Kirk went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional RBI in Wednesday's extra-inning win over Boston.

Kirk snapped a 10-game homerless drought Wednesday, also recording multiple hits for the third time in his last four outings. Despite batting just .233 with two long balls, two doubles and eight RBI over 73 at-bats in April, Kirk has remained Toronto's primary backstop. It's worth noting that backup catcher Tyler Heineman is hitting .448 with four extra-base hits and five RBI across his 29 at-bats this year, so Kirk appears to have some legitimate competition on the depth chart.

Santander went 1-for-5 with a three-run home run in Wednesday's extra-inning win over Boston.

Santander is finally starting to emerge from his early-season doldrums, going deep in two of his last three games. The slugging switch hitter still has work to do, however, as he's slashing .175/.258/.316 with four round trippers, four doubles, 12 doubles and nine runs scored through 128 plate appearances. Fantasy managers should stay patient with Santander, who should continue to see plenty of RBI opportunities while primarily batting third in Toronto's lineup.

Narvaez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Wednesday's extra-inning loss to Toronto.

Narvaez has now logged at least one hit in five of his last six outings. Over his last nine games, the backstop is batting a healthy .265 (9-for-34) with three homers, one double, four RBI and seven runs scored. Although Connor Wong (wrist) is nearing a return from the injured list, Narvaez's performance in his stead may have helped him create a timeshare behind the dish for the Red Sox once the former is healthy.

Bregman went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's extra-inning loss to Toronto.

With his first-inning homer Wednesday, Bregman left the yard for the second time in as many days. The veteran third baseman has flourished to begin his Red Sox career, and he's tearing the cover off the ball of late. Over his last 13 outings, Bregman is hitting .404 (21-for-52) with five homers, five doubles, 12 RBI and 15 runs scored while reaching base safely in each game.

Estevez picked up the save in Wednesday's 3-0 win over the Rays after allowing two hits in a scoreless ninth inning. He struck out one.

Estevez allowed the possible tying run to get to the plate Wednesday, but he punched out Taylor Walls and got Chandler Simpson to fly out to hold on for the save. The hard-throwing right-hander has yielded nine walks over 15 innings this year, but he's conceded just eight hits and hasn't served up a home run yet. Estevez has settled in as Kansas City's clear favorite for saves, submitting a 2.40 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 13:9 K:BB while converting nine of his 11 save chances.

Pasquantino went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Wednesday's win over the Rays.

Pasquantino has mostly struggled to begin the season, but he's now belted a homer in two of his past four outings. Over 99 at-bats in April, the first baseman hit just .172 with three long balls, two doubles, 14 RBI and eight runs scored. Despite the slow start, Pasquantino continues to regularly occupy a premium spot in Kansas City's batting order, which should offer him plenty of RBI chances.

Urias went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 5-4 win over the Yankees.

Urias gave the Orioles a one-run lead in the second inning when he took Carlos Carrasco deep to left-center field for a solo homer. It was Urias' sixth multi-hit game and second home run of the season (both coming in his last six games). He's started the season slashing .292/.354/.403 with five runs scored and nine RBI over 82 plate appearances.

Mountcastle went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Wednesday's 5-4 win over the Yankees.

Mountcastle, who went 0-for-18 over his six prior games, squared things up at 2-2 in the second inning, when he took Carlos Carrasco deep to left field for a two-run homer. It was Mountcastle's second home run of the season. He's started the year with a career-low .546 OPS, but perhaps his effort Wednesday is a sign of things to come for the 28-year-old first baseman.

Carrasco (2-2) came away with the loss against the Orioles on Wednesday, allowing four runs on eight hits while striking out five over 3.1 innings. He did not issue a walk.

All four of the runs Carrasco yielded came in the second inning, three of which came on home runs by Ryan Mountcastle and Ramon Urias. Carrasco has given up four earned runs in three of his last five outings and is up to a 5.90 ERA and 1.48 WHIP over 29 innings. He's lined up to face the Padres at home next week.

Goldschmidt went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 5-4 loss to Baltimore.

Goldschmidt didn't have the most efficient performance from the plate, but he made up for it in the fifth inning with a solo shot to center field off Cade Povich. Goldschmidt has seven 30-homer seasons in his career but has just two long balls on the season. However, his 42 hits and .356 batting average rank second in the majors behind teammate Aaron Judge (50 hits and .427 average).
