Mateo went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases in Sunday's loss to Detroit.

Sunday marked the first multi-hit game of the season by Mateo, who also swiped a pair of bags for the second time in 15 appearances so far. The speedy 29-year-old is still batting just .136 with a lone extra-base hit and one run scored over 22 at-bats, but he does have five steals while seeing sporadic playing time.

Santander went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo homer in the Blue Jays' 5-1 loss to the Yankees in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader.

Santander went 0-for-4 with three punchouts in Game 1, but he rebounded in Game 2 when he took Clarke Schmidt deep to right field for a solo homer. Santander's moonshot was his third of the season and snapped a five-game hitless streak. He's slashing .179/.261/.302 with eight runs scored and nine RBI over 119 plate appearances.

Pena went 2-for-5 with a double and three RBI in Sunday's 7-3 win over the Royals.

Pena drove in a run on a single in the fifth inning and then added a two-run double in the sixth. The shortstop snapped a 14-game hitting streak Friday but has now hit safely in 16 of 17 games dating back to April 8. On the year, he's slashing .255/.327/.388 with three home runs, 11 RBI, 13 runs scored and five steals across 110 plate appearances.

Judge went 3-for-8 with two runs scored and a solo homer across both games of Sunday's doubleheader split against the Blue Jays.

Judge collected his eighth homer of the season in Game 2, when he took Chris Bassitt deep to right-center field to give the Yankees a 2-1 lead. Judge logged at least one hit in each of Sunday's bouts, which extended his hitting streak to eight games. His 1.217 OPS is best in the majors, and his 27 RBI leads the American League.

Alvarez went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run, a double and a walk in Sunday's 7-3 win over the Royals.

Alvarez doubled in the first inning and then gave the Astros a lead they wouldn't relinquish with a 436-foot blast to center field in the third. It marked the 27-year-old's first game with multiple extra-base hits this season and his first two-hit effort since April 11. On the year, he's slashing .213/.312/.360 with three homers, 16 RBI, six runs scored and a steal across 109 plate appearances.

Allen (1-2) took the loss against the Red Sox on Sunday, allowing seven runs on nine hits and three walks with two strikeouts over 4.1 innings.

Allen had allowed only five earned runs across his first four starts of the year but couldn't escape a four-run fifth inning Sunday. The southpaw struggled to put hitters away, throwing just 57 of 96 pitches for strikes with 10 whiffs. He'll take a 4.21 ERA, 1.56 WHIP and 18:13 K:BB across 25.2 innings into a road matchup with the Blue Jays next weekend.

Escarra went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional RBI in the Yankees' 5-1 win over the Blue Jays in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader.

Escarra started in Sunday's nightcap after Austin Wells served behind home plate in Game 1. Escarra extended the Yankees' lead to three runs in the sixth inning on an RBI single to right field, and he followed that up with his first major-league home run in the eighth. Escarra has gone 5-for-25 with three walks, two runs scored, one home run and two RBI this season.

Schmidt did not factor into the decision in the Yankees' 5-1 win over the Blue Jays in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader. He allowed one run on one hit and four walks while striking out six over five innings.

Schmidt limited the Blue Jays to five baserunners while generating 14 whiffs on 90 pitches (52 strikes), and his lone blemish came in the third inning on an Anthony Santander solo home run. It was Schimdt's best start since being activated from the 15-day injured list April 16, and through three starts he has a 5.52 ERA and 1.43 WHIP over 14.2 innings. Schmidt will look for his first win of 2025 next weekend at home against Tampa Bay.

Bello (2-0) earned the win against the Guardians on Sunday, allowing three runs on six hits and three walks with four strikeouts over six innings.

Bello was given an early lead and ran with it before surrendering a three-run homer in the sixth inning. The 25-year-old threw 61 of 99 pitches for strikes while generating 10 whiffs, turning in his second straight solid effort since returning from the injured list. He owns a 3.27 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 7:6 K:BB across 11 innings and lines up for a home matchup with the Twins next weekend.

Devers went 2-for-6 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Sunday's 13-3 win over the Guardians.

Devers went deep during the first game of Saturday's doubleheader and followed it up with another long ball in the sixth inning Sunday. The 28-year-old entered the weekend below the Mendoza Line for the year but went 5-for-13 with three extra-base hits, three RBI and five runs scored against the Guardians. He's now hitting .216 with four homers, 17 RBI and 20 runs scored across 137 plate appearances.
