikes) in a scoreless ninth inning. He'll go back to Norfolk after his brief stint in the majors, and in Triple-A this season he has a 1.69 ERA, 0.78 WHIP and 8:1 K:BB across 5.1 innings.

Pasquantino went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Saturday's 2-0 win over the Astros.

Pasquantino took Framber Valdez deep in the fifth inning for what ended up being the last run of the game. This was Pasquantino's third straight game with a hit -- he's 3-for-10 with two RBI and three runs scored in that span. The first baseman is still working out of the early doldrums, batting .188 with a .586 OPS, three homers, 16 RBI, eight runs scored, three doubles and a triple over 27 contests. He continues to hold down a near-everyday role, splitting his time between first base and designated hitter, depending on where Salvador Perez is playing.
